In my 40 yrs of driving I have never been fond of dealerships. That was until now. This place was awesome from start to finish. Service writer was incredible. Honest, friendly, funny etc. They got me in fast and the mechanic was awesome. I can't possibly say enough good things about my visit. I would highly recommend them to anybody I know. And I will surely be back.

Took in a Freightliner M2 Business class with intermittent issue only under acceleration. Velocity took the time to troubleshoot the issue and diagnose it correctly. 5 stars to the service writer, technician that worked on the truck, and the service manager who spoke with me personally about the issue.

My husband and I had to bring our tractor in at the West Carolina Freightliner in Hildebran, NC to see if they could get refrigerator fixed. But while we waited, we went to the drivers lounge AND OMG!! It’s GREAT!! We absolutely love that you all allow us to bring our fur babies in AND you all have kennels to let them stay in along with food and water bowls. Thank you for thinking about our babies!!

20k in 6 weeks on my 530k used truck. Runs great! No real problems. Some small quirks in the truck, but it's 530k. Great drop and hook spec on this truck. Fuel mileage at 7mpg pulling 80k one way and 40k back. Greg is an awesome sales rep! Set the truck up exactly how I wanted it, responded to every email and navigated all hiccups in the buying process as any true professional would. If you buy one of their used trucks, it's gonna feel like you bought a like new runner. Power, ride, shifting, interior all great! It's not perfect but what 530k truck is? I got a fair price and was treated with respect, it was as if I'd bought 20 trucks previously, even though it was my first. Highly recommend you go here first or last either way, if you don't give them a shot; that's on you.

I called in to purchase a part Compressor Clutch for a frightliner. Brad in parts was extremely wonderful. Not only did he check in the part is in stock but he was patient enough to answer all my questions.Polite, respectful and professional!I absolutely adore individuals like this especially if you are dealing with the stress of the trucking business.God bless this man. Called them when my truck wouldn't start and I already spent 2 days and $3000 on a mobile repair just replacing parts with no result.Dealer gave me a recommendation of a good tow company and took me right in on a Friday morning.Very friendly service department, nice drivers facilities and helpful if you need a ride to go eat or to a motel.Best dealer I've been too

This Velocity in Hickory, NC has done us well everytime we have had to get our truck serviced. The customer service is wonderful especially Keith and the lady who works evenings in the service department. Everyone is actually helpful and nice, I just do not know there names.

I stopped into this location to purchase oil and filters for a change. When I walked in there were 2 guys at the counter both were on the phone although one of them was talking with someone that works there, but I stood there for 7 minutes and neither one of them acknowledged me with a "I'll be with you in a moment ". Terrible customer service.I'll just go spend my money somewhere else. Thanks Velocity for showing how you operate. I am writing this review from the parking lot.

My first visit and not my last for the Cummins engine in my motorhome. Very professional from the front desk to the service techs in the back. Greeted by Keith at the front desk and he was very professional and helpful. Had a little communications issue when I went back to pickup but much to their credit they made it right. Furnished a complete report which described the testing done, conclusions and detail of the actual repair. They do what they say and would highly recommend these guys when diesel powertrain repairs are needed.

My RV got fixed today by this awesome group of hard working men. My mechanic found the broken part in my emissions system that has eluded 3 other Freightliner repair garages. I was tested with kindness and respect. I’d give this Freightliner 10 stars if I could. Awesome Service!!!!

I do not have the words to describe the depth of wonderful service that I received from this dealers service department. I limped in de-rated at 55 MPH and had me fixed and out the same day. I was able to make my commitments and as a owner operator that is very important. Customer service is an obvious importance to this company because they demonstrated it very well towards me. A special shout out to Kieth who was my service guy. He took care of me and my truck and got me back out quickly. If i could give more than 5 stars I would so let me say 5 Plus.Thank you West Carolina Freightliner Hickory!!

If you don't give this place a try. You will be sorry! Got me in within 2 hrs for starter issues. These folks are like President Trump. They get things done. Found out I just needed batteries. NO up sell. Just honest very professional bunch of guys with your best interest in mind. Will definitely return. Worth the experience. That's no BS!

This place is great. Call before you get there so you know where to put your trailer. But they removed my fuel pump that was just replaced in Kingman az. Truck failed driver test so they got the right part and did exactly what Detroit and frieghtliner recommend. They were very nice they do a great job they were sorry it took longer then expected. But they assured me the job was done right and the truck would run good and hard. It is! I run trucks hard they are great got it ready and running hard. Money!!!! Thanks guys trucks running good.

Not the most honest people in the world. Traveled 2 1/2 hours to buy truck that I was told was in great shape and great running order. And the truck didn't even make it home. It only made it almost half way home I was told it had been checked out by there shop. Also was told If I had any problems on the way home to give them a call. I called them and told them I was stuck along side of road, the truck quit running and would not start, They told me there was nothing they could do. The salesman was Mason Johnson. It was at the location 3682 Curleys Fish Camp Rd. Hildebran, NC. 28637.. Never trust these people...

great people working over here at this location! They were able to take my truck in and service it the same day. Unfortunately my truck ended up having more problems than what I originally came in for but they were able to work with me and my budget to fix the most they can in order to keep my truck on the road. Not sure what the deal is here. They can’t seem to ever understand what is going on in the service department. They have had tons of turn over with mechanics. They mark up parts from 50-100% and charge $125 an hour for labor. If not under warranty, I would go somewhere else.

Purchased an oil pump there last of April for a 6.7 Cummins , installed it and luckily the mechanic noticed it didn't have oil pressure . So I ordered another oil pump 5-21. Returned the first pump and haven't been reimbursed yet. I operate a machine shop and I have to work on Cummins every once and a while, but I will not be buying parts here.
