Take my senior dog here for grooming at least once a month. Just a few minor issues in over a year. When mentioned they fixed quickly. I've used several of the staff and liked all so far my dog seems comfortable with all of them would recommend.

15 min. Late at the desk to check in and they had canceled the appointment. Been using them for years, and today's service was "minimum required to get by" attitude. Nothing technically wrong, just not the above the average service that kept me coming back.

This is the best PetSmart I've ever been to. The employees there were so sweet and loving. I had a situation where we moved 1500 miles away from home and our pet rat wasn't supposed to come with us because he was a little old man, 3 years old. I honestly didn't think he'd survive the trip but our little Luca did and he did amazing. Long story short I left his cage behind and stopped here to see what they had for cages for him since he was traveling in a traveling cage when he wasn't being held. FYI he was held 75 percent of the trip.I went into this PetSmart looking for a cage for Luca. A gentleman greeted me at the door and I told him my situation. He loved up on Luca and got some Luca kisses and love and he loved up on Luca in return. He fell in love in with him and had to find his coworkers to meet Luca. Needless to say they all fell in love with him and Luca was happy to give his Luca kisses and love away in return. I was standing in the middle of the store bawling my eyes out because this move had cost me more than expected and I didn't have the money to spend on a cage that he needed at that point in time. I begged him to please take my Luca home and love him like we do until his life is over. He's 3yrs old and an albino rat so he's lived beyond his life span already and I only expected him to live a couple more months.These guys bent over backwards to help me get Luca into a bigger cage for when we got to our destination! They ended up finding me a cage that worked for him and he was comfortable in until I got us settled into our place. Y'all I'm a grown woman standing in the middle of PetSmart bawling my eyes out and these guys bent over backwards to help me, and they did. I've never been to a pet store where any employee is as passionate about helping animals or their mom's and dad's as this PetSmart. I highly recommend this place not only because of my experience and the employees, but because the place is clean, well organized, and spacious. The employees are also very knowledgeable about their products and pets. I can't wait for the chance to go back to this PetSmart and shop there again and personally thank the employees for their dedication and help. Our sweet little Luca ended up living to be 4 years old and lived another 8 months. Thank you to the kind hearted man and ladies that helped me out that night. Your love will be remembered for a very long time. Continue being the awesome people and animal lovers you guys are!

Madison is the groomer we’ve used the past several times for our Golden mix, Kevin. She is amazing. She does exactly what we ask for, tells us what will look good or not good, and he absolutely LOVES her. Thank you Madison!! See you soon :)

Not impressed. At all. The small animals' enclosures were not clean, and the majority of betta fish looked lifeless. The store overall was not clean. Left without purchasing any live animals, went where the pets go to find a hamster & fish.

It was my Shihpoo’s first visit here for shampoo and grooming. I was standing outside the window where all the registers are located watching the girl cut his hair, giving a name is irrelevant at this point because I will never take my baby back there. As I watched her cut his hair she seemed to be in a hurry, she moved on to trimming his nails and he flinched and started moving around and then she yelled “Stop!” loud enough for me to hear it through the glass. That made me angry but I kept my composure as she continued to cut his hair with the clippers. She then picked him up and carried him to a nearby room out of sight of the glass. She eventually finished the job, we paid for the services and left. I noticed the next morning as my puppy was on his back playing that there was blood on his privates, where he pees. I checked him out closer and he had been nicked with the clippers or scissors and was bad enough that it had been bleeding. In my opinion, not sure though, I believe this may have been when she took him to the other area out of view of the glass. Nothing was said to us, myself and my husband, about any kind of incident or injury to my baby. Needless to say he will never go back there again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone take their furbabies there.

Great place for all your pet needs. They got it all. Looked like a very clean location. Great customer service. Usually busy but there is always someone to answer your questions. Huge selection of fish and fish supplies. Employees are very helpful. We come here at least once a week. I highly recommend stopping by this place. We will be back.

We travel throughout the country and have used Petsmart for our girls grooming needs. This location was fantastic!!! The young ladies were simply phenomenal. Making an appointment was easy and communication with our groomer precise and professional. Our girls looked great when we picked them up. We highly recommend this location and will return when we are in the area.

Took my babies in for a cut and groom. Got them back and lawd the cut wasn't worth $10 much less the $175 they charged .... his ears don't match and her neck looks horrible

Price is too high. And their grooming will not use, I used them to groom my dog and he ended up with double ear infection

Honestly. I have no words. I took my pup here to get his nails trimmed before I have my baby here in a month so he doesn’t scratch me when he’s excited and they told me to leave the room then he started freaking out like he was scared. He wasn’t acting aggressive but he was definitely scared of the workers.. they pulled a animal control stick thing out on him and he lost it.. I ended up just grabbing him and leaving.. he is not an aggressive dog and loves people so the fact that he acted the way he did was showing something about the place and people. I took him to petco maybe an hour later and they gave him treats and walked back with them wagging his tail. I’m not sure if it is because they actually cared enough to get to know him before just trying to drag him away from his mama but when we first walked in there the whole vibe changed like he was at home and he loved every bit of it. Something was definitely off about the people in the grooming area at this petsmart. My dog has never been so scared of people in his life and I’m so glad I decided to leave instead of putting him through that.. 😔😔

Caitlyn, I hope I spelled her name right; did an exceptional job of grooming Wally today. It was his first time at PetSmart. My plans are to reschedule him with her, again and highly recommend her to other furbaby parents. You will not be disappointed!!!

I bring my dog to cut the fingernails and the guy did a poor job!, no even cut nothing! And he say that if he cut more, it will hurt his nerves!. When he cut it again, he did a really poor job again. My dog nails still long and some are bigger than other ones. I don't know the guy name , but is a bold guy with so out of shape body.

The staff is always nice. One employee was walking by as I was picking up a bag of dog food. He asked if I needed help. Just that question alone, puts them on the top of my list. Sometimes I can't lift the bags and I appreciate being asked... and helped.Everything was nice as always in the store. Clean, neat, checkout area is managed well.

We chose to purchase a male dragonscale betta fish from this location for our daughter as a Christmas gift and it was a pretty good experience. I visited the weekend prior and a knowledgeable associate gave me some pointers. When I returned Christmas eve is was a smooth process with employees available for any last minute questions.

Idk who you got working in the reptiles but they have not one clue what they are doing and are rude I can run circles around them in herpetology and zoology and then they start spitting out about a policy yeah cause they knew they were wrong FA-Q

Took my small dog in to get groomed. She has scratched constantly and her nails don’t even feel like they been trimmed. Failed to cut around ears and fur left too long on face.

Staff has no clue what they are doing. Long lines. No cashier's. Store looks like the ghetto. It's trashed and unkept. Fish tanks are full of dead fish and are dirty and green.

They have a good selection for dogs, cats, and small animals.The selection for fish has consistently shrunk in the last few years.Not totally the store’s fault with supply chains the way they are, but they still don’t have a lot of what I’m looking for.And I hate having to drive out of town to buy live fish.
