Pet Supplies Plus is the best! My Chaweenie is on a special diet and they have the best top foods that I don't have to order and their prices are unbeatable. My advice to any pet parent, go to Pet Supplies Plus for all your pets needs they're way better than other pet stores and much more affordable, I won't go anywhere else.

Great place to go to wash your dog. They have all the supplies - shampoo, towels, apron, blow dryer and you don't have a mess to clean up afterwards like you do at home. The wash water is warm, the room and equipment is clean, the hours are convenient.

The customer service at this location is wonderful! They have a variety of products at great prices. I am often able to find clearance items as well as the exact item I need. I recommend this store for your pet needs!!

The 30# bag of dog food I needed was on top of the highest stack on the highest shelf in the store. I asked for assistance at checkout. A young male associate grabbed a set of stairs on wheels, climbed up and brought down the bag for me. I also appreciated being able to use the 25% off coupon I received via email from Pet Supply Plus. Thank you very much.

Depends on which manager is working on if the company rules are followed.Most employees are amazing, kind and ready to help answer any questions. They even offered to help bring my dog food to the car.This store has quickly became a favorite of mine, as when they follow company rules I feel like shopping here is a pleasure, but when they don't, it's a hassle.

I was looking for a shed itch cheablefor Australian shepherd. Called and asked and the young lady took it to check out for me to pick up. I arrived at the store looked around and another young lady helpme with something for my mom's puppy. Great staff

Come here frequently to wash my dog. Very convenient dog wash stations with soap, warm water and blow dry. They also have a great selection of pet supplies. Great location and parking.

Such a friendly staff and super helpful in finding what I need. Such a great selection of products too. Their email club sends you coupons and try donate to local rescues. What's not to love. Have such fun going here. They have a doggie bakery too!

These guys seem to love their job and understand that your fur ball is family. Their knowledge on the products is excellent and the dog wash room definitely make bath time easier for both you and your pup.

This store is great and the staff is wonderful! I mainly went in to grab a few pieces for my aquarium and I was impressed by the health of the live fish not to mention the prices of supplies, it’s affordable and they carry the brand I prefer for my tanks. I took a few laps around the store and it was clean, tidy and organized. Plenty of supplies for your animals and many brands of food/supplies for our furry friends. I’m not quite experienced in the reptile world but they did have an entire section dedicated to our Dino ancestors! I will be returning for sure!!

These guys are amazing always at your finger tips if you need anything for your animals. Kelsey (not sure if that's spelled correctly) is amazing she was very eager to help and extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. She even offered a prayer for my dog before I left the store and told me to call anytime. Not what you would get at the big chain stores or corporate places she truly made me feel like she cared and was able to calm even me down when I felt like I was out of options!! Thank all of you for always displaying amazing customer service when I come in for supplies for our dogs!! Wish I could give a 10 star rating!!

There's something to be said for a local pet store that goes far beyond words in a review. The staff really and truly care for your pet. If we have to stop by the box retailer in town, we will... but one can definitely tell a difference in service. Plus, our dogs feel the love too. *waiting patiently for a shower*

Staff is always helpful and they carry a good selection for our fur babies.The bathing area is great for our thick fur monster. Helps me stay mostly dry while giving her a bath and the blow dryer helps to dry her out.

I have been here many times since they opened. I tried their curbside pickup yesterday. I needed dog food and didn't have an available grandchild to help. They had my order filled in less than an hour, loaded my car quickly and didn't just throw it in but arranged it so it would be easy to unload.

From the moment we walked in the door, the service was amazing!! Abbi came up and asked if we needed help with anything and we told her that we had been in the Charlotte store and bought something that wouldn't work for us. She helped us find what we needed and then we moved over to the food aisle and explained our issue with our dogs allergies and had a recommendations of what we needed. She explained that if our dog didn't like it we could still return it. SeverL other employees also checked on us and were super helpful. Cole also was a huge help to us. After we got home (an hour away) we realized one of our items was missing. Cole offered to bring it to us. How many places would do that?? I have never been to a place that would do that!! Even though an item was forgotten i will never buy pet supplies anywhere else..Kudos to you guys! That's what I call customer service!!! Go see Cole and Abbi!!! They are fabulous!!

Store was filthy, Dog washing stations nasty, pet hair everywhere.Employees were more focused on pride month instead of doing their jobs..and 2/3 of my review was deleted by Google. Because it doesn't fit their narrative.

I appreciate the lower prices on their beta fish and the critters they have and also there's often specials and discounts to take advantage of for various items throughout the store. Lots to look at in a more cozy building and the staff work super hard at keeping everything pleasing to the eyesLots to look at and a good place to be a change of pace from the larger chain stores that tend to be crowded.

Madison and Justin both need a raise! They were super helpful in finding everything I needed for my new pup. Justin the manager also helped me with my return and when they didn’t have the kennel In stock that I wanted, Madison offered to see if she could sell me the display model. They sold me the display model and then asked me if I needed it folded up and carried out to my car. They were so friendly and helpful!
