Ordered a hot fudge sundae with my order and when I asked at the window the girl there said you didn’t order one and was very rude while chomping on her gum. I did order one but they must not have keyed it in so I asked could I order one from her and she rudely said you have to drive all the way around again and order it while turning her back on the window. Whenever they are short on help they always take the order from the service window but not her. Food was good service was horrible.

I ordered on the app to pick up in drive thru and paid ahead, I saw the drive thru line was long so I figured I'd go in to get my order since I only have 30 minutes for lunch, nope they argued and told me I had to switch it on the app from drive thru to inside which it wouldn't let me do, but they couldn't just get my food and hand it to me they had to argue and say they couldn't and make me wait 10 minutes and then do it anyway. Should have just handed it to me when I asked.

Be careful going to this location. My order was stale. Asked the female manager at 11am on 01/20/2024 can they make my order fresh she said no it is fresh enough. She was very rude and didn’t support customer needs, so I asked for a refund. She proceeded to give a partial refund, I told her you seem upset she replied “I’m not upset I don’t care.” Customers please be aware, always get a receipt.

I ordered 3 plain quarter pounders with cheese, a plain crispy chicken sandwich, and a McDouble with no onions. After waiting for at least 20 minutes, and seeing one or two people try to get service at the counter, be ignored, and eventually just leave, I was finally given my order. I make a practice of testing my food before leaving, and did so this time. I checked one of the quarter pounders, and at first glance, it appeared to have nothing wrong with it, so I began the 20 minute drive home. When I arrived, I gave the food to my family, and we began eating. Soon, there was a cry of outrage... If I were to be generous, I would call two of the quarter pounders medium-rare, with the other pink as well. Then, we discovered that the McDouble was wrong as well. It was burnt, cold, and had nothing but cheese on it. (Recall that this one should have had everything except for unions) After examination of the grill slip, this burger was made for a completely different order! We were furious! Afterwards, we spent a good half hour trying to get in contact with this location, and the number provided on their website keeps saying "Line busy." I am horrified by the quality standard shown by this location, and would like to say two further things addressing this McDonalds restaurant. First of all, I will NEVER be eating at this location ever again. They have caused my family issues before, and I've just let it go. This time, I am putting the foot down. Second of all, I demand that this be made right. You have now wasted almost 2 hours of my time between trying to contact you, and having to write this review, not to mention the appalling wait to even get this half cooked monstrosity of yours. I am sick and tired of large companies playing the common population for fools, and assuming that we will never do anything about these all to common injustices.UPDATE: After two weeks, I was finally reached out to by the Link Family McDonald's customer support manager. They sent me some coupons, and apologized for this happening. I will be happy to use that family's other locations, but I will not eat at this McDonalds for the foreseeable future.

Since I couldnt go to STARBUCKS, I had to go to Mcie D’s. I will say they were much more better than the stupid starbucks across the street. Listen here, i was there at a reasonable hour of 10:30, but they didnt want to serve me. I saw someone in there, but no. All i wanted was the new spicy dragonfruit drink, but they had to ruin my dreams. Its rediculous. Luckily, i was able to get a wonderful 10/10 mango drink. Thank you Mcdonalds for making my life better.

The most advanced McDonald's I've ever been to. 4 ordering kiosks and 3 tables with kids tablets. 2 touch to light up tables and a center table for romantic dates. They have mobile ordering and curb side pickup. Employee came to check on us, which was a McDonald's first. Only Christian music played inside, which isn't for everyone.

I wouldn't give one star. I tried the last time I'll ever stop here. 1 simple request of no onions and everytime they seem to double onions. Smh they want 15 plus a hr but can never follow a simple order and it's on paper in front of them and on the box. Mistakes happen, I have made my share but this just blows my mind. Showw they don't really care about the job or just can't read and follow directions.

Against my better judgment I stopped at this place again. 1. Girl bringing food out dropped all of it and to our surprise did not pick up a single pc of what dropped. Napkins blowing around parking lot. 2. My special order , see picture, amazing!!! Was supposed to be Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon, no onion add lettuce. Got mayo, ketch, mustard cheese, Big Mac sauce. Last time. Trust me don't stop at this McDonald's. Pathetic!!!!!!!

When you're hungry and there isn't anything else open, old faithful is. The fries were hot and the drink was cold and not the other way around. But they receive a 4 star rating bcuz the signage in the driveway, it was a little misleading.

The people here ignore you when you come to the register for help. It's rude and it happened every time so I stopped going here. And I once i was told to park and they would bring my food out. I had to wait 20 min for cookies. I went inside and the food had been sitting there my order had been forgotten. They remade it, but I was already pissed. I don't even eat here. I was going for my daughter. But I told her nope not anymore. Just thinking about going here annoys me.

Good food, excellent service. Sure miss having condiments available! Too high $ for fast food. Recommend going local at Granny’s on 127 in Viewmont neighborhood. Btw don’t buy espresso there, it’s served as splatter in a large paper cup!

Staff is wonderful and the seating area is very nice but was very disappointed in portion sizes and amount of condiments. Sundae here was barely up to the lid level. At the McDonalds over on 127/N Center Street my sundae was 3 swirls and stuck out the top! And my cheeseburgers always have 2 pickles but not here. I think someone is cutting costs and maximizing profits at this location. Not likely to choose this location again.

Terrible customer service by manager on duty. Window attendant didn't give me a receipt. She said there was no paper in the printer. I asked for the manager, because I felt they overcharged me. Manager said none of the printers were working. When I asked her why the price they charged was higher than shown on the drive through board, she acted like she was looking at the order screen and quoted me a total that was even higher than what I was charged. Didn't really care about the receipt, but feel they may be overcharging people.

Went today and picked up some lunch before heading back to work to eat it. I got all the way across town to work and when I sat down to eat I found a problem. I had ordered a Southwest grilled CHICKEN salad. I wanted extra glaze along with extra corn and black beans. I think the picture I have included shows the real truth. I wouldn't had been so disappointed if they hadn't forgotten my CHICKEN!!! One of the worse salads I have ever gotten at a McDonald's location!!! (And that large white mass in the salad is a piece of lettuce not chicken!!!)

Very friendly staff, food was OK, asked for double cheese burger no onions and when I got it, I always check my food, it had onions on it. I took it to the Mgr and he quickly had it fixed and apologized for that. I told him it wad OK however if someone has allergies that would have been bad.Dietary restrictions: Make sure grill staff is making sure meat is getting cooked all the way through.
