A "bagger" refused to bag some of my items. He claimed that by placing them in a bag, he would Injure his shoulder. He was able to transfer them from one cart to another with no problem, though. This is the first Lowes employee I have ever had who refused to do his job. Lowes must be having a hard time finding employees if this is the best they can do.

Best delivery counter in the area. Becca is so well-informed and can help you make just the right selections. The store staff is cheerful and the coffee bar always has flavorful brews ready for you. BEAUTIFUL produce and floral departments. My favorite store!

if you guys had a warm body behind the "prepared foods" counter (ie where chicken is supposedly cooked or so ive been told)its a crappy day outside. no-one behind the counter, waited 6-8 minutes, no-one there. I called, talked to some woman who sounded like a brat with 0 people skills. when I told her about the problem and that id gone elsewhere to get my food, her reply was"Ok".not im sorry or asking for any details. People skills come down to effort and empathy. she displayed neither of those.try as I may, I refuse to deal with insolence and nonexistent customer service.good luck

LOWES FOOD - BELLHOLLOW - Beware of electrical outlets in this store. Old and loose. On or about February 17th 2024, I got electrocuted in this store as you come in the door. Damaged my right hand and arm. LOWES FOOD/ALEX LEE CORP not ever going to pay my medical bills and lose of income. Several employees have told management and it was not repaired. They can't speak up from fear of losing their job. Just avoid this store. Be careful.

Moves to hickory from Florida so Publix was my main grocery store. The Publix here is pretty small so I have most of the time went to the Lowe's foods which is a really great store

The store is so clean, bright, and beautiful.. All the employees are so friendly, everyone of them will stop and talk to you like they are your friend. I especially loved the fresh fruit and veggies bar. The coffee shop is 10 stars. I got a frozen coffee, so good, did t take the picture until it was almost gone.

I came to try their chicken tenders, and I will get to that I swear. I went to this store on Friday, about 15 min after noon. Trying to avoid the after work and school rush. There were still plenty of people stopping. In the entry way there was the smell of fall (pumpkin spice) and a barrage of orange and yellow displays. It got my attention and made an impression. The floor was wet, it had been raining. I made a bee line to the deli counter on A mission for some chicken tenders, but I stopped in produce. Their selection is top notch. Beautifully arranged. I wanted to buy it all. I noticed a few staff busily keeping shop and helping older customers with their purchases. The Woman who helped me at the deli was a delight taking time to make the interaction pleasant. Helpful and knowledgeable about ingredients and processes. I purchased a 3 piece tender meal with Brussels sprouts as my side. The sprouts had good flavors but were very dry, I think from the heat lamps. The tenders were a little dry also. And the exterior was much crunchy or crispy, which I consider an important element in fried poultry. But I said alll that to say I would get them again gladly if Publix didn’t exist. So to sum up everything. Store is clean mostly. , staff amiable enough. Food is ok. Selection of fresh fruits and vegetables unparalleled.

I love everything about this lowes, but yesterday I had an upsetting experience. I went to go get grocery shopping with my 2 year old. I’m pregnant and a military wife with nobody in town so yes, I will give my daughter my phone to watch YouTube and keep her calm to get food and put dinner on our table & food in our bellies. I didn’t appreciate the man taking back in the motorized shopping cart being snarky about this and the comments he made to me about how he leaves his house to get away from the tv. I’m very hands on with my child and she doesn’t get screen time at home…. But even if she did that’s none of his business.Besides this, thank you guys for the amazing events, yummy coffee & smoothies! My daughter definitely enjoyed her first smoothie.

Good product variety. Friendly employees. Bought 100 pieces of baked rosemary chicken from the "chicken kitchen" in store with the assistance of an employee named Lizbeth who was very helpful. The chicken got rave reviews at our church picnic. Thanks for the recommendation Lizbeth!

I like this place for its convenience, the isles are wider, and items are easy to find. The pleasing smell of coffee aroma as soon as you enter will stimulate enjoyment in your grocery shopping. Checking out is a breeze, plenty of parking lot.

While we enjoy shopping Lowes Belle Hollow what or should we say who keeps us going back? Mark at the Beer Den. It really should be called Marks Beer and Wine Den! Lately Mark has brought in a wonderful variety of "higher end" wines and is offering regular wine tastings!! His knowledge of all things wine is incredible. Don't know what to serve with your dinner? Mark does.

Love Lowe's Foods. But, I went there on the 4th of July morning to get some cole slaw for a side. I got it from the deli because they said it was fresh made. I got home and my wife said it tasted, well, not right. They used lettuce in the place of cabbage. I'm sure I'm not the only customer to figure this out. I really like Lowe's Foods but, that was an experience. We had to throw the "lettuce slaw" away because it wasn't edible.

Nice selection of products and clean store.We had a cart full of items and even though there were 2 employees at the registers they were closed so we had to use the self-check out. Start scanning items and then the employees open up the regular registers for other customers. I was very upset because it would have been much easier and faster for us to go through the regular line than use the self-checkout. We were having trouble scanning some things and the employees just stood there not helping.I didn't realize they only open up the regular registers for select customers. Probably won't be back.

We love this grocery store. It's real strength for us is the amazing selection of products. Whatever culinary trail you're walking, they can provide your supplies.We drive 30 minutes from Lenoir to shop here. Our first trip down was for Homestead Creamery milk. The "fancy milk" is A2 and lets us buy only one kind since we have a family member with a dairy sensitivity. It also tastes amazing.I always have a wander through the deli and bakery. The cheese counter continually tempts me. My last indulgence there was Everything Bagel seasoned chevre. Yes, it was as good as that sounds.When we had a Lowes Foods in Lenoir, we bought a fresh-baked loaf called English Toasting Bread. This store sells it now as English Muffin Bread. It makes the best toast ever.This is not a bargain-shopping grocery store. Their prices are fair - but their products are top-notch and the prices reflect that.Writing that has prompted me to plan a trip down to the Lowes to wander the aisles for inspiration and just plain pleasure.

Great organized shopping experience their layout makes sense in regards to how aisles are arranged and product placement I was a little disappointed in their seafood selection in regards to what was already thawed as crab legs were only available frozen not thawed or ready to go.

This is definitely a nicer store than the one in Bethlehem. The produce looks fresh, and there is a good selection and variety throughout the store. The only disappointment was that the sushi seems to have a decreasing selection and smaller quantity over time.

The store is fine but it is so expensive. Its always interesting to walk around and see what they have available. The different sections are nice, like Sausage Works and Beer Den. Selection is huge which is nice, but prices make this a place I won't shop but once every six months. Staff is helpful. If you want a place where you don't mind spending tons of money on food, and can get olives, a salad bar and fresh ground coffee, then this is definitely your place!
