I accidentally bought a holiday decoration which I already had and asked if I could return it. Without even looking me in the eye the manager refused. She wouldn't even exchange it for a different holiday decoration. I recently moved to the area and have been shopping there weekly. Now I see that customers are unappreciated here. You win miss manager! I'll never return.

My favorite Dollar Tree. The neatest cleanest store in all of Hickory. The manager always helps us and does everything she can to accommodate our needs.
