The furniture here is beautiful but high to buy,. Have really good kitchen appliances to buy. Not bad on pricing. Very nice and helpful staff.

Pretty good store. Depending on what you're looking for, their prices are very competitive. Most of the time the prices are drastically lower than their competitors prices. We don't come here that often, but we do come here for their deals that they have. Fairly clean store and their employees are very friendly and helpful. If you're ever in the area and are searching for something or just want to window shop, this is the place. I give it a 9/10 only because their selection isn't as wide as some places but their prices on the things they do have can't be beat.

Went in Big Lots, hadn't been there in years. There were household items in the majority of the store so, that must be the focus of their business these days. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of some of the products they offered. Most of their prices was on par with the price you'd find in big box stores. There were a few bargains mixed in if you looked closely. However, I was disappointed because I'd see something that interested me just to find out that it had no price. A good third of what was on shelves had no price, no tag, no price sticker on the shelf. I asked the cashier when I was leaving if the store had been reset recently to which I don't recall getting an answer. Wish they had their act together, then it would be worth going back.

Big Lots has a wide array of options to choose from including, beautiful sectional sofas, love seats, kitchen and dining tables and chairs, complete outdoor furniture, porch furniture, waterproof furniture, beds, mattresses, night stands, and complete bedroom sets. There are also bed linens, bathroom ensembles, towels, throw rugs, etc. Then they have snacks and drinks of all kinds and pretty much anything you could want. Expect to be in the store for at least an hour.

Great store very accommodate staff, even when they have a true Karen!!! The lady at check out was amazing confronted by a very unruly rude customer. He handled the situation with out missing a beat. And handled my transaction with out a single comment regarding her last desasterous customer.

Considering your older female employee with the disability provoked me with plain discrimination and tried forcing me to leave my bag at the front while shopping with my family for Halloween decorations & then had two employees follow us around like goons after saying she would call the police for me not giving her my bag I am highly disappointed. Also selection was very small, would not recommend going to this store unless you want to be treated like a thief.

A rare bad review from me. The cashier was amongst the rudest I have ever encountered. Twenty minutes on one customer and yes I was beyond impatient seeing as I had one item. I wasn't cussing or raising my voice, but I did turn to a customer and say I should have gone to a convenience store. Then the cashier started running her mouth at me big time. I had not said anything to her, nor had I raised my voice or used any bad language. Rude, rude, rude. The customer gave the cashier two dollars for my can of Pringles but I wonder if she even rung it up. I will not be going back to this Big Lots. The cashier even had the nerve to say to me if you are so impatient I'll just quit. The woman between me and the long taking transactor actually left then. You do not verbally attack your customers. Not if you want repeat business.

Me and my family make a weekly pilgrimage to big lots every Friday to stock up on odds and ends. The people that work there are always friendly and almost like family because we see them so often. They have good prices on a lot of items but some things you can find cheaper other places like birthday cards and I wish they sold alcohol. They do have items from foreign country's that I enjoy like German made shortbread cookies and other stuff. Overall though it's a great place to shop.

Can catch some good deals here especially if you join their free Rewards program which generates coupons to your email and sometimes on your check out. In store shopping and curbside pick up is always good. Employees are friendly and helpful, very relateable.

Big lots is always a treasure hunt due to the fact that inventory shifts and changes. Some days you get lucky other days not so much. This was actually my first visit to this location, sales staff was not as friendly as in other locations, layout was a bit confusing and inventory is nicer in other big lot stores. I will give them one more try in hopes that I hit an off day.March 18, 2021I took away a ⭐ today. I ordered two lawn ornaments because they were not available in the local store. When they arrived via FedEx the box was battered and the ornaments themselves were in many pieces due to being put in an oversized box with NO packing to cushion them. I went to the store for a refund and after a lengthy discussion with one of the managers I received a refund. Last time for me! Not worth wasting my time and money.

Big Lots is a nice general retail store. It does have a wide variety of merchandise. The only drawback is only one or two brands for the same item. There were some less expensive items that might have three brands to pick from, mostly grocery item.My last visited was on a Sunday and Big Lots was the only store open until 8 p.m. in the entire mall area. But I felt entirely safe because there was a private security guard there and visible until the store closed.The staff was wonderful & polite It only took a few minutes for a staff member to ask if I needed help. When I said yes he helped me find every item on my list then walked me up to the front register and offered to take my purchases to my car.While helping me he took the time to ask other customers if they needed help finding anything. He would give great directs (including aisle number and how far down the aisle it was located.)

Looking for furniture for my new place. It seems to me like it's rent to own. I did buy a coffee pot and some dishes an a 14pieces frying pans and pots for 100$. The coffee pot has a timer, the dishes are 28piece 4 of everything from forks and spoons and bowls and plates, coffee cups and glasses

I was shopping for a friend. She had called about water on sale. The clerk had put it in a cart for. Everyone friendly &helpful. They loaded the water in her, so nice. Love BIG Lots.
