TL;DR: for the sake of consumers, please do your own research on the product before buying, because some products aren’t even any more beneficial buying here versus brand new.Believe me when I say this place got really good stuff. However, I’m giving 4 stars because it lacks two things. Proper researching on product pricing and proper testing for certain products.A friend visited the store recently and reported back to me that they had a PS5. I visited the store myself to take a look and though they do have PS5, they are terribly priced for a used condition PS5.The god of war bundle PS5 is valued at around $550 from retail. The one that this store is offering is $499.99 and it’s MISSING the game. If basic research was was done, they would have recognized that the bundle isn’t some special edition PS5. It’s literally a standard PS5 missing a game. In comparison, you can buy a brand new PS5 from Walmart for $499.99 without the game, thus completely destroying any incentive to buy the console from this store. The PS5 is no longer a scarce product to get 2023, and $499.99 in a used condition from this store isn’t worth it.Put it at $450, then that would get picked up very quickly.Another thing to add is this place has a lot of PC parts, but no reasonable way to test them. If you’re gonna sell PC parts, this store absolutely needs a PC test bench. A test bench is a working PC where you can take any of the parts and test them in store to be absolutely sure the product works.The staff members will help you and pull out products to look at, but if you have no way to prove proper functionality when it comes to PC parts, then those prices can’t be justified. It is especially when they’re trying to sell a Corsair CV650 80+ bronze for $80 when that particular model made in 2019 is going for $60-$70 brand new by Corsair.If anything, this place needs to either hire someone well versed in consumer electronics, especially with a PC builder background, or do more in-depth research rather than looking on what sold in an eBay listing.At least in a standard bin store, it’s worth to gamble $7-$10 on a broken PC part, but at retail price only discounted by 20%-30%, you’re almost better off buying used from Amazon because at least they have a return window with refund.Don’t get me started on the 3D printers. The one they’re selling is about $100-$150 more expensive than brand new if they actually realized the company that makes them don’t sell them brand new nor pre-owned on Amazon. Any 3D printer made by PRUSA that shows up on Amazon are 100% resold by 3rd party vendor. For them to label it as previously ~$1150 and discounted to ~$750 when in reality a new prebuilt one is $899.99 and a diy brand new version is <$700 kinda irked me.
