We have two beautiful and sweet dogs from OBX Doodles and couldn’t be happier with our choice. We have a child with some special needs and they are the most gentle and perfect temperament for our family’s needs. Every place they go- groomers, vets, daycare - all tell us how much they love our sweet pups and how they wish they could clone them! Heather is amazing to work with in the process from start to finish and even gave us some in depth consultation about how to choose the right litter and puppy for our family. We are officially Doodle people now!

We’ve had our OBX doodle for 5 years now and we genuinely can’t imagine a better dog. Her temperament is amazing, she’s smart, she’s healthy, and she was the easiest dog to train. We live across the country now but we’re seriously considering our next OBX dood soon so that Aspen can teach the new pup the ropes. We can't overstate how amazing the OBX Doodle program is. These dogs are priority #1 for the whole Hart-Kranz family. Heather is very knowledgeable and follows a very high protocol for the breeding program. We drove 10 hours each way because we had the greatest confidence in what Heather has to offer. She maintains a healthy FB group for adoptive families to stay connected. You can't go wrong adding an OBX Doodle (or two) to your family!!

I can't say enough positive things about OBX Doodles. As a longtime dog owner and first time doodle owner I can easily say that my boy Gozo is special. He was the easiest to train, has the best temperament, and has brought so much joy to our lives. I sadly live in NV now and am no longer within driving distance, but when we decide we are ready for another doodle I know I will 100% fly across country to make sure it's an OBX Doodle. Heather really knows her stuff and 100% puts her heart and soul into all the dogs. I'm so grateful to Heather for raising and caring for such amazing dogs!

Our experience with OBX (Heather & Family) has been heavenly. We got our Kylo (black golden doodle) four years ago and can’t imagine life without him. Great breeder who cares about their puppies and continues to care about them though out their lives. She hit the nail on the head when I asked if Pearl was a submissive puppy or an alpha puppy. She said she was submissive and she most definitely is! Exactly what I wanted since I have an older doodle at home. I trained dogs for years ( not a trainer now ) and I can tell the temperament of Pearl and another puppy I know from OBX doodles are amazing. They really take pride in breeding for the correct temperaments and not just for a size or color. Pearl is amazing with both of my toddlers! Definitely recommend OBX doodles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The BEST experience, BEST communication, and BEST breeder! We got our doodle from OBX Doodles exactly 3 years ago today. He has the best temperament and is a great family dog. I will always recommend friends and family who are looking for a doodle to contact OBX. My favorite part of OBX is that the breeder not only shows you the available pups on selection day but she describes their temperament as well. Our Buzz boy is exactly what she described. My husband doesn't know it yet, but we will be getting another OBX Doodle in the very near future.

We love our boy, Jasper, that we got from OBX Doodles! Heather has always been super communicative about the parents’ health, what to expect, and temperament. There is a FB group she will invite you to if you get a dog from her that is an incredible resource. You get tips from other OBX Doodle parents and can see how your puppy’s littermates are doing. Heather genuinely cares about her pups and wants to make sure the dogs are going to homes who can take good care of them.Jasper has been extremely healthy so far and has an incredible temperament. People never believe us that he’s only 2 and is so mature for a doodle. (That’s without professional training!) He’s full of sweetness and loves to cuddle. We love our boy and would hands down get another OBX doodle!

I highly recommend OBX Doodles. When I was looking for a goldendoodle I looked at several places, but Heather and Tracy were just absolutely perfect with every question I had. I did not want to get a puppy from a breeder who didn't put the dogs first. They 110% put their dogs first. They helped me pick out Gabby and she has been a dream. She is so smart that she passed her service dog exam first time around. She has saved my life and my dad's life already. Even after almost 3 yrs I know I can message OBX Doodles with a question and they will get right back to me. They are a second family.

My Ivy is 3 year old OBX doodle and I simply could not love a dog more. Heather was dead on when she appropriately crowned Ivy the prom queen of the litter. Ivy has had zero health issues and I receive comments daily on her temperament. Her groomer even raves about her temperament compared to her other clients. I cannot say enough about how the breeder cares about this program and the family you become after taking home your fur-baby. Highly recommend!!!!

Hands down the very best goldendoodle breeder ever... We have one baby from them already and one on the way and we couldn't be any happier with them. I currently have two OBX Doodles who are also in their breeding program. Since day 1 over two years ago now Heather and her team have been absolutely amazing to my pups and I’ve got to meet many other OBX doodle families because of the group she has provided when getting a puppy. Not only were both of my puppies already doing good potty training, able to sleep in high volume rooms, good with all animals and kids because they are exposed to everything so little… I was also able to have support from all over when I had questions or needed advice. As a new dog mom, that was the most important thing to me. Meika is off to get settled into her nursery today to have her first litter and I know the second she gets there she’ll be so excited to be at her second home. OBX doodles is our family now and I can’t imagine going with anyone other breeder ever again 10/10!!!

I rescued a doodle and decided he needed a friend. I spoke with Heather and we got on the list for a mini golden doodle. Daisy has been perfect. Never cried at night. Goes straight to her kennel when asked. Potty trained fast! And isn’t spooked by anything. She is sooo funny and sass… the daily laughs we need. They really put a lot of time and care into their puppies to ready them for their forever families. I will definitely come back to Heather and Tracey when we want to add to our family.

I would recommend Obx doodles 100x over. My husband and I looked up and down the east coast at different breeders and were very particular on what we wanted. I came across this group and when I talked to Heather, I knew immediately this was the right choice. Now if only she could convince my husband to let me get a second!
