Stopped here, store was closed because they had pipe water issue and state police was in front of the store maybe talking to the owner. Making your way off of ocean highway to the parking lot, the driveway and or parking lot is not good and needs to be paved and or add a nice concrete driveway and parking lot.

I've visited this particular store many times, but today must have been an especially "bad" day for them. There was only 1 employee for the entire store, & the place was an absolute disaster! Unpacked boxes of merchandise cluttered the floor and blocked isles, the floor was dirty & covered with debris (glitter, scraps of paper, floral pieces, etc), the merchandise that was on the shelves was a jumbled up chaotic mess. The single female employee couldn't even tackle any of that because she was managing the register. They had a "Now Hiring" sign on the door. When I inquired about a job, & commented about her really needing some help, I was turned away & told they'd already hired everyone. So where were all those employees they'd hired?? I would have started work right then & there to help her out as well as myself! Maybe they need to improve management??

The new Family Dollar/Dollar Tree is a nice concept, however, I will not be visiting this location again. The new store is clean and neat, however, the staff is rude. One cashier (Shay) was on her phone in personal calls while checking out customer. Another cashier said that due to covid, we had to wait to be called to come to the register, however there were no signs, or instructions. And no staff was wearing any masks. It doesn’t seem they are too worried about covid. Shay also made a comment that she really wanted to say something that would make her lose her job. The customer service is extremely poor. And on top of that, their milk selection was expired on 10/13 and we were there on 10/16.

Poor social skills and decision making. As a cashier and an employee I was not treated fairly. My opinion, based on what I've heard and seen they give extra promotions to people of their favorite, they do not care about the others that actually work and take the time seriously.

Jax and I were traveling through town and wanted to go see this store.Jax bought $85 of items but realized the lady behind the counter left two shirts out of Jax's bags after telling her she wish she could get some herself.There is a Dollar General down the road, go there and don't be cheated.

I prefer Dollar General unless it's super busy. This store is pretty dirty and the employees seem to hate being there. But the products are affordable and you never have to wait in line.

Answered a phone call while in store, not in line. Was asked to get off the phone or leave the store. Not talking loudly or bothering anyone... Not cool.
