Love this shop! It has a wide variety of antiques that are tastefully displayed and fairly priced and an owner who is pleasant and accommodating. I always stop by to see what’s new in the shop when I’m in the area. A real asset to downtown Hertford!

What a great gem we found in Hertford. Everything is arranged so you can actually see what is on the shelves!! We were impressed with the quality of the items and the owner was so friendly and helpful. We do plan to return before we leave this area. If you love antique shops like we do, this is a must stop.

This is a wonderful hidden treasure in Hertford, NC! A little bit of everything and so neat and organized. Prices are better than most antique stores that we have shopped. I saw a sign and turned to explore a new place and what a great find! It is a wonder emporium of beautiful antiques and more, so creatively decorated and placed, that you could spend hours just browsing through and still find something exciting that you missed. It is my new favorite stop and Mrs. Beverly is the most friendly, gracious host. She really loves her shop and it shows! It is my new go-to stop every time I get near it and also where I take all my friends for a girls day outing, and they have all LOVED it too! I can’t wait to go back again! Thank-you Mrs. Beverly!❤️

Bev is great, and I can’t recommend dropping into her shop enough. She’s got a great selection of items from small decorations to enormous showpieces, all of them reasonably priced. Every trip to her shop is an adventure, and you never know what you might find. She’s also sweet and helpful, and joy to chat with. I know I’ll be back many times.

Owner stated she sells her uranium glass to one customer and he picked up everything Saturday. I found 5 pieces and she refused to sell them to me. Owner very rude. Will not shop here again.

I was just looking for a place to shop, and I ended up in the store and had the most lovely conversation with Beverly. She was so helpful and friendly and helped me pick out some wonderful jewelry. I bought some vintage jewelry that was so unique and such a treasure to find. The prices are so reasonable and the staff here are so friendly! Do yourself a favor and stop here and shop a little before you head out of town. You won’t regret it. 💖💖💖

Im so happy we visited Church St Antiques today. They have a great selection, excellent prices, and impeccable customer service. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had the packing materials needed to bring our new pieces home securely. I stumbled across this antique store after grabbing coffee this morning and it is amazing! I found the best Christmas place settings in addition to many other awesome household finds. This place is filled with lots of treasures. There are new things to find nearly every week. The layout and arrangements are thoughtfully done and prices are great. My favorite escape on a weekday at lunch or on the weekend. Have found so many unique pieces here. The owners are wonderful also. She will answer you personally on her Facebook page! Definately must check out this hidden gem!

We used to live in Hertford and went to this store back when it was Herfordshire Antiques. We happened to be back in town so we dropped in to check it out. They had some interesting stuff but all of that was overshadowed by the mean old woman who runs the place. She growled an answer to every question you had and she made rude comments literally right to your face...even after you've made a purchase. We won't be going back to that store again. Hertford itself is bad enough, but this store is another good reason to stay on the other side of the bridge.

Great little shop, and honestly one of the first we’ve found around here. Wide variety of styles, periods, and types of objects. The owner was very nice and she stages the shop displays well. We left with several boxes of merchandise and will be back for more I’m sure.
