unique is right. the only thing these people care about is putting their views out for the rest of the world to see. I wouldn't normally have a problem with this because it's their store they're allowed to put whatever merchandise they like out. But what kills me is I tried to make small talk with these people and they were just mean, downright mean. Tried to tell them about my dog. Told them that some of their items were cute. One of them even sort of shoved her way past me to get to the back room because I was in the way. I tend to fall in between about views of any kind. So I usually go in with an open heart an open mind when someone else has their personal opinions in their shop. I even wound up buying something still! I know that no one has to be happy all the time but it would have been nice just to be recognized as a customer! Mostly everything was overpriced but I can understand that for a locally made item or something that someone's been a lot of time on. Still everything was a pretty penny. Definitely skewed my view of their community :(

Update: Still love Wag! Same lovely people and the same quality products. This is our Wally's go-to pet store.Caroline is wonderful with dogs. Our Wally took to her like an old friend. She's very helpful with finding the right products for the customer. A great shop with lots of quality stuff.

This is the coolest pet store around!!! I could never go without my furry friend because he expects a treat from there once in awhile. They have the most healthy unique treats and foods. Also carry a lot of nice accessories and some medical supplies. It's the number one place my dog likes to go shopping ❤️

Wonderful pet shop that we love to stop at when driving between Knoxville and family in SC. They carry the food our dog likes and a lot of fun treats for him to try. Great place to go if you want to see a variety of things like harnesses and booties in person, too.

Nice selection of dogs, toys, and treats. The staff was friendly and gave some great recommendations for treats. Prices were reasonable. Well stocked up on everything for your pet.

I'd like to give Wag a higher rating. We are regulars here. We get our dogs kibble and raw diet food. The owner is always terrific but I have to give other employees a mixed review. This week the employee seemed mad at something in his life. He nicely argued about what my dog eats. He made inaccurate statements about the raw food brand we use not being made from any four legged animals just poultry. Although my dog eats beef and venison from this brand. Another employee walked by while I was being checked out and told me he would check about how many more orders I needed for a free box of food. As it turned out the box was free. The first employee would have just sold it to me?We love to support local, so we hope the owner will continue to train staff to be more customer centric

Always walked past this store but never went inside and now I finally did and i absolutely love it! The people working there are so helpful and nice. Very friendly. This is my go to place for my fur babies now ! I'm so happy I finally came here . And maze loves them too!

I have going to wags since last October, after I adopted a rescue dog. Each visit the staff has been so knowledgeable and helpful with all my needs and concerns .My dog seemed to have an allergic reaction to the food I was giving her, so they suggested the UCARI test kit to see what she was allergic to. It was simple to do and then you mail it to them. Within a week we received our results and found numerous severe and moderate allergic reactions to many things. I went down with the results to wags and they printed a copy of the results. Tricia spent a whole day going through all the foods they had and sorted out the ones that our dog could have. Tricia sent me a lengthy list of all foods and treats for our dog.I can’t say enough about Tricia and all the staff with their dedication and love of animals.I highly recommend them for any of your pet needs.Thank you all

Super friendly staff! I purchased a bag of dog food and my pup isn’t taking the switch well so all I have to do is bring back the food and they’ll donate it and swap the bag!! That’s amazing it’s not going to waste and it’s feeding homeless pups! Much cheaper than other pet boutiques I’ve been to around the area! I would recommend!! I drive here all the way from Asheville!

I took my Newfie, Ted in there for some shoes and a cooling bandana. Tricia was so nice and took the time to help me pick out the right size and style of shoes for Ted. The store has a wide variety of products for your pooch, including food and treats for competitive prices! Would definitely recommend!

I love Wag! They carry great quality treats, food and products. I love that I can pop in with my dog when we’re in town. Caroline, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure that her products are the best. Chad and Bonnie are well educated on the products they carry and can help you with anything that you need. They also do a lot to support local rescues and promote other downtown businesses. Great place and people all around!

Very nice, clean shop with a wide array of pet supplies from healthy food and treats to toys, apparel, accessories, gift items, grooming and care, etc. Much thought is obviously taken in choosing what they carry. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and really get to know you and your furry companion. My little dog gets so excited when she knows we are headed there. Love this store!

We found this little gem while on a mini vacation and I so wish we had something like this in our hometown! The staff was so sweet and very knowledgeable! Great prices as well! Didn’t feel like anything was overpriced! They were also very sweet to my baby girl and she loved them as well! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

So many choices for food and or treats! My girl walked in, and her head exploded! She's a severe foodie, and scent trained...They have anything your dog needs, organic, natural, if they don't have what you need or want, I am sure they can order it. Very helpful staff, yes. I travel up from Spbg. Pina gives ot 2 paws up!

This store is a treasure! Go here if you really want to pamper your pup. It's a more high end place with more high end pup accessories. This store has everything from dog rain jackets to dried duck feet and home made treats. There's a section for cats in the back too if that's what you're into. They also stock high end toys and high quality foods. The woman behind the register was very friendly and we'll definitely be back for more treats soon!

Visited this store on a weekend trip and had a great experience. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable about the needs of my Golden Retriever puppy. Easy to walk around and browse. Good selection of healthy treat options for your pet. I really enjoyed my visit.

Absolutely love this place. I've been struggling to find the right harness for a while now. My dogs pulling was making going on walks unbearable. They helped me fit my dog and find the perfect harness. Also they have an awesome selection for treats and toys!

I love that we have a local shop to treat our animals. Staff are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We have learned so much about responsible pet ownership from Wag, as well. They also carry the most reputable and "clean" dog foods that our vet has recommended we use. Its great to know that they care what goes into our pets' bodies as much as our vet.
