Excellent location with agricultural products, LP gas refill, rental of trailers & equipment, outdoor work wear, pet food & supplies & much more. They carry Triple Crown horse feeds & have hours that accommodate my work schedule, so I’m a pretty loyal customer. Plenty of free parking. Spacious restrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Can’t say enough good about this location.

Extremely disappointing experience with an online in-store pickup. Tractor Supply's processes are not set up for the customers benefit (force me to download your app to pick up my item?!?). Then, when I needed to return something, a manager needed to be called, to approve a $4 refund. This resulted in a LONG delay for myself and for the other people in line. I won't be doing any more in-store activity with this company. On the upside, the staff was very friendly.. it's Tractor Supply's processes that make no sense and cause needless delay and dissatisfaction.

Don't got there nev or however you spell it doesn't have good customer service. He honored a guy behind me on a bag a dog food apparently being placed in the wrong spot. Yet they left a sign up showing I got a free 6oz bag of beggin strips with the purchase of my dog food and then argued me saying it wasn't his fault and would not honor me on the sign they left up. Will not go back there the lady at the register was really nice and helped me but even she knew it was wrong that the guy argued me and told me he wasn't going to honor it. An even made the statement that I was just trying to get free stuff. When in fact was already buying a different dog food because y'all was out of the normal brand I get. Extremely ridiculous and so uncalled for. Highly disappointed. I've been a general manger a few times in fact and never would I have talked to a customer the way he did and he knew he was wrong because he wouldn't give me his name and then fused at another employee when I got his name from them instead.

Update: 12/10/2022: The parking areas area open!! 🤪 Update: 12/09/2022: The aisles are now even closer together & part of the parking lot is blocked off! My “go to” place has gotten too compacted & difficult to move around in! Dang, I can’t get around much less place anything in the buggy!

I placed an order online and one item was in the other would be sent to store two days later. I got a text to pick up first part of order. I figured I would wait the two days until the rest was shipped and pick them up together. However they cancelled my order because of a two day delay in picking the first item up. That is ridiculous! I was told I have to go online and place the whole order over again. This makes me not want to do business with this company. What a waste of time for both the customers and the staff that had to pull the items and put them back.

Nice enough. Fairly clean store. BUTTTT…Check your dog food bag before walking out of the store. This location shamelessly tapes torn dog food bags and puts them back on the shelf. If I pay $60 for dog food it needs to have a factory seal. If you bought human food from ingles and found the bag torn and taped you would be ticked off. The same should apply to dog food.

They are a stickler when it comes to trying to return something without a receipt. Understable though. Once I found my receipt, there were no questions asked. What I ended up buying, was 35.29411765 % less expensive than the price at Lowe's, < 1 mi. away. Saved me many monies. Thanks Tractor Supply!

No more ! This store dose not have it together, told me one price on the scanner, we walk up and then they charge differently .even when they told and showed me it was a different price before . Then tell me the wooden pole I got from inside the store I can't buy and WILL HAVE TO wait 30 min outside for another. Left everything up front . You guys can out it all back up .EVERYONE STAY AWAY TILL THEY FIGURE OUT HOW TO RUN THIS PLACE ...

Kind of an old fashioned store, but that’s good. Always a friendly staff who was very helpful. On weekends the lines can get long and they do everything they can to have both registers open. The prices are competitive on pet food. Only four stars because they fill the primary parking spaces out front with merchandise. Bad move.

Heather just saved two hours of driving time for me didn't have to go to Brevard, NC store to get some items I needed from an online order. She also gave me some wonderful advice which I very much appreciate as a new goat owner. The main manager guy that looks like the lead character from Vikings tv show (sorry didn't catch his name) was incredibly helpful to me the other day. Wonderful and attentive staff! Ty guys!!

Absolutely incompetent. I called to check inventory on some things ensuring they knew it was because I was going to be driving nearly an hour to pick it up. “Yup. We have four rolls.” Well I made the drive and was then told they haven’t been able to find it. That’s good to know that you were either too incompetent or too lazy to actually verify before I wasted my time and money getting up there.

I have used this store weekly for years, I will taking my business elsewhere. Everytime I go there at least one thing isn't available. often staff is standing around talking.. .if you ask if they have what I need in the back, response I have received... we will dig through maybe in a few days. And when I return the next week stuff still not there. I have serious concerns about the care of the baby chicks

The place to go for all your "Farming" needs and supplies. Great place, great associates, great prices and the employees are very much knowledge and willing and ready to help you with anything that you may need! Very friendly and an overall awesome place to shop for whatever you may have the need for. I will recommend to everyone and Of course I will give them Five Beautiful Stars Everyday... Out of 6 employees I saw while in the store for 20 minutes, only 2 were wearing masks, and one was "wearing" it around her neck, although they had a "masks required " sign outside. So irresponsible and disrespectful. Will never shop here again. I would like to add the young woman working as a cashier was the only one with a mask on properly, and she was very nice, as well. I hope she finds somewhere better to work.

I got 50 pounds of clumping cat litter for $10.00! Dog food and cat food prices are extremely reasonable. Workers are friendly and helpful! Great shopping experience. Wild Bird food some of the best prices I've seen!

I like this place, it has nice things, but it is quite expensive, I always find myself looking at things that I would like to buy, but it is too expensive, so I put it right back down. This place has feed for most farm animals, including dogs, birds, and rabbits, and it has tack for horses, and equipment for building almost anything, it has clothing for people who work outside, nothing fancy here, just some nice camouflage shirts, and rubber boots you'll find here. Overall, if you have money, and you work outside a lot, or have a few animals, this would be a good store for you.

Great store. But there prices are high. I get the same feed for my chickens and dogs at 1/2 the price from a feed store. And I always seem like I have to wait . Staff had no clue how to answer simply questions about the chickens they sell.

I saw online that Tractor Supply had the suet feeder that I wanted. What I didn't notice was that it wasn't actually in the store for purchase, just online. The salesman informed me that the store had just set up a customer computer so you can order right there. After a few tries, I ordered the feeder that I had been wanting which will be delivered to my home. One can also order site to store. Great service and selections!

I wish that the store was bigger. This store carries a lot of durable goods even with the small space it has.I wear one of their logo hats everyday.The customer service has always been able to help me find the thing's I am looking for in quick, short period of time.

Lots of novel things here for a city girl anyway, they are things I have rarely seen. Good place for feed for my pet chickens... waiting for them to have ducklings as i want 3, pets also. They sell guinea fowl who are great cos they eat TICKS and other pests so they are wonderful pest control without ruining the ecosystem.

I love this store! This is where I buy dog food, cat food and other pet supplies. Any farming type supplies can be found here along with baby chicks, and most types of animal feed. This is where we have gotten all of our fencing materials as well.The most unusual thing I buy at Tractor Supply? Greeting cards! If you like quirky and something other than Shoebox this is the place to shop.

Always have what I'm looking for and if they don't they can look it up and order it for you. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They know where things are located at it the store making your visits fast and easy.
