A very nice store. Bigger than some The Fresh Markets I've been to, with nice selections. The bakery was great, as was the produce department. Excellent meat area, too. Employees were friendly and helpful. Checkout area was rather slow. Best part about this Fresh Market was all the unique items you can buy. Much different than a standard grocery store.

We are regular shoppers at The Fresh Market, especially when we're looking for something extra special. Many of the staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Most recently, Kass assisted my daughters, a friend, and myself with wonderful suggestions for a charcuterie board we were putting together for a game night. In addition to letting us try several cheeses, she recommended crackers, jam, wine, meats, and turned our shopping trip into a fun and memorable experience. The friendliness and expertise of Kass and other helpful employees contribute significantly toward customer loyalty for The Fresh Market, while nurturing the feeling of a true neighborhood market. I love Fresh Market! However. This past few days with company here, I got Quiche Lorraine, Chicken Pot Pie, and Broccoli Quiche.It really was inedible. No taste. Just a gob of starch. Gooey and sticky and horrible. I don’t know what else to say. It was truly bad.

My mom, sister, friend and I came here for a girls’ night charcuterie board and Kass gave us the most incredible recommendations. She was so knowledgeable, personable, and kind. She let us sample cheeses and then helped us find meat, crackers, and jams. She is so passionate about what she does and really turned a grocery store trip into a memorable experience. Jen, at the deli counter in Hendersonville NC is wonderful! She was eager to help us design a New Year’s Eve meal that we didn’t have to cook. She knew her area very well. Her friendly help is one reason why we enjoy this Fresh Market so much.

If you are into food that is supposed to be good for you and have a fat wallet then the Fresh Market is the place. It’s a small location but still a good selection. Nice staff. However, it’s rather dark inside. Great parking.

Everything was run very efficiently in the pick up line at the back of the store. Lovely personnel.I definitely will do cooked takeout again. Now I look forward to Thanksgiving dinner! No fuss no muss!

This store is amazing! I get so tired of hearing about the prices when I was reading the other reviews. You get what you pay for! You can't expect to walk into this type of store and find prices that compete with your neighborhood grocer. I loved the looks of the store, lighting, stock, etc. Just beautiful. Stores like this make shopping a joy, not a chore.

This store was beautiful. It did have numerous empty shelves in the bakery and Deli area. The hot deli area was a hot mess. I was there at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. All staff was helpful and friendly.

Love fresh it a bit pricey but it has baked goods with out corn syrup and there meat not as bad .it not 100% grassfed but it closer then others . the people that work there ate nice like you matter no attitude . yummy pie strawberry rhubarb one of my favs . and the crystallized ginger i love .I praise God for HE provides all i need according to His riches and glory.YHVH is glorious and so true .

I didn't start shopping here until I realized they had pretty good specials on Thursdays for dinner for me and my family also the bakery I really need to stay away from because they have so many delicioso looking sweets so mainly me and my girlfriend go here on Thursday to get dinner or bistro meals for lunch for work. I kind of enjoy going here for our meals on Thursday it is the only day that we go there I do wish that they would keep up a little bit better with their coffee sample stand because it's always cold it's always out of time so they're really slacking on that and if you come past about 4:00 p.m. they'll probably barely have any food left in the deli. And their cakes are pretty expensive. Overall I would say my experience with fresh market has been pleasant and I'll continue to shop here.

The devastation in Candler, Cruso and Canton, NC caused by flooding from tropical storm Fred will break your heart. I went to grab lunch at the Fresh Market on Hendersonville Rd. in Asheville and Douglas and Ellen were so kind to arrange to load me up with your beautiful bags. It will make it so much easier on the folks who lost everything to be able to get supplies. Thank you so much for your kindness!!

And to everyone else, maybe you all should think about unionizing. Actually I'm surprised that hasn't already happened. Then the company couldn't just up and kick you in the jewels like they did. Fresh Market has a helpful and polite staff. I love the food there. Produce is fresh and the meat and seafood are excellent. The store has a small town atmosphere. Although prices are a little steep with some products, the overall prices are comparable with the big grocery chains. Daily bargains are worth the visit. It is also fun to explore the unusual items not normally found at other stores. Give Fresh Market a try!

The bakery ladies are always willing to help, and super friendly, especially Katie! She always smiles and makes me feel so welcome! The sushi chef is also fantastic! She is so kind and the sushi is delicious and fresh! Thanks for the great customer experience!

Good store! The staff are helpful and attentive. Store manager, please do not let what happened to the Greensboro store (the transformation of a perfectly fine cheese, deli and sushi area into a chalky prepared foods area) happen here. If the higher ups force you, just point to this review. Higher ups, quit it! It's a great store, we don't need more overdone barbeque.

Looking forward to trying it.A lot of people say how pricey it is and a few say it's ridiculously overpriced. Let me tell you what's ridiculously overpriced:I went to Burger King a couple days ago and got a double patty Whopper Meal (medium), with tax it cost me almost $12 (my dog ate most of the Whopper and I didn't finish the fries, threw most of them away).I just read a review by someone who said they picked up the whole chicken meal for $15.Gee, I think I would rather have a decent, whole chicken meal that I can share with my family for a measly $3 more than a lousy BK single-person "meal" that I only took a few bites of and gave the rest to my dog.Not a tough decision, people.I'll update my review after I go shopping here, hopefully can get there within a week or so.

I've had the m9st wonderful experience another day, when cash register Josef offered me his help with signing for loyalty program which I wanted to do for a long time, but due to my age , unsure how to. He graciously took his time and did it in a nost kind and friendly way. People like him make a difference in our busy life and make us believe in goodness in this world.

Upscale shopping and the prices reflect that. In todays world the butcher counter has excellent cuts of beef, and worth paying a little more compared to what you get at the other markets. Bakery has a great display case and worth a stop. The store is always clean and the employees are courteous and helpful.

I went to get a few supplies and ended up with a couple pounds of shrimp , some salmon, couple pounds of chicken wings and a fruit salad and a few odds and ends everything was fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful as well as efficient. I always recommend Fresh Market in Hendersonville to my friends and family.

Nice store! The Fresh Market actually inspires me to make good food, places like BI-LO or Food Lion are so depressing. There are lots of healthy options. Prices are pretty high, but that’s what you get for better quality. Definitely recommend!👍🏻😁

First time.. great place. The chicken salad was great, tasty and healthy. They had our favorite mandarin orange salad dressing too. We'll probably start buying our meat at Fresh Market. Very pleased.

Have to go at least weekly to get our sweet fix. Their cakes and cookies are all melt in your mouth.Their meat is beautifully displayed and they have recipes if you're not sure. Or you can go across and pick out what you want pre-made at the deli. The staff are nice and helpful.
