If I could give her 10 stars I would! This woman is AMAZING!!! I have a difficult poodle that has high anxiety. Two other groomers called me to come get him before finishing because they could not deal with him. However, Stacey didn't seem to have any problems with his. He normally barks excessively when I leave. When I left and picked him up he was calm and happy. She bonded with him and I can tell you that's not easy to do. Not to mention he looked adorable. The week before she did my Yorkie and he was adorable too. Both my poodle and Yorkie looked precious, smelled wonderful and they both had adorable Halloween themed ties put on. So, if you looking for a groomer try her. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Oh, and her prices really were to low. I tipped her well because I thought she earned much more than she charged. If you go tell her DOOD (my difficult poodle) sent you.

Stacey groomed my dog for two years. I was always pleased.To the lady who gave her one star I hope you told the truth because she doesn't need anyone criticising her. It was always cash. Sorry if you did not hear that part.I am becoming very tired of vicious complaints. I am a true customer and not a friend. She would have been happy to service your needs further the next day. Girls. Let's not attack. Negotiate if you are unhappy.

Well I can truly say they are great...My Chi- Winnie Aurora loves them and she is excited to go to them everytime...They do a great job and they are charming people and this where I will be taking my girl to from now on...I just love Stacey ' s because my little girl ❤️ Stacey's...They listen and do what you ask no hesitation...

We had called to reschedule our appointment and she said she would call me back for a different time and day and never did so I had to call back again. Finally got a rescheduled appointment and when we brought our dog there she said 2 hours and it would be $45 even though she told me $40 on the phone. All we wanted was a puppy cut on our 4 pound Yorkie and no she wasn't overdue where the price should have changed. Went back 2 hours later and told it would be another 30 minutesSo we left and then she calls me 10 minutes later and tells me our dog is ready after I was already half way down the road. Picked our dog up and she was butched and full of hair that was loose and got all over my car. The cut was uneven and it looked awful.

Awesome experience with our 14 yr old nervous, blind pup. Stacey didn’t even use the vet ordered medication and Hamilton came home well groomed and peaceful. Incredible

She took nearly 3 1/2 hours and my poor dog still looked like he still needed a hair cut. She left before I got there leaving her assistant who was unable to make change and they don’t take a card. Once we got home my poor little guy started scratching to the point I had to rebath him with conditioning shampoo.

Very Disappointed, my doodle had a lot of mats, which I had cut them all out, had trimmed her hair, I ask Stacy if she could straighten up my cut a little bit, groom her which I thought included a bath ( which my Doodle didn't get, she did get her nails clipped though, and charged me $80.00 and I had to go home and trim her up so.e more. I don't know how this woman stays in business. It definitely won't be my business!
