I love this particular store. Lisa I'm the pharmacy is a dream to work with and the rotisserie chicken is OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD🍗😋🤤👽🛸🌎 P. S. our puppy "Shadow" loved the doggy beds there🐶🐾❣️

I have had terrible customer service at this location. I got to Sam’s Club at about 9:30 this morning with my 10 month old baby with the sole purpose of buying baby formula and was turned away because I’m not a “Plus” member. I was unaware of this rule. I understand people pay a little extra for that perk, but I was really upset that they turned me away and couldn’t make a small exception in this case. It’s hard enough to drag my baby out to the store in the cold, and then made even worse when I drive all the way here and am told I can’t go in and need to wait. Literally the only thing I was going to buy was baby formula. It would have taken me less than 5 minutes. Thanks for making life harder for this mother.

Be aware if you buy a ring make sure it fits!! They DO NOT size rings anymore! I got one for Christmas and I went to drop it off and was informed they don't do that anymore had to return a $2,300 ring. No jewelry store would size it either.

Great folks in recieving department. 2nd or 3rd time here. Always Smiles! You can't see Sam's Club off 64. Pass Walmart and Sam's sit farther down hidden on the right side after passing Walmart.

We received a special offer for a one-year membership for $20 and decided it would be worth it to try Sam's out for a year and see how it compared to Costco. Costco wins, hands down. This Sams Club, while the staff are super great, does not have a lot of organic produce or foods that cater to gluten-free diets. And there is a massive snack/junk food section. We have, however, found a lot of clothes we like at Sams Club - name brands like Eddie Bauer, Gap, etc - at insanely discounted prices. After making just two purchases so far our $20 membership has been worth it just for the clothes purchases alone. I doubt we will renew unless Sams starts to offer more organics and gluten-free products. Driving 45-minutes to the nearest Costco is still a worthwhile drive.

The scan and go is awesome. Don’t have to stand in a checkout line put your stuff in the cart, scan each item pay for it on your phone walk out with QR code to show receipt done

Handy place to shop. Good prices. Lower quality merchandise than Costco.Downside: Yogurt machine is FREQUENTLY broken. If it works, they are almost always out of chocolate.9/27/2023 update: Not much has changed. Restroom floor is dirty. Out of chocolate at food bar. Bucket catching drips at water fountains has been there at least a week. This old store needs a major refresh.2/28/24: Well stocked. Operations are back to pre-pandemic state.

When I used to go there and buy crab legs in a box 5 lb it would cost me 95 plus tax. Today there are $49.95 a piece I was in heaven. I took two boxes. Everything else that I bought was reasonable. My favorite store. And Walmart too I got 12 24-pack of water. I only cost me $44.55. It was a great day today. Thank you Sam's and Walmart

I feel so taken care of every time I go to the tire center. The tire guys are tire nerds in the best way! As I was waiting my turn one of them was explaining the options to a woman and asking her what kind of driving she does most, etc. When my car was finished two of the tire team were explaining what percentage of tread I had left and all kinds of extra info that I appreciated but wouldn't have thought to ask on my own. They are humble, knowledgeable, and helpful. My husband passed in 2012 and I hate doing these things on my own but as I mentioned, I truly feel taken care of there.

Katy barred the door. Someone needs to educate Katy on manners and customer service. Every other time, we've been allowed to shop at 0930, then check out after 1000. She is sending elderly shoppers away in droves in the pouring rain. Shame on Katy.

Not like it used to be, selection is falling to the corporate America items. Wish companies would remember their roots and cater to the customer who spend money to really save money and not the gimmick products they throw in the middle of the aisles. Poor purchasing decisions from corporate and poor people that scrape by and purchase the gimmicks. Still the same, everyone wants us to order online. Yep!

Terrible experience with the pickup. Pickup time was quoted between 5-6 and I arrive at 5:30. After checking in with the girl I was told she was working alone and that it would be a minute. I could understand the long wait if this was the case. After waiting 45 minutes and watching her fill four other orders, I decided to go in and see what the hold up was. There were 6 people “filling orders,” not just her. Not only that, I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting to no manager in sight, my groceries finally showed up from the person pulling them. Instead of waiting around for the manager I decided to just take my stuff and leave. Even after calling to speak to a manager, the customer service was aggressive and rude over the phone to my sister who placed the order. The manager even had the audacity to hang up mid-complaint. Needless to say, if you order pick up here expect to be treated like trash and have no respect for customers.

Lots of selection and the prices are generally very good.there seems to be a fair amount of turnover with the staff, but my questions are answered.01/7/2024 Update: still a solid store with lots of selections. I resisted the self-checkout and even more so, putting (yet-another app) on my phone, but I have to confess it is much quicker for us to check out the handful of items we buy by cell phone and then going straight to the exit.

Arrived at 9:58am to someone with an iPad turning non-"Plus" members away. I understand the shopping for Plus members only before 10am - it's a good rule that allows business shoppers the opportunity to get in and get out. But you're seriously going to make people (including a 70+ year old lady) stand in the lobby for two minutes? Keep the 8-10am for plus members, but what is the 2 or even 5 min going to hurt other than customer loyalty when you turn your customers away?

Sam's is ok. My main complaints about them are that they strongly push some type of upgraded membership and won't shut up about it even when you say you aren't interested. The other complaint is that they mainly have self checkout and act like by having this they are doing the customers a favor. In reality, they don't want to pay cashiers, so they make the customers do the work the store should be doing. Of course, Walmart owns Sam's, and they do the same thing with having mainly self checkout. Otherwise, Sam's is fine and much better than Walmart. It's also as good as Costco which also pushes upgraded memberships too. Also, Sam's has more stores and doesn't expect their customers to drive 90 or more miles to get to one.

We got some great salad, and a cooked chicken - perfect dinner!! Picked up some cookies for Mom, and a few essentials - all convenient and cost effective!! Then we filled up on gas as we were heading home. We love Sam's! I know others don't, but it is so easy for us, and saves money when we need it the most!

I have used all services from shopping to tires. People very respectful and helpful. I have gone found what I needed not in stock, but the ship free to your home option is wonderful. Definitely love the spacious aisles and cleanliness of this store!

Always a great place to buy in bulk. Good selection. However, I wish employees would not use the FAMILY restroom. I do appreciate that the bathrooms are usually clean. Optical center employees are extremely friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

A great place. Optical shop is wonderful.Pharmacy and auto are A1 also. Be thoughtful and have a little patience, they provide services to a lot of people. But they take great care of you. Absolutely best customer service and the prices are the best you'll find

Good luck getting anyone in ANY department to ever answer the phone. Their website does not tell you if a local store has an item in stock so we would frequently drive out only to find out they did not.. Calling however to get a person to key in the item number to find out is always impossible. I've called this location 5 times over the past two years and never once have they answered.. be in customer service or the tire department. The only good thing I'll say about this location is that they're generally less busy than the spartanburg location.

Witness a staff member hit a customer car in parking lot today. She went back into club and brought a member of management out with her to show what she had done. I was really impressed with the staff today they took pictures of the accident. They was very understanding of the accident, along with taking responseably of have the customer car fixed Not many young people would take responsibility and own to to damaging a customer car in a large parking lot. Good customer service. I will keep my membership

Busy store on a Memorial Day! I use Scan and go and avoid the check out line. Great deals today. I bought more than usual but we had a cookout for family and the prices were much better than local grocery stores. Also I stock up on staples like laundry detergent and TP and save $$$.

I just recently got my membership at Sam's club and went for the first time today and I loved the store, but when my boyfriend and I went to check out the lady that was there to help and assist customers was kinda rude. She she didn't believe me when I told her we had a membership and she acted like we were stealing, she then proceeded to ask me where or how i got our membership,then she asked to see it and i showed her and she was like oh okay . Mind you we've never been to a sams before. I really did not appreciate the way she treated us. Not at all!!

Fine experience until an associate named Gerry would not accept no thank to upgrade our membership. Seven times I politely declined. Very abrasive associate. She continued to engage. I was shocked at this behavior!

I thought I was at DMV. Tried to get membership validated, system had my card as expired on date I purchased membership. So far not a fan. Dropped Costco. Maybe I shouldn't have. Still waiting. Big joke. UPDATE. Card issues straightened out, credit for one yr membership. In store experience VG, self checkout a huge plus, really speeds things up. One minor thing, associates at self checkout, when validating alcohol purchases EVERY TIME ask you to consider upgrading membership, even though the self checkout monitor also asks at which you can opt out. They need to address this. Don't bug the customer. Lost 2 stars on that alone.

Been a member since they opened, steady decline of quality, pharmacy is one star and very disorganized, don't know what's in stock, tells you they have it and then do not. Hendersonville desperately needs a Costco. I think they need to be drug tested.
