We had an amazing experience with Nicole S. She was so kind, and helped us choose the right corn snake that would be perfect for my daughters birthday. Her customer service was incredible and we really appreciate her! Thank you Nicole you made our day!!

They were great. My dog gets anxiety when he gets nails cut, but they were patient and kept him as calm as possible. And most places don't file , they just cut and send him out. But, pet Smart did a awesome job. On a score of 1 to 10. I give them a 10.

The food I was buying was $12 cheaper on their website, but they wouldn’t price match. I placed the order online to pick up at the same store, but they said they didn’t have enough staff to get it before they closed. Even though I was standing at the register with the product in my hand.I know it’s not the employees at the stores fault, but this corporate policy caused much more work for them and I have trouble understanding the logic.

I gave it a 3 star only because I've never been to one they have a lot , I thought they could use a few carnivores seems like both instructors pythons monitors maybe some spiders been cool but overall pretty nice store as a matter of fact I'm going to go ahead and up it to four stars.

I come in at least once a week and spend a lot of money. I noticed, however, that there isn't anyone here in this store, that is part of the special needs community, no adult I/DD. Literally, one of the only stores that I've never seen anyone hired that has spectrum disorder or down syndrome, which to me, screams discrimination. My client called in about getting a job here. He's high functioning spectrum disorder. He would have a job coach, and he's black and was blown away by how he was treated (potentially some racism). So I'd really love for HR to contact me so we can discuss this further.

Store employees great. Grooming salon horrible! Tried over a wk to get an appt for a chihuahua nail clip that takes 10 min but they "closed early" each day! Finally got an appt & they called to cancel it less than an hr before I was supposed to be there because they noticed that I needed an updated rabies shot. Did NOT have time to get that & keep the appt. Very hard to schedule & bad customer service to wait & cancel on me at the last min!

Only reason not 5 stars is if you/customer asks for a specific item (feliway optimum in my example, and they have regular feliway) their response is simply we don't carry that. Their other stores do so why not accommodate your customer and order it? 🤨🙄 If I sound petty, imagine those customers with no car, limited time, bad weather etc... Plus if the solution is I SHOULD DRIVE TO DIF STORE OR ORDER IT, THEN WHY HAVE THE STORE AT ALL 🤔 LISTEN TO YOUR CONSUMERS NEEDS 🤷🐾

Thank you for reopening your Salon for our furry friends!Our pet looks and feels terrific after her grooming.The Staff is congenial and kind to our pet and ourselves.We are met with smiles even during the Covid-19 crisis.They are knowledgeable and caring. They are understandingand listen to our concerns or changes that may be needed.Also, the drop-off to pick-up is done in a timely manner.In addition, they are professional and gentle when handling our pet,and they give compliments that are heartfelt.Christmas of 2019 was her first visit, and as you can seein the photo, she is one styling girl!I would highly recommend Pet Smart Grooming to anyone.

One of the larger Petsmart locations. Very nicely lighted and easy to navigate. Best selection of pet products anywhere in the area. Friendly staff. Great parking. Recommend.

I had a terrible experience here. I was a first-time customer taking my dog in to be groomed. I waited two weeks on their waiting list before they could get to my dog. My dog has anxiety. So he's barked like crazy once I left. They gave him a bath and told me since they found a couple fleas on him they had to use flea shampoo. And they had to charge me $10 for using the shampoo. Okay that was fine. They trimmed his nails. Then the groomer called me and told me that when she tried to cut his hair he wasn't letting her do it. She said he tried to bite her one time. My dog is a little 10 lb Pomeranian. She told me I needed to pick him up. So I did. What I did not expect was when I got there they charged me full price. $57 and all they did was give him a bath and trim his nails. That is a terrible way to treat a first-time customer. I mean they could have charged me half that amount and it still would have been more money than it was worth. I will never be returning here and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows about my experience.

PetSmart is one stop shopping for sure. My dog, Panda sheds like crazy and will be getting her first shave of the season. The staff was so helpful choosing the best shedding tool blade and shampoo! And she assured me I could bring anything back if I was not happy. We even got a treat at checkout!

Cleanest pet store I've been to, staff is always friendly, even when they are busy, and the lady that handles the fish section is very knowledgeable, she always helps with fish and fish supply questions.

Whoever hired the girl with the pink hair at the register, great call because she was so sweet!! The customer service was wonderful and there were many smiley faces. The employees were stocking items and obviously very busy but every one that I passed smiled and asked if I needed help. I just went to by stocking stuffers for my fur baby and the prices were awesome! 7$ for a big box of treats, a toy and another treat!

The employees were fantastic and very kind. I have nothing bad to say about them. However, I needed to share this to warn others. Rats are not supposed to be kept in tanks. Rats are extremely prone to upper respiratory infections and the build-up of ammonia being in a tank will cause them. I was visiting the PetSmart yesterday with my fiance when I noticed the rats. Because I'm a very experienced rat owner, I worried for them and figured they were likely sick and that whoever got them wouldn't know how to help them. I wanted to take all three that were there but because I already have 2 at home and 2 dogs and cats, my fiance put his foot down and said only two. Sure enough, as soon as I got them home, I heard it. They both have URIs. One is much worse than the other. Luckily, because I'm an experienced rat owner, I have the right antibiotics on hand but the person who would've got them had I not purchased them likely wouldn't have known what a URI sounded like or the symptoms and these guys would most likely have died. I feel bad that I didn't get to take the third one, he's likely sick too. Anyway, I write this to warn you guys. When you get pets from these places, it is a risk and a gamble. Fortunately, I know what to do. Hopefully I can get them healthy again. I recommend doing a LOT of research before getting any pet but especially from corporations like this. Often times, they don't know the proper care for each animal and will give you the wrong advice about the cage they need, the care they need, etc. Other than my new rats being sick which I expected anyway, it was a lovely visit and I really loved the leash and collar we got for my dog. The leash has a LED light on it so I can easily take my dog on a walk in the dark late at night. It was a good visit, I'm just bummed the rats are sick and the little guy I had to leave behind likely is too.

I bought a hamster here and had a great experience, especially with a staff member named Joanne. Even though I'm sure she was busy, she spent a long time with me, letting me interact with various hamsters and honestly commenting on their temperaments. She was not only a professional salesperson but a knowledgeable educator who equipped me with information I needed to care for my new pet. The person who checked me out was also very friendly and congratulatory! I'd happily go back.

Worst grooming experience. My pup literally has patches of his long hair all under his tummy, and legs. Did not trim his nails (which is included) Wouldn't recommend any of the retards that work there. They have no idea how to groom properly... coming from someone who worked for a groomers shop for many years(as a bather) in South Florida. Only reason I booked with them was due to availability and close to home. Never again.

My very shy 8 year old labradoodle had a bath and blow today. I was impressed by how calm the place was and I knew she was in good hands. I also knew she was really grown out but no one complained, just did what I asked and I loved seeing her as a wooly bear. We'll go back for a summer cut and I know she'll be in good hands.

It was a smaller PetSmart but he still had a lot of stuff in it. You were greeted when you came in the door everything was well organized the employees were very friendly and also very well stocked. We bought some cat litter it was cheaper online than it was to buy it in the store I asked him about it and they gave me the online price no hassle no problems just glad to help. If you're in Hendersonville you need pet food and thanks for your pets I would highly recommend this store! Great store

What a lousy experience! The young dimwit that was assigned to groom our King Shepherd was completely inept. He called us 20 minutes after dropping her off saying she was uncooperative. She has never had a bad review from a groomer before. In fact, any groomer we’ve used has said she’s very accommodating and calm. I’m thinking she either didn’t like his creepy demeanor or maybe he was mean to her. Either way, the grooming didn’t happen. I picked her up and there was no charge, since it didn’t seem PetSmart had accomplished anything. It wasn’t until I got my Nena home and took her out of the car that I saw her whole left rump was shaved. Any groomer knows that you cannot shave a German Shepherd on any part out their body. Their fur cannot regrow naturally like some others can. You’ve basically ruined the dog once you shave ‘em.

The people in the grooming salon are so helpful! Luke is very friendly and personable! He helped by answering my questions and did it all with a smile on his face. The salon manager Kayla I think was her name was also very nice, and helped figure out what we needed! :)

This staff is super friendly and sweet. The store is always well stocked and reasonably priced over their competitors. Management here is also helpful and kind. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to others in the very near future! Thanks again PetSmart! Keep up the fantastic job!

Great store they have everything you could need for regular pets. The reason they lost the star is because I disapprove of the pets they have in tiny cages for sale. I don't like the conditions that they are in the only pets they have that I'm okay with are the ones that they have for adoption because they're already grown most of the time and need a place to go where is the rest of the is only bought a front breeders to make a profit which I don't approve of commercial breeding either.

My fur boy loves shopping here. The snacks and love he gets... And I myself love the great attitudes and friendly folks. Kinda pricey but my boy is worth every dime.
