Eric really took care of us today! He was able to realign the cable so it wasn't exposed. He secured the lines in a box, and even grounded everything. It is so fantastic to have someone who knows what he's doing! Eric analyzed the situation, gave us options, and listened to us. We are grateful for Eric's calm personality and his pleasant attitude. He kept us reassured every step of the way. What a pleasure. We love our Optimum internet service and Eric was the frosting on the cake! 🎂

Austin was our technician today. He was very courteous and polite throughout the time spent here. An hour or so. Very communicative too. First time they arrived early instead of the last stop. I would recommend him to any of your customers.

I was really happy it was Pedro who came today. He is very professional and considerate, plus he is just a really nice, easy-going guy. He gets the job done without wasting time, goes right to the solution phase and does what needs to be done. Pedro has great communication skills and uses them to include and empower me which makes me feel respected and confident.

Juan was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to help me solve my outage issue, as well as recommending an upgrade and repair I need to make my internet faster. I enjoyed meeting him. Highly knowledgeable and impressive technician. I'm going to upgrade my services with Optimum.

First time using optimum. Juan was our installation technician. He was on time, explained everything, very pleasant and did an excellent installation and check on service speed. He was the best!!!!

I have always gotten good results from Brett Lopresti because it takes time to listen to my concerns, assess the situations thoroughly and solves the problems. Unfortunately, I have not had the same results with other technicians. One incident technician did a quick "fix" and within five minutes after he left, the problem was back. I called him immediately and he could not come back, on to another job.

Our internet went down yesterday. Pedro showed up this morning. He was professional and listened to our issue. He quickly found and resolved the problem (bad cable from house to box on street). We were back up and running - now awaiting the crew to bury the cable. Thank you.

Optimum scheduled quickly- next day! Brian and Leo were a great team installing, gave me so many more options and advice for modem placement and router options than the “big guys” I am switching from. And they were very nice to the cat (and my carpets after a rainy day. Nice touch with the booties!)

The technician was courteous and explained the process well so I could understand the problem. The line coming from the pole had been compromised by an animal that chewed the cable. I hope that if we need to call another technician for repairs that we can get this one again.

We had an issue with our Internet service. The technician went over everything very thoroughly. He discovered that the modem wasn't up to speed, and he replaced it. Good communication and timely, too.

I called a mth before I closed my business and told them to cut my service off on December 23, 2023. The person I spoke with, was very kind & he Told me no problem they would credit me for the days since I payed ahead & for me just to leave the modem at the business, and when they transferred the service over, they would either pick the modem/router up or use it for the new lady taking over. I have had to call multiple times because I am still being billed on my credit card. I called in January when I received my bill and they tried to tell me that they didn’t have me down as even having a phone number with them (even after giving them my acct #!) Of course I argued I’ve been paying for eight years for this phone number and they are my phone provider and Internet provider. I called again in February after noticing that I got billed again The lady I spoke to said she would make sure it was fixed and I was credited back. Today the date is March 5, 2024 after saying, I was billed again on my cc they’re telling me they cannot discuss my bill with me or any information because I do not have the modem number on the bottom of the router, not one person has ever asked me for this information, so why would he be needing it now??? Please note again that I was told to leave the modem at the current business for the next business owner, because they would be cutting on service in their name or they would pick it up while there. Now because I do not have that number they’re telling me they can’t discuss anything with me. Funny how they can’t discuss anything with me, but they can still bill my credit card for a service that I am no longer getting. Not to mention the new business owner has a whole new phone number and Internet acct. that is not even the same as mine. Please tell me how they can still be charging me and charging the new owner for the same location of service. Not to mention they cannot discuss with me why they are still charging me for the service.
