I'm doing 2 stars because the pricing in Ingles has been ridiculous here lately as we all know also they've had a problem with their system for over a month now that's causing overcharging inaccurate savings and inaccurate ability to promptly notified or salve issues for customers not only that but once it was pointed out that there was an issue with the bill when checkout came that they apparently already knew was there and more than likely a possibility of happening The manager wanted to act as if it wasn't a big deal and like it was more of a nuisance to her to even try to express or explain what was going on after our checkout was done where she deliberately overcharged me for the same item twice and was pointed out about incident during check out she denied that was what was happening and insisted the remaining balance be paid well once I got out to my car I double check my receipt for savings and seeing that yes she did in fact charge me twice or the same item at checkout and then she also had belittled my concern and and upon returning into the store to point out the discrepancy in my receipt and also noticing that I had gotten well overcharged or the price of ketchup which was on sale and not only was the " sale advantage savings wrong on the receipt but also even if that was the correct amount the total in which I was charged for both ketchups was almost tripled she then rudely said oh it's just 60 cents but it wasn't $0.60 it was $0.60 based off of price that was " advantage sale price which that wasn't even correct that was already off by $1.64 before tax and then the amount charged per ketchup was actually even more.. and either way $0.60 or $60 The point is is that yes it was ripping me off and not accurate charging me more than I was supposed to and expecting to be charged so regardless I should not have to then have an eye roll and scarf and say oh WELL IT'S ONLY $0.60 CENTS BUT YEAH I GUESS IF YOU'RE REALLY THAT WORRIED ABOUT IT I CAN REFUND YOU YOUR CARD CARD THE $0.60 I GUESS UGH .. " What excuse me" Are you kidding me do better!! I expect more out of your management. You're supposed to be setting the example!!! like I said I know it's just ketchup, this time in this example but if you could have just seen how they acted and this is well after it was already made very clear it was beneath them to tend to any of the tellers needs let alone the customer's needs shame on you Ingles food market incorporated for your negligence on your system malfunction that you've known about for at least a month at this time and also shame on you Ingles management at this specific location.

Ingles is a good place to shop . They have most everything under One roof. The people are polite and courteous. And a clean store.

Winding down the trail hungry like 5 mountain lions I see a clearing with lights. Having been through this region I knew it could only be 1 thing. I creep upon the edge of the black grass stratosphere of salt blocks and cinnamon chips I see the red lighthouse of hunger. I find my way through the gigantic metal carnivores, teaming with the lost dreams of bigger glory and a single life. As I get close there are signs I am in the rifhr place, one even said spam 50 cents a case, I hewr the bells ringing, the angels singing as I approach with caution and aspirations of grilled asparagus I see the holy gate, the entrance to this talisman of greatness. As i walk through the gates into the cave of many isles I immediately realize, I forgot the shopping list, the wife's gonna kill me..

OKAY. Just know they don't cater to gourmets so best to go a BIG Ingles or other store (for us, Publix, Fresh Market or Harris Teeter) for specialty items so you avoid being disappointed & frustrated as I we've been numerous times. Its nearby us, so we've shopped there for the past 12 years.

I love the Ingles store. Their deli is fabulous and fresh veggies are available. The 3 star rating? I have been sold expired items! 2 were frozen TV dinners and 1 was the pulled pork near the meat counter. All prepared foods.So I'm disappointed about this. The staff is friendly and they managed to get rid of the funny smell in the store.

Truly great people that work there. They are so professional and kind and really truly nice people that work there. I had an issue with my food stamp card and It would not slide but the customer service manager I Believe named tucker was so professional and so kind. He truly deserves recognition as well as the business too but he went over the top on helping me and so kind to me as well. Thank you so much

It's a very nice story, but it's gigantic and if you're like me and you need a little assistance, it can be frustrating. It's do something with the prices. Also made your frustrated, and you have to go to the finance department of time and to groceries.

I usually love Ingles been going there since I was a girlBut I gotta tell you the cashier I just had takes the cakeMy order was 5.01 I have her a 10 dollar bill she proceeded to try to give me 4.99 centsReally a big company like Ingles cant afford to float me a penny!!!!!!!I gave her the penny!My husband and I have a saying for people like that!It's their money!

Lady answering the phone at 8:43 on June 26 was horribly rude. I simply asked if I could pay for a friend’s order over the phone and she said “no” several times and hung up on me. How difficult is it to just be polite?

I used to love this Ingles. They have jumped on the Walmart bandwagon of moving everything in the store, hoping to get more purchases from wandering around the store looking. They moved marshmallows to the vegetable isle. Really? I've always found them on the baking isle in any store I have been in. You know what will make me buy more stuff? Lower prices. And then the manager was rude because I didn't just love his marketing strategy. I won't be back.

Last time I was visiting Hendersonville my son's septic at his house was full. I came to this Ingles every morning just to use the rest room.It was fantastic and such a blessing to have a nice place to empty my bowels. They also make great sandwiches at the deli 👍

Less busy and better shopping experience than other Ingles nearby...sadly, no gas station, but I have found prices a little less here....it adds up and I still accrue points.

The store is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The manager trains the staff very well. Any employee you ask a question has an answer for you. This is a small store compared to the newer markets. It doesn't have the larger selections of specialty items such as bakery. However the store has a great selection of products. The staff make this store worth frequenting.

Ingles is my favorite grocery provider because it is owned by American and also features weekly specials and coupons for great savings.Many Ingles have salad bars but this location was lacking in access to any food that could be bought and eaten by someone who is on a work lunch breaksThis Ingles is slightly smaller older outdated and dilapidated compared to the Super Ingles Supermarkets across town which have a less rustic mountain vibe and a more modern feeling and appearance. Not a bad selection but not as many options and brands are available for customers to purchase.Some employees are not very cordial and quite rude. Other staff members were professional and helpful. I gave this location reduced stars because of the treatment of customers by the employees.This store has a fantastic selection of tobacco products for pipe smoking, roll your own cigarettes, and cigars.

This store is always clean, neat, and well stocked. Ingles prices are better than other chain grocery stores. The quality of their house brand (Laura Lynn) has always been really good. They also carry a good selection of local items.

Great meat department.. always willing to execute any request.. for a old store , I thought it was very clean. Might not have what you can get at the newer stores, but I can see why it's still going strong.. management has done a fine job in hiring a great staff..

We go to Little Ingles, as we call it, several times a week. Grocery stores are more like city blocks these days and yet time and time again we remark, everything we want we can get… and we can Find at our Little Ingles. Our most recent discovery is the Gourmet Chicken Salad, which is chicken salad with purple grapes and pecans. It is delicious! As is all the other food in the deli department and it’s so much easier to buy it freshly made sometimes rather than to gather up all the separate ingredients. But we also love the tomatoes, avocados, cauliflower and asparagus. The produce is as fresh as any we’ve found. I go to each of the major groceries and each has its good points But if we need it and want it now, we know we can find it at our Little Ingles right here in Laurel Park.

I use this Ingles when I am in the area. It is a smaller one, but always has what I need. I actually like this smaller store, because it is easy to find what I need making my stop quick & easy. Everyone is kind in this location too.

Generally I avoid this location to be honest. The hot meals are almost always cold or room temperature. If I stop by I will be a premade sandwich since I know it will be cold anyway. This day I stopped in it was great. Nice and hot and very happy. Most of the hot lunch in most of these store are cold. The help is not watching the steamer control.

They have a decent deli section. If you like fried chicken, the location on Highway 25 has about the best chicken in town. When its fresh, it cannot be beat. Good salads too, and even sushi and pizza.

Our favorite Ingles, with wonderful service. They take your groceries out your cart just like at Harris teeter! Their hot food is nice...get that slice of corn bread out of the pan with your meal. A smaller store but don't let that fool you, they stock carefully and probably have what you need....like Ralph's pretty good grocery on prairie home companion. In and out in a few minutes, don't have to walk a mile, loads of parking and a traffic light for left hand turns... it's all good.

I live n L.P. and am always here. Great store, friendly service and staff, just wish they had a better deli/hot food selection. Every other ingles got a deli/hot bar upgrade, this one is long due for one. This L.P. family would like something other than fried chicken, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with no gravy!

I only use this specific Ingles if I'm in a pinch. It is smaller than the other Ingles and doesn't carry as many a variety of items as the other stores. And, I hate to say it, but some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! One time I had to wait for the cashier to finish reading something on her phone before she finished checking me out. No self checkout available. ***(I made a quick stop at this location, and am adding another comment, in addition to what's stated above). Good grief this Ingles is, to me, the worst Ingles I've ever shopped at!! But, I was grateful for the kindness and fast checkout by a wonderful male cashier!! Atta boy!! BUT, as I was shopping, I passed a small group of employees, who were steadily complaining and bad mouthing a coworker, as well as, talking about how much they hate their jobs. I don't think having a gripe session in the middle of an aisle, is acceptable! I tried to wait patiently, because I needed help in finding finding an item. They all looked at me, but chose not to offer any assistance. The work ethic of today's younger generation is very, very slack! And, I HATE how they stay glued to their cell phones. As I was leaving the store, an employee came so close to walking into my buggy, all because he was so very focused on his phone, and didn't look up once until he was startled when he realized he was mere inches away from my buggy! I'm very disenchanted and unimpressed with the Brevard Road Ingles!! Two thumbs down!!
