Have gotten all four of my dogs from here and they're all so healthy and blessings. Jessica is an amazing manager. I even used to get my dwarf hamsters from here as a child. I'm so glad this pet shop is still around. Highly recommend!

This is a great store. The people here are always friendly and helpful. They always have the most adorable puppies. And their bird selection is unreal. They take good care in the pets they have. It's always clean. I have never noticed any pet smell. We love to stop by and just see what they have. Always something new and exciting.

This place has been a blessing! A special recommendation for Ashley the groomer!! All the staff has been so helpful and friendly.Our 1st experience was last July 4th.. They were actually open and we needed an emergency nail clipping. Ashley was not there that day but one of the staff took the reins and did my dog's nails so that we could have a safe holiday visiting with family and friends.Ashley has got my dog in on the day before Thanksgiving and also the day before Easter. I didn't even have an appointment and she got me in right away and right back out fast and efficiently!!( She is also super sweet and caring and loves dogs very much you can tell! She was so gentle with my dog who has anxiety sometimes)She is also affordable! I HIGHLY recommend. However, now I'm afraid I won't be able to get in with all the good review...🤣 🤣Good job to you all!!

I went to this pet store just to browse while I waited for someone. I was very impressed. Yes, there were a couple of dead fish that needed tending to, but they were just opening, and the rest of the environment there told me they would attend to them soon. The puppies and birds were all well cared for and probably the reptile/amphibian aisle as well. I couldn't walk that aisle because of the blonde tarantula. They are well stocked and clearly care genuinely for their charges. The exotic bird prices are a bit over the top, but in general, I would recommend this store to pet lovers.

Ramona is awsome in cutting Peanuts nails for me. They all are so helpful and friendly!! I'm in there at least once evey 2 wks to look or something. I buy his dog food there. Royal canine. I also purchased my pet chi puppy from there.

There are a variety of birds, and animals in general, that you wouldn't find at a common pet store. I traveled an hour to buy two cockatiels here and It wasn't what i imagined. The bird habitats are stacked on one another, the puppies have barely anywhere to move in their glass enclosures, and every worker would give you different information each time asked. I first asked for them to hold two hand fed cockatiels and they said they couldn't. I called a couple days later and they said it wouldn't be a problem (different employee). Later that day they told me they never had hand fed cockatiels and only the inexperienced ones, but I went ahead and told them to hold whatever ones they had for me. I am grateful that the two they put on hold for me were in good condition, however when looking at the other birds, their feathers were tattered, cages were a mess, and there was little to any space to roam in. The cashier also told me that all their birds were hand fed, which the employees told me the complete opposite. Overall I am weary about returning to this pet store. If you are looking for a quality bird please contact breeders, not pet stores.

Went on a family trip to the mountains (seven hours away from home). I managed to convince my husband to stop at the pet store to look at puppies, and we found the sweetest little pups! The employee that helped us was super patient and kind. We were allowed to hold the puppies we were interested in, and we ended up falling in love with a cream toy poodle. The employee explained the paperwork thoroughly, gave us a puppy take home bag, and told us about their health guarantee. Since we were heading home, he told us we could go to our vets office at home, and if there were any issues, to let them know immediately. We took the new pup to the vet the next day, and she was happy and healthy. She has been a wonderful addition to the family and gets along well with the other pets in the house and with our small children.

Clean store, and very friendly staff!! We purchased our new pug puppy a few days ago, and he had his first vet appointment today. Our vet said he's a very healthy pup! We will definitely be back for all our of future pet needs.

LOVE this place! There aren’t many “Real” Pet Stores anymore unfortunately. And I’ve gotten almost All of my fish here with no issues with illnesses. They have a much bigger variety than every other place I’ve been (besides salt water shops) I’m actually going here today 😂😂 Definitely recommend!!!!

Not a bad little shop. I came down from Johnson City to check out what type of birds they carried. Not a huge selection mostly green cheeks and Quakers. Pretty lacking in variety and prices are on par with most major chains. Personally I would stick with direct purchase from a breeder for better prices and more selection.

Very unique "fish wall" at this store. Overhead lights shine down on tanks that have moss and stem plants emerging from them. Setup appears very natural and established. Good assortment of small fishes as well as some cichlids and goldfish. Also a variety of freshwater inverts can be seen throughout the tanks.

Love this pet store. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, including if you need help with a rescue parrot. Food, toys, cages, perches, extensive inventory for everything your bird needs. Or your reptile. Or your kitty or puppy. Animals look well taken care of and healthy. They don't last long here, either. Reputable, local breeders used is my understanding. Overall a wonderful store with great staff and lots of exotic pets and goodies.

Ashley Prager is an outstanding dog groomer with over 6 years of experience and has been grooming my Terrier Scruffy for several years. Outstanding work and Scruffy even enjoys going because Ashley has won his trust. Regardless of his condition when we take him, he comes home looking great. You can tell they take very good care of their animals, especially the birds. This is a VERY good sign considering how many pet shops treat their animals the same way Walmart handles their inanimate objects.
