Awesome spot on the way to/from DuPont State Forest. We stopped on our way back and got ice cream but you could also grab a beer. Plenty of outdoor seating and lots of flavors and food to choose from. I got the cinnamon bun in a cone.

This cute little place checked all the boxes with available icecream flavors and styles. I had the sunday with toffee, and the chunks were heavenly! The size was great, price reasonable, and the people served our large group with ease and were very pleasant! If you're in the area, DO stop in.

Great stop after hiking Dupont State Forest trails. Beer and Cider options plus a few food options is wonderful supplement the ice cream and sorbet! The pimento cheese is pretty awesome!Super nice staff/owner. Don't know why dweebs would ever rate less than 5 points for a locally owned, independent business that provides such a great addition to the experience of visiting WNC.

When you’re done shuttling Ridgeline with your buddies or taking in Triple Falls with the family, DuPont Kanteen is a perfect way to cap off a great afternoon in DuPont State Forest. Ice cream, Floats, smoothies and craft beer with outdoor seating. Pet friendly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stop in and out Dupont Park. Delicious, plump juicy hotdogs and many different options of ice cream, milkshakes, freezes. They also serve beer.

Don't let its location throw you off. This is definitely one of the best spots to stop at in the county. They have a pretty good-sized selection of ice cream and they do have the Superman ice cream everyone's kid is looking for. To top all of it off they still have a fair-sized menu of really good food, and it comes with a short wait.

They are Open! Everything was very tasty and the service was great. They have something for everyone from ice cream to mozzarella sticks. I was able to take to the owner of the business and yes they are open Fri.-Sun. for now. After everything with C-19 is over they will go full time.

Stopped in just passing through... great atmosphere, excellent location, exceptional service, and even better food. I'd highly recommend dropping in for a scrumptious hotdog and a refreshing root beer float. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Took a little trip to the mountains today to check out some waterfalls. We had a really great time getting out in nature and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Once we was done we stopped in to this little establishment to grab a couple of milkshakes and a little appetizers before we headed back home. If you in the area they have some really good milkshakes and you can also grab a cold one to quench your thirst that is brewed locally. I would highly recommend stopping in and see what they have to offer. The service was great and very friendly.

This turned out to be a lovely little stop for us after a day of hiking to see waterfalls in the forest to play in the water and climb over rocks/boulders. Cute little place with ice cream, soda, beer, hot dogs and such with a great outdoor area to sit, chat, and enjoy our treats! Would definitely stop again.😊🍨🍦🍧

This is the best ice cream shop that you will find. EVER! They have so many unique and delicious flavor options! The best menu item, by far, is the pimento cheese jumbo dog. The melt in your mouth texture of the pimento cheese, combined with the perfectly cooked jumbo dog is to die for!! Definitely come and try this place out!! It’s worth the drive!

Their milkshake was delicious 😋Their cheese dip was so good, and their selection of ciders was great and refreshing after a day's hike. The girls behind the counter were very friendly and welcoming, and their patio is a great place to relax. Loved it!
