Rude old lady working there turned the light off looking at me then walked away to talk to somebody next to her went to the other register and the guy there was talking to someone else so I left my stuff there and walked out. worst DG I've been to.

Bought something and tried to take it back. And had the receipt and was still told( by Donna) they could not give me my money back because it was electronic and that I was banned from the store only to find out that my card was not a credit card but a debit card which the lady could actually give me my money because I was not going back home to get my card again after I had to go back home to get my receipt as well. I was also told(by Donna) that she could not do a manual override which she ended up doing in the end and giving me my money after telling me that I was no longer allowed in the store.

If you want to use your coupons in this store , i showed My coupons i was right they just told me "the system don't let me " lies,,,,,,don't waste your time and save your gas, they look at You as You were stealing , not nice emloyees , a lesbian was slaming while i was closet by her ,mean and ugly, be aware , this was my Bad experince today

The first several years it was clean, neat and a pleasure to shop there. The past few years, they overcrowded, ruined the whole front end of the store and it is dirty, items lying on the floor and very narrow aisles with difficulty finding things. The last time I was there, the hand basket I picked up was absolutely filthy on the bottom - I used a large bag to put my items in instead. Such a shame because I used to love going there. Now, I pretty much avoid it. Staff is very friendly and I feel bad for them because they seem short-staffed and overworked. Whoever manages/owns this store needs to do some major cleaning and organization.

Great location and great selection. I've never seen a DG that had produce and so many items that a grocery store would have. Great selection of frozen meals, snacks, canned goods, sodas, beer and everything else you could need. It's my new "go to" store so I don't have to go all the way into town.

The staff was nice and friendly. There was adequate spacing for social distancing. Only slight issue was a lot of bare shelves. Not enough to cause starvation, but certainly lacking inventory of a lot of food products.

Super happy to see a section of select produce on the way to buy a gallon of milk! Fresh mushrooms , spinach and bananas amongst other things made my stop fast and perfect. Don't need to go into huge grocery store. And the prices were cheaper and produce just as nice.

Always when I go there, their out of stock and the aisles are full of unpacked boxes. Plus it's not clean. Not all D.G.'s are like that. From now on I'm going to Dana D.G. big difference.

I love the dollar general on hwy 64 going towards batcave. Well stocked, clean, large variety, and helpful staff. One lady, a cashier even gave me some gardening advice and ever since my spinach has been doing great! An older man very skinny worked there at onepoint, he was so helpful and friendly we even cut up some jokes! Good jobs guys! :) oh there's also a lady I believe is a manager, I always see her out on the floor doing something, she is definitely one of the rare ones that actually participate I like her as well.

Staying true to my experiences with all Dollar General stores, good deals to be had in a dingy store. However, #1 complaint is NO price tags on 90+% items in clearance section of store. Just makes me head shaking 😞.

Clean fast and friendly service be sure to download their app to get extra deals lots of great coupons on products that use Dawn and Gain dog food Etc. They are always having a pretty decent sell too The other day I bought items for buy one get two free don't see sales like that much anymore

For a Dollar General it's convenient. The location is good. Something has happened to DG though, they aren't neat or clean like they once were. It's about stuffing it full of products to sell. Disappointed.

Went to store on chimney rock road in edneyville went to get a bag of dog food no dog food on shelf what so ever so I ask person running the register if she had any she said what you see is what you get I said there is none out here do you have any in the back she said I am the only one here and don’t have time to look they were a total of 3 people in store also had to move stocking buggy’s to get down aisles

I like the store expansion, looks like they're doing better to get stock in that store shelves are always empty and I know it's because they don't have enough help to fill them up but it is improving.

Close by and convenient. Selections are limited, and higher than big box stores. This is to be expected fir the convenience. Do wish they'd get a Red Box movie machine.

Cashier wanted to hang gift cards while having multiple customers in line to check out .he also Greets customers to much when they come in rather than checking out the current customer he can’t talk to people and continue to check the current customer out at the same time . It’s constantly a problem it wasn’t Doug he is absolutely great at his job 👍🏻 It’s the gay guy who works their I don’t know his name 🤷🏼‍♀️

Store is a disaster! Line was to the middle of the store! Out of the four employees, one was running a register. I carried an elderly persons dog food outside for her after she tried to get staffs assistance. What a store!

I dislike the place because they can't keep the store stocked. Empty shelves and stock piled up in the aisles, not enough people working.That is not the only store, I have been to many Dollar General that are the same way.
