Absolutely the worst experience. New manager Bobby has no idea what customer service is. Was going to purchase a tumbler that was supposed to be half off. It was on the shelf with all Christmas items and displayed as a gift.The manager was rude and refused to correct his mistake. Such a shame, as it’s close to home. We won’t be returning until someone with more professionalism is able to take over. I’ll be moving all of our prescriptions as well. This should have never happened. Do better!

If I could leave zero stars I would ..my wife got out of hospital 2 days ago ..her medicine was sent their they didn't have .she gets a text saying it's ready the next day .go their next day it's not ready again she asked a few questions the guy on the computer kept shaking his head wouldn't even turn and talk to us so the girl kept having to tell us what he was saying and they was so rude .. the worst customer service ever I would not waste my time goin their.. that guy needs to learn how to treat people or get a new job ..

Today I received a text that my prescription was ready for pick up at my local cvs. I sit in the line at the drive thru window only to find the window is closed today.I drive around and went inside. I stood in line to wait my turn and once ready I gave the girl my name for pick up. She walked over to pull my prescription with Starbucks in hand. Once she pulled my filled prescription and back for payment I ask if they have staffing issues. She stated yes.I then ask why don’t they hire someone to run the drive thru. Never putting down her Starbucks. While I don’t make less of anyone’s position, to hire someone to help out in the drive thru would be helpful for both staff and customers. Don’t take a lot of talent just good work ethic.Also might be nice if the cashier could put her Starbucks down and actually help the customers a little more timely!

Hubby & I got notified on our phones that meds were ready for pickup. We cut short evening plans to get there before closing to pick them up. At 7:45, my med was ready but his was not. Since they said they were working on it we decided to wait in the store for his. But then they just closed up with us standing there waiting ON THEM. Even after we had already told them we were leaving town early next morning. And it isn't the first time we've been notified of meds waiting to be picked up that were NOT ACTUALLY READY. Stunningly poor communication!

I have never had a successful visit here. They are unable to do tax-exempt sales for businesses and were not willing to try.The drive thru is often closed during normal business hours, making it very difficult to get prescriptions quickly.During a recent visit, the pharmacist was unable to find my prescription. I had received multiple automated calls saying my RX was ready at this specific location. I had a message in my CVS app saying the RX was ready. The medication had been prescribed by a Minute Clinic doctor in CVS, and yet they were not able to locate my prescription.I dug through the CVS app to show them proof of prescription and had to get back in line. When I made it to the front of the line and showed the pharmacist, he said he found my RX, but then proceeded to serve every customer behind me before ringing me up.Needing medical assistance is stressful enough, but this store makes every experience far more difficult than it should be.

You should actually tell people who have been coming to your location for 20 damn years that your pharmacy hours are changing. It’s been the same FOR 20 YEARS. Now I’m in the waiting room of the ER because I couldn’t get my blood pressure medicine. Ladies on duty just laughed at me as if it were my problem. I CALLED around 4pm March 13th 2023 to ask what the pharmacy hours were so I would be CERTAIN to get my very important blood pressure medication. I WAS TOLD 9PM ON THE PHONE, NOT 8PM… hope this blatant mistreatment of a 20 year customer comes around to bite you! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE for people allegedly “practicing medicine”. I guess the people they hire can’t even tell time… you should certainly second guess yourself immediately if this is the place you want to trust with your LIFE.

We have had excellent service from both the pharmacy and the store generally. Various staffers have gone out of their way to save us money and see that we found what we needed. Even when they're very busy, they are unfailingly cheerful and polite in our experience.Want to add that my last experience was the opposite. Self-checkout machines had been put in place, and people were struggling with them. Only one human was tending the registers up front, mask down below her mouth, and she disappeared after finishing up with the customer she was helping. I went to the pharmacy to get checked out and was helped cheerfully there. I was told today the self-check machines were put in to help the customers, with hints that they will reduce personnel. No more. I'm not moving my prescriptions yet; maybe later. And I can get all the other items elsewhere, more easily. Sad.

I have had the worst experiences with this location since before COVID so that cannot even be used as a reason to why it’s such a unorganized place. There is zero communication from them when there is a issue with your medications, and when you call you sit on hold upwards to a hour! I have sat on hold before, drove up there walked inside while on hold and there isn’t even a patient at the pickup window or the counter!! If it wasn’t for our insurance I would go else where but they make us use CVS and this is the location close to home.

The clerk scanned my DL to buy allergy medicine with Sudafed in it. The computer did not process it. Before I could stop her she scanned the license again. It failed since it was scanned 2X in a 15 day period. Not only did the transaction fail but now I am unable to buy it until the 15 day waiting period is over. She acted like it was my fault . No apology. I will never go here again.

UPDATE: I wish I could give them negative stars. They are the absolute worst pharmacy. My dog is epileptic and has cluster seizures that land him in the ER if he doesn't have his meds on time. They have messed up his prescriptions several times. Last month they texted me it was ready and when I got there they told me it was expired and they wouldn't fill it. After arguing they finally did it. Now this month another issue. I am done with them. If you want a reliable, customer service friendly pharmacy that treats customers the way they should be treated I recommend Harris Teeter. They are within cents of the cost on most meds on good RX and on one of them they are half the cost of other pharmacies. They go out of their way to get what you need on the shelf if they don't have it. At CVS not only are they rude they constantly cut you off and talk over you when you are trying to explain something to them. I won't step foot in this place again. GOOD RIDDANCE!This has got to be the most poorly run pharmacy in town. Not only do the rules change regularly on when you can refill a controlled substance for a pet when you question anything they get rude. One month we can pick up weeks early the next we have to wait til two days before it runs out even tho we will be out of town on vacation at that time which is why we were picking it up now. Every time I have been in there they claim an issue with using the good rx code and we have to argue about that and have had to have good rx get on the phone with them and teach them how to do their job. This morning as I am sitting there waiting I am listening to a manager trash an employee that wasn’t present to another employee very loudly and even including some of her personal information about the employees boyfriend that should be confidential since it had to do with his health. Then with no resolution on the medication I stop at the front register to pay for photos I had printed and two people are behind the counter and look at me but don’t bother to stop their conversation to wait on me. So I say I have wasted enough time in here I just need to pay and leave. Still no response so I put the ticket for my photos for $2.80 on the counter with a $5 bill and say keep the change consider it a tip for such “wonderful” service. Once this mess Is straight with my dogs prescription will be transferring it all to another pharmacy. This is not the first time and have never been in this store without an issue usually relating to their poor customer service. They are over priced provide poor service and waste tons of trees handing out two foot long receipts for one item. No wonder according to the data you can find online that their sales are down drastically.

I had a COVID shot scheduled weeks ago for today but they called me to tell me they were closing at 6pm; no explanation. The lady asked me if I could be there by 5pm and I said I wasn’t sure, so she said that as long as I was there by 5:30 that I could still get the shot. I told her that I wasn’t sure if I would be there due to my hubby’s schedule so she said that anytime between 5-5:30 was fine. We arrived at 5:10 pm and was told that we had to be there at 5, and that they didn’t have any vaccines left because they disposed of them at 5pm, so I needed to reschedule. We wasted all that time, drive, gas and made the effort. So I have decided to schedule my next shot with another pharmacy. Oh and this is what I saw on the way out….

The pharmacy closed the window at 6pm despite a line at the window yesterday. Ok I understand you close at 6pm even if we were waiting before then. However today I receive a text today is your last day to receive your prescription. I go to pick it up and the pharmacy already sent it back. Very frustrating

People in the pharmacy are rude. I was told to come in 30 minutes to pick up my prescription, I showed up 45 minutes after that phone call and the pharmacist had " stepped out for a little while." The prescription was not ready and when I informed the person it should have been ready in 30 minutes she became combative and asked me who I spoke with, as if I were lying. So, moved my prescriptions somewhere else and will never go back. I recommend going to the Ingles across the street.

Jury is still out but a delay of 36 hours makes the PCR test here nearly useless for for travel or any other purpose. Also tried Walgreens and had much better results within less than one hour. Sorry I lost a day of work before learning the difference. Cost me $200 due to this delay. I have experienced much better service in developing nations like Ecuador.

Their customer service was awful. I was instructed to go to the drive-thru. I was asked if I had ever done that before and I said no. They Eventually handed me a bag with a vile of liquid and a long q-tip and gave me No instructions as to what to do. I had to rattle the window to get their attention and ask what to do. It was a lousy experience and I will never go there again nor do I recommend anyone else go.

Over the course of several years this particular CVS has made innumerable errors and leaked sensitive HIPAA information. I wish I could forewarn others or give this pharmacy zero stars but I will be contacting their corporate office after dozens and dozens of errors. Sad that I will be the twentieth, “1” star review.

Contrary to what most other reviews have stated, this is THE ONLY CVS I use . I’ve been to a couple of others around my home (East Flat Rock), and the pharmacy staff has never been anything but helpful. I went without health insurance for a while, and one of my prescriptions cost almost $900 a month. They went above and beyond to find me every discount card they could, fill the Rx in parts, etc. People need to keep in mind that a lot of people are more than rude over pharmacy issues, and that these people are the messengers of physician and insurance delays and shortcomings.

They are extremely slow. AVOID getting Prescriptions there they will never have them ready. The first time I went the prescriptions were sent in a day and a half before hand and they still were note ready. Today they were sent in first thing in the morning and I tried to call before around 4:30pm but was on hold for 20 minutes and when they answered it wasn’t ready and I said I can be there in 10 minutes and they told me it be a LITTLE longer than that but will be ready. I waited 25 minutes and when I got there I was told they are still not ready and I’d have to wait an additional 30 minutes! THEY ARE USELESS AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I’m never going there again.

I’m new to NC and moved my prescriptions to the CVS here. The pharmacy staff was very polite and helpful as were the staff at the front checkout. I’m glad I found a “good”pharmacy in my new town.

Came at 6:15 doors were ajar so I went in not knowing they were closed. Guy was extremely rude toed me. I did not know they were closed doors should have been locked. He could have handled it completely different I was in the wrong but I was a customer to he could have been polite. Go across town or to Walgreens.Very unprofessional.

Horrible service! We are out of town and forgot a medicine. Staff was rude to my wife and very unhelpful. Lesson from this is no matter where you go don’t use CVS.
