Terrible experience. Bought a new mod and some coils to go with it. Tried to return the coils because the guy sold me the wrong ones. They don't take returns. Paid for the "right" coils. Get home and they were the wrong ones too. Guess what, no returns. Find somewhere else to go.

This place is amazing. All the staff is very friendly, Seth and Adam know their stuff. The prices and selection are top-of-the-line. If you’re not sure of what juice you need or want you can always ask them and they’ll pair you up with the best ever. I bought my first mod here. I could not be happier with this place and the staff at Asheville Vapor helped answer any and all questions I had. Not only are they friendly, the store itself has a wide selection of products and you can even try them in store. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The staff is friendly and are super helpful. I go in about once a month and I'm treated like a regular. They have a great atmosphere and decent selection.If you are a first time vape customer, they will walk you through everything.And they are not snobby about it at all either, which can be alienating at other shops.

I have recently started buy all of my equipment and juice from Asheville Vapor. The customer service and knowledge of the employees can not be beat. The large selection of flavors means that you can always find what you want or try something new. This is the only shop I will use from now on. Great shop with very professional, helpful employees. Went in asking for an alternative to the Alto I had been using an left with a great vape far under my budget. They have a huge selection of juices and will let you try them first to make sure you like them. The employee on staff sat me down and showed my how to replace coils as well as basic maintenance. Never felt like they were trying to take more money from me then I was willing to spend. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good vape shop in Hendo.

Was looking for an alternative to the juul mango flavor and was recommended a $25 "Milkman" Juice that was not even a little close. So sweet it made me feel a little ill. Shop was cool, but take staff suggestions with a grain of salt. No returns.

These guys have it down. They know the industry top to bottom. If you're looking for the best in vapeing your look is over. The employees go out of their way to take care of their coustomers and it shows. I don't recommend a lot of things but I highly recommend you shop here. Thank you Dave! Adam was so helpful. Asheville vapor not only had my pockeX replacement piece, but Adam put it on for me. It wasn't terribly expensive at all. And after I had left I reLized I didn't have water for my pet! Adam totally filled up my water jug with clean cold water!Thanks for a great experience!

I'm giving a three star not on the staff cause they are def trying to help me out with my issues 😂 but man I bought a mod that had issues that they have no clue I'm even dealing with. But for over a week I have had a Smok Prince tank leaking straight out the box on me. These guys have been doin everything to save the tank. Switched the coil on the house. Switched the seals out my kit. But nothing is working. This is supposed to be a top notch tank from all reviews. And these guys had no idea that the majority of them leak. So disappointed 😒

It is so refreshing to find a vape shop that doesn't look like a head shop. Don't get me wrong, I love a good head shop, but it's clear that these guys take this hobby for some, and necessity for others verys seriously. The staff have all been over-the-top inviting. I exclusively use tobacco flavor, which seems the most elusive to create well. This store has eighteen! Not only did I find one I like they insisted on letting me try everything to really get the full experience.They buy from and work with companies making very high end juice, and have even themselves done a vape/cocktail pairing with a local cocktail bar. There's nothing wrong with most vape shops, but it is a welcome surprise to see one striving beyond mediocrity and they have succeeded.

Best staff and vape store in WNC by far don't go anywhere else you'll be wasting your time and money! This will now and forever be my only vape store to go to!
