They help you answer any questions you have. The entire Team gets Rated a 10 to me!! I especially love to talk to their receptionist Torri-very understandable in your need of service & pleasant voice along with patience of listening to your problems!

My cat was having some skin issues and respiratory issues and West Hills was the only vet I called that had a same day appointment for one of my cats. The technician and vet (Dr. Capps) were both great. They really took the time to explain everything to me and gave me treatment options for my boy. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other vets in the area and they gave me detailed estimates for everything. I definitely give them five stars for the treatment my cat received and will definitely go back in the future.

So grateful to the docs and staff for their compassionate care for our beloved poodle Winnie all of her life. Heartfelt thanks for the wonderful kindness shown to Winnie and to us as she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge this morning, one day shy of her 17th birthday. Everything was done well, and now she is at peace. Special thanks to staff member David Beckwith who stayed by Winnie's side - we know she was in the best of hands with you. West Hills Vet in Henderson took great care of my Sage when his normal vet couldn't get him in. Dr. Beveridge is fantastic! No more snaggle tooth. Dr. Beveridge went above and beyond to make us comfortable, give me updates after surgery, and to make sure my Sage was all better!

We had to euthanize our dog, Abe, on April 21, 2020. It was a horrible situation that was transformed into something beautiful. Dr. Beveridge and her team arrived at our home and made sure Abe was comfortable. They offered nothing but kindness and compassion to my family and me. They took their time and we never felt like we were being rushed into saying goodbye. Abe's passing was calm and peaceful and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect transition. We've since added a new puppy to our family to try to fill the Pyr size hole Abe left in our hearts. The staff at West Hills are his care team and we are confident that they will continue to care for him as if he were one of their own.

They remember us every time we walk in the door, and care about our animals with genuine compassion. I'll never forget the kindness they held for my cat when I brought him in suddenly, not knowing what was wrong. They did absolutely everything for him. When he passed after a week of us trying to figure things out, I took so much comfort that he was with them.On a lighter note, my dog is actually excited to visit them even though she's regularly going for nail clips and baths! That tells you a lot too.This crew is prompt, respectful, and they all seem to want to be there for you. I'm so happy to have found them.

I have taken all my pets here since 2004, but this place has just went downhill. They treat you like a number now, and they make everything so difficult. My dog has a spot on her tummy that won't heal after my last visit when the Dr said it was healing fine. It's bleeding and the only option was to drop her off tomorrow night and come back to pick her up, even though I had an appointment to get preventatives already scheduled at 4pm. I live an hour away, so I was to hang around after my appointment at 4 until it turned 6 and then drop my dog off again at 6 and wait to pick her back up at 8?!! All those because the spot required a separate appointment! I'm sure it would taken so much time for the Dr. look at her spot while I was there at 4! 😡. I live an hour away. I couldn't even get them email me my other dog's preventatives prescription so I could fill it near my house but they could email her records to the new vet?! I was told I have to come pick the prescription up in person. I asked if they could fax it to a pharmacy near me and again, they told me no. They just don't care like they used to. I made an appointment with Heritage and they will see my little pup Saturday but my other dog has to go 2 weeks without preventatives before her new vet appointment because West Hills refused to send me the prescription. I won't look back.😡

Great people but being charged over $9 each to dispose of needles is highway robbery IMO. Being charged over $200 for the 15 mins i received for my 2 cats because my hour appointment time was used to put down another animal is absolutely an unfair practice.

They KILLED my dog!!I boarded my little doggie who was in good health for when I went out of town. I trusted my little loved one with these people and while I was out of town I get a phone call telling me that my little doggie had died the night before!She was in perfect health and had already been examined by my normal vet just days prior to taking her to this place.Now my dog is dead and this place is responsible, I hope they all get slapped with a class H felony for animal cruelty and this place gets shut down!If you love your pets and value their lives do NOT trust this place with them at all, unless you want them to die!

They did not tell me my dog had extremely low platelets and then encourage to do on optional surgery. Then took four days for them to do anything to stop him from bleeding so much. I barely was able to save him

We cannot say enough great things about West Hills, Dr. Beverage and all their amazing staff. One of our pups, Armani, was hit by a car close to their closing time. She was not an established patient there at the time. I called, they told me to bring her right in. They stabilized her, surgery a few days later and then lots of intensive rehab.Armani absolutely loves it there and looks forward to seeing “all her people”. We will forever be grateful for West Hills and their love!

RIP OFF! Every time we come here the front desk women NEVER know anything when you ask! When asking for someone to call back THEY DONT CALL BACK. Then they don't notify you of changes to the plan even though they can send a million and one emails regarding other things that's are irrelevant. The VIP plan was supposedly for the "life of the pet" and was GUARANTEED by DR BEVERIDGE to stay the same price unless my pets weight changed. WHICH IT DID NOT. Now they expect me to pay MORE MONEY FOR THE PLAN AND THE MONTHLY PREVENTATIVES ARENT EVEN COVERED. WILL BE TAKING MY PET TO A BETTER VET THAT HAS MORE KNOWLEDGE and are better organized

Took my cat here for the first time cause she wasn’t feeling good. The staff was very friendly and the doctor answered all my questions which I really appreciated. And just as the doctor said my fur baby was already feeling better as soon as we got home and today she is a lot better then she’s been. And I really loved how even though this was our first visit they treated us like we’d been going there for years. I am so grateful for the compassion and for the staff for taking care of my fur baby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with pets. Amazing job you guys!!!

I was referred here. Well I set my dog an appointment and when i arrived they was in a staff meeting for 2 hours at her schedule in advance appointment. I called and inform what had happen, they said oh the appointment was for *my dog name* and I said yes. She said well bring her tomorrow and I did and the same thing happen. They had lunch at the time of her schedule appointment again. So I was like you know what I will not be bringing her there because they could’ve called and informed me that they were having a staff meeting at the time they ask me to bring her in. So I don’t recommend them if that’s how they operate their business like that. So I had her remove from their system but the lady said she deactivated her account. I don’t want her information in their system at all. 😡

The staff at West Hills is extremely professional, kind, and considerate. They made a very sad situation simple and were wonderful for the entire situation.Our cat had been clipped by a car and was clearly in a lot of pain, though no obvious bleeding. I had called a couple vets in the area but they were unable to see me that morning. When I called West Hills and told them what was going on they assured me they could help and told me they would be ready when I arrived that morning.Upon arrival staff was friendly and kind and listened to my concerns intently. When I met with the Vet she was very considerate of the situation and provided me with options in a very kind and professional way. The decision was made for euthanasia, not something I take lightly but it was in our cats best interest. They made sure he was comfortable and gave me time with him, inviting me to take as much time as I needed which was thoughtful. Afterwards, the entire staff was so considerate, offering kind words and sympathies every time I interacted with them. They even retrieved our cats collar and gave it to me as a momento, which was so thoughtful. I was so grateful for the kindness I received, it really helped.I cannot recommend this place enough. I hope those reading this won't have to visit here for the same reason I did, but no matter your reason for visiting I can assure you that you will be treated respectfully and with so much kindness.Thank you, West Hills!
