WOW-this pharmacy particularly made my day. The Pharmacy tech Kenisha went out of her way to communicate to the Pharmacist my issues. I was able to get the vaccines I had signed up an line to receive- even ordering a special one that I received today. Even the cashier greeted me both time’s entering the store. Eric the Pharmacist exemplified rare respect and courtesy to an lady who was 90 years old. He spoke clearly and kindly explaining to her the medication. He told her to take care of herself and call him if need be. Today he was thorough in the explanation of my vaccine- he took his time to make sure I was comfortable to receive the vaccine- he said it gives him great pleasure to serve the community and so on and son. My confidence in Walgreens was restored today!!

Mostly good associates. Scripts are always ready when they say. They offer ways to save on your Scripts. Very Very good pharmacy techs. Melanie and Ashley are the best associates.

Worse experience ever. Had a 11:30 appt. for 2 vaccines. Arrived 15 mins early as per Walgreen's request. Checked in and sat in waiting area. Watched tech leave examine room at 11:32 am and she returned after 12:00pm. I complained to pharmacy at 11:45 AM about wait time and was told to give them a few more mins after I'd been there since, 11:15. Why have clients make appts that aren't honored. I made a new appt at another location with CVS. Don't bother going here for any service.

Have always had great service with this pharmacy. They are polite and get your prescriptions filled asap. Always nice staff! Very polite and helpful.

The Pharmacist and pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are the best— hands down! I’ve had two instances where I was not at my best when having to deal with— on because of a mess up by my doctor’s office, the other because of my own mess up. Both times the staff were professional and courteous and helped me to get the situation resolved. There’s no way I can thank them enough, but the least I can do is sing their praises here! Because of their efforts, I am committed to continuing to use this pharmacy and no other!

After having a particularly bad experience at the CVS across the street the day before with trying to get a covid test, this Walgreens went above and beyond my expectations.The pharmacy staff was courteous and efficient. She provided clear instructions on how the test worked and when I could expect results. The whole thing took 5 minutes when CVS took 45 minutes and no test.

Pharmacy experience was horrible! Called in a refill 2 days ahead of time because it always has to be ordered! I was assured that it was placed as I was on the phone and would be filled on Wednesday. Mind you this is for my migraines and is a necessary medication! I call Wednesday to see if it's ready and am told it's not because it wasn't called in! Pharmacists says he didn't speak to me! Funny I have it on my phone!

Long waiting time, the employees are new. They are still learning.The results of the COVID-19 test is more then 48h.They forgot to send it to the lab, the lab doesn’t have any prof of receiving it.Try to avoid this location.

The pharmacist Eric S. listened and was kind and helpful! He goes above and beyond!!! My family and I appreciate all your hard work. After finally speaking with him I didn't even care about the rude staff that would answer the phones scream on hold. Its may I place u on hold pleaseeee and you wait for a reply before doing it several times. I hope Walgreens recognizes and acknowledges you for your professional and most of all your kindness! Pay attention to the great ones Walgreens! Thank you Eric!

Thanks for all of the hard work you guys do.I love 75% of the pharmacy staff here. But the extremely rude, condescending woman...... 😬

Pharmacy staff had over 10 of us in there, drivethru full, and stayed organized with form completions and CS pickup in seating, while slicing through the consult and pickup lines efficiently. I had my flu vaccine within 5 minutes.I can't stand for long periods so appreciated ample seating while checking forms, inputting charge, updating patient history, prepping syringe, and administering vaccine. Standing through that hurts more than IM injections! Pharmacist was skilled and gentle, soft n steady on the plunger. 2 techs processing my "checkin" and data entry/payment were kind, professional, and skilled managing multiple tasks to ensure I got the discount BIN for a $25 quadrivalent flu vx. I didn't have to show my codes on smart phone screen or member card. They had it in their end, ready to enter and apply.I can't wait to see if processing my CS and PAP meds with BINs is as streamless and efficient with smiling faces and humor to get all of us through the day, appropriately medicated mentally and physically. I've utilized a few Walgreens pharmacies in the last 15 years. This was best experience so far. Love when techs or pharmacists are on a roll with drug knowledge, but don't forsake good software use skills, patient care and QOL, communication and facial expressions. If each of 3 inhalers is $50-250, they're not leaving with me, so bring on the difficulty breathing n bronchospasms. If don't allow or understand drug discount BINs, refusing to process lower cost, no and low income patients suffer, including insured too poor to afford higher tier or non-covered Rxs.The store was clean, no broken tiles, no leaks or spills. Store clerk was friendly and knew inventory well to help me fine items I needed in store. Code 70 is announced to unlock bathroom with PIN lock on door. May reduce theft, but limits those with bladder urgency or bowel incontinence from using it. Even staff have poor memory for opposite sex bathroom they're opening for patients. Other stores manage without bathroom PIN locks...this is an odd and potentially backfiring choice. Imagine I rush to leave the store for an open restroom, seek services elsewhere to prevent this in future, vs continue waiting in pharmacy for vaccine or shopping in store. I really wanted to wash my hands after touching seats and card reader during flu season.Great selection of cold beverages. Hot/cold packs and wraps in good variety for anatomy treating. Shelves were organized and orderly. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Good staff taking care of customers, front to back.

Given appointment 09/27/2021 for 4:30 pm. Showed up at 4:20 pm, given paperwork, turned in paperwork at 4:30 pm. I was then told to WAIT until called. At 4:50 they would get to me when they could. I went outside, after I was told I could bring my dog in, to get the dog. At 5:10 pm, after seeing two people who were behind me recieve shots, I finally received my booster shot If you give an appointment honor it.

Don't believe them when they tell you your prescription is ready!!!!!! Ordered refill and was told it would be ready next day...went to pick it up and was told it would be at least a week before they got more...that means I go a week without my medication that's needed!!!!!!

Not well stocked here.Employees will watch U like a hawk. Some things are locked up here,even the restrooms. Find another Walgreens, this 1 isn't it.

Went to Walgreens to pick up prescriptions then I had to go back around an get in line to get prescriptions because they only filled 1 I needed 3 so I'm back in line again to see if I can get the other 2 automated voice call won't direct me to a person Walgreens such will be moving to another Pharmacy after this

Closed on both Saturday and Sunday!? Working a shift that has me starting before they open and I get off work just as they close M-F I can't go get any prescriptions due to the terrible hours!

Love Walgreens,but I donot like when you have to find someone to use bathroom.This elderly lady really needed to use the bathroom the pharmacy was busy with customer it was a dissater.Please be consider of the elderly.Its not a good feeling when you can not hold your water or your bowel that's not fair,you don't know what kind meds everyone is on.
