Whatever you do, don’t sign up to get emails. I get ad emails every day and I have tried to unsubscribe at least 30 times, over a period of two months, but I continue to get emails. They should be considered a spam company.

The staff was awesome. From the cashier Lynn to the associate Jacob.It took a few minutes to get all the security features of the zeroturn.There was a manager of a different tractor supply who also assisted.Unfortunately I had to get a refund because the Zeroturn failed to start.The staff were incredibly helpful.

I have always loved Tractor Supply. These employees are friendly and helpful if you need them. But when I discovered that Bill Gates and Vanguard own a large portion of this company, it set me back. Explains why people's chickens stopped laying eggs doesn't it. So I will probably not be loyal to Tractor Supply any more. Sorry! Gotta vote with your $

We shop here often, both in-person and online. Most recently I shopped online and opted for curbside pick up. Everything I ordered was brought out and loaded into my vehicle for convenience.

It was a pleasant surprise. I normally go to the South Hill store, which is crowded and the employees (at least the ones i have encountered) are awful. This is a nice store. Employees are friendly. I would say it is worth the drive

Really enjoy going to Tractor Supply, can get everything you need for the animals in our life's. They always have the feeds that are needed for my chickens and dogs. You can find good sales throughout the weeks and months, with their clothing and etc.

Order on line and picked up curbside. It was great. Sales clerk was especially helpful. Tried to order dog food online, but it kept not saying available in Henderson. But I called and clerk said they had it. Couldn't pay on line, but when I picked up my order, she said they had the food and would take my payment and go get the food. Happy to get what I wanted. Sales clerk really provided good customer service.

Like the store and the staff is friendly. Really wish they'd have both registers open or open up a self checkout. You send up spending more time in line waiting to check out than you do actually shopping which gets frustrating

I called this store to see if they had a particular product in stock. I asked if they had it and if so how many and check the price, that way he wouldn’t have to run back and forth. Well Chris checked on the product for me and was severely rude and unfriendly on the phone. First, he sounded as if he didn’t want to take the time and look for the product and then after he looked, he still never told me the price and was very snotty. Chris needs to be trained on Customer Service, both in-store and on the phone.

Great location on Dabney drive right off I85 in Henderson. Clean and well organized store with friendly helpful staff. They will even help you load your purchases in to your car. They host a Pet clinic also where you can bring your animals in for regular simple vet visits. Very convenient for busy people to get in and out.

Today my arthritis was acting up and as I went into tractor supply of Henderson NC, I saw 2 lines and thought, it would be to much, but the lines moved quickly, and the load out tech, Ohmer J. quickly loaded all the barbed wire. He was friendly and fast. I will be back.

Has good products but the service is almost always poor. Stood at a register waiting for the clerk to look up. When she did, she said something to another clerk and walked away. No way she did not see us standing in front of her but she simply never acknowledged our presence even to tell us she was not working the register. One in a long line of rude service people here.

The store is always neat and clean. The sales people are always friendly. Even though my purchase is only dog and cat food, I can't help looking around in the store because it's so much to see.

I had great help when I went and bought a trailer and got a good deal on it and more items that day and the worker took his time with me and had a lot of patience and made sure the things I got for my trailer was the things I need I am with the time I spent in there so if you need to work in your yard they have all the working tools you need mowers ,seeds ,boots, work outfits and things to work in the field so if you need it they got it so go look even if you don't buy go take a look you will go back I did 😁

Wonderful service...item I wanted is off season (heater). Not only did they go above and beyond the call of duty to find me one and have it shipped to their store, they had it the very next day.... I recommend this store to the fullest and will be a regular customer myself.

They have great prices and staff I go there a lot to buy dog products for My Dogs the dog bones they really love. Tractor Supply is also great for lawn mower trailers and all kinds of gadgets. They also have a big assortment of dog houses.

Always refill our propane tanks for RV at a Tractor Supply. Cheaper than swapping out tanks at Walmart and other swap propane venues.

Took awhile for them to load our pallet of feed because they brought out 45 bags to put in the back of my truck and they were getting ready to load it when it wasn't even plastic wrapped! We waited about 20 minutes in the store and another 15 outside

They were recommended as a place to buy rat balls. Large gumball size balls of rat poison for the mice in my shed and under the house. The cashier said they were out. They run out every year. Then why don't they order in more each year so as not to run out. My first experience dealing with mice so going on others experience. Bought a different type, pellets to use for now. If it doesn't work will check back in a week or so.

Horribly lazy manager on duty(Sara). She would not help until I TOLD her to help a lady with a product that was looked in a cabinet. The lady on register was as busy as could be, Mgr on duty standing by watching. I returned to the store to buy dog treats that I forgot and asked the lady on the register for the MOD’s name. As I was shopping in the ”box” area, I heard the lady at the register call out to “Sara” and point to me. In less than 3 seconds Sara approached me in a very aggressive manner and got right in my face she asked me “what did I do to you?” She spoke to me in a very sarcastic manner. I responded “nothing, I just think you are rude and you were rude to a customer that wanted Horse wormer”. When I checked out I asked the cashier did she really think it was necessary for her to call Sara up to the front to harass a paying customer. The cashier told me I was a poor excuse for a customer. After spending right at 100.00 at this store today I responded “ Oh really, I shop here so you have a job, really lady you both are a poor excuse for employees. Ignorance and management do not go together. Nor does arrogance go with retail.
