I went online to purchase a little wonder C5 push blower from them. I got the financing complete. They give me one price of $889 and had said that they give me the wrong price that was more money and they would not stand behind the original price that they give me. Tried to work with them about meeting in the middle on the difference of the cost and they would not consider that option.

I has spent a lot of time choosing to do business with Southern Chain Saw and Mower. I had paid over $1,000 for blower along with full shipping online and a complete 3 days later was told they would not honor the order they booked and charged to my CC as they had miscalculated the shipping on their web site. This was very disappointing as although I understand logistics and shipping the calculation on my order was $87.00 for shipping and the complete order was in excess of $1,000. I choose Southern Chainsaw over an alternative option online of which had a sale with free shipping and now the sale is over, so this cancelation has been costly and could have been made right by absorbing the difference in shipping. It would have seemed reasonable to honor the sale as taken for a business that has a goal of having an online presence, instead they left me the customer with no options and what will be a true financial loss and as a bonus a lot of extra time and frustration! I would consider other options before an online purchase.

Purchased a mower here which I’m absolutely satisfied with! However the customer service, and the lack of customer appreciation is horrible!! Waited almost an hour to pickup while everyone else was being treated as if they were celebrities. When the mower was ready they parked it out front, and never told me it was ready, and not once explained anything about the maintenance, care or anything. I had to ask about maintenance which clearly was a hassle for them to answer. Loaded it by myself even though they had help load everyone else’s. After loading I had 2 people come out, and say sorry we were busy, and get in there car to head to lunch!! I’m not really worried about it because I got the mower I had wanted, but a good customer experience assures future sales. I drove over 2 hours, and honestly I’d probably do it again simply for the deal, but if your looking for a good customer/sales experience I wouldn’t recommend. I still kinda have a bad taste about it, but in the end I got the mower I wanted, and that’s what it’s all about! Also thanks for posting everyone else’s pictures who purchased that day except mine. 👍

They r a joke I paid for merchandise had to go overseas for work got back and they said they did not have it they sold it and if they did have it , it would be 7,000 in storage fees, I would not buy from them they are bad business and don’t care about the customer , there are to many companies out there that will treat you rite and fair,!DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This morning they brought my machine that the insurance of the machine sent to them and this business was trying to charge me $300+ for certain parts the said they replaced, i revised the machine as i have plenty others and i myself do my own services on my mowers and i can tell when a peice was either replaced vy a completely new one or atleast refurbished one but they didnt replace anything. I was still going to pay for the services they supposedly had after i pointed it out just to get it over with and i went to pay in my company's check but then they mad a problem and took the mower back off the trailer and took it sayin that they dont accept checks yet this was never stated in the begging they just said they amount. So i had to get cash and then go back and waste my time and pay them with cash.

Much better place to get parts from than Engine Masters.... the guys at Southern Chainsaw get right to work once u tell them what u need.. great prices an great customer service.. I would recommend them anytime!

Someone posted a misleading Craigslist ad about this location which lead me to believe that the monthly payment was the total price. The post had spam in the bottom of it and was purposefully vague to guide someone to call the business.

Poor customer service.tech was rude.was told to put 100.00 deposit down when dropping my mower off got a phone call next day talking about mower had cracked frame so couldn be fixed but still was charged 90 dollars for labor when nothing was done to mower probably took a good 5 mins to see that the frame was cracked.will never go here again.
