The male cashier with the long hair was rude. Slamming things and walking off from the register while ringing us up. Maybe he was having a bad day, but in front of customers is not the correct thing to do.

The big problem they have with me is not enough cashiers. Most of the time they don't have but one with five to six customers waiting. When I see thos usually turn around and leave. Maybe they could learn from Walmart. What do you think General.

Love my Ollie's bargains. The thing to know about shopping at Ollie's.... if you see something you want, buy it then! Prices are so wonderful that everything sells FAST. If you see it & want it, buy it, it won't be there when you come back. My dishwasher, shelving units, hardwood flooring, and so much more has been purchased at a GREAT PRICE at Ollie's. As Ollie says, GOOD STUFF CHEAP!

Ollie's is great for quality products at amazing saving. They also carry some grocery items that no one else carries. If you catch the one/two day type sales, you can save a ton.

Ollie's is one of my favorite places. I buy all kinds of things that I have found useful. We love the couch covers. Our dog loves to sleep on the couch. So we just keep it covered with a couch cover which we wash every few days. It is a great place to buy a cheep paint brush. I bought some scissors there for a dollar one time that will cut almost anything. If you like it, you better buy it though, because they buy overstock, and you might not see it the next time you go in.

Everything is truly a bargain, I found several things that I didn't know I needed until I saw the prices. We looked at flooring and carpet pieces which were great values. An abundance of household goods. Some good selections of k cups, nice dark roast in good flavors. This was a bigger Ollie's than the one I visited somewhere in Maine and there was so much to pick from.

This is a decent discount store. The day we went was our first time and it was an additional 15% off of everything in the store. This location was in Henderson, North Carolina. We bought two long runner rugs and a large 7x10 for the living room. It was a great deal. The cashier really went out of her way to help us - she explained how their coupon program worked and how soon we would get coupons via email.

A friend of mine recommended this store to me so I drove over 30 minutes & was very disappointed in this store. The prices were okay on some things but do not buy their food! I bought a bag of chips & they were very stale. Also the very few toys that they have are overpriced.. a small chuggington train about the size of your hand $29.99 ridiculous!

Their prices are hit or miss. I've seen some prices and went "wow that's amazing" then others I go "WOW THAT'S AMAZINGLY TERRIBLE" The food is ok some are tasty and some gross.Toys, cleaning supplies, and book prices seem to be best in my opinion. Just look around you'll find something at a good price.The staff is guess what... hit or miss. I've had some truly tremendously torturous terrible experiences with them and then I've had some decent experiences.Go for the prices but, run from the smelly unsanitary bathroom.

Good customer service but inventory wasn't like Roanoke Rapids. Roanoke Rapids have better merchandise new items seems like Henderson store get left overs from other stores. I'm sure the store sales would be higher if they had better product.

Good place to shop for discount items. They have tons of books and cook books. A bit disorganized and cluttered aisles but if you can get around that you'll be ok. Always has good deals on candy and food items. Great for hunting and work clothes for men. Good deals on linens.

Always a great place to shop for inexpensive rugs of various colors, texture, size, and price. It's basically why I go to Ollie's and the first place I think of when needing a rug.

Smaller store then others, well stocked and hard workers. All the cashiers I've dealt with friendly personality and professional acting even when you can tell they tired. Would be nice if the store carried some of what you'd find in there bigger stores.

Ollies is my favorite place to go. I bought a full mattress set, bed frame, weighted blanket, and about 20 other items including their amazing bath sheets and it was only $400. I would have paid that just for a few items if I would have went somewhere else.

They have nice inexpensive stuff but the merchandise is always subject to change they cant control what products they get when. So it's realy the luck of the draw when it comes to daily shopping. When you go there you must have time to look and search for thing. Because eventhough the staff is very helpful when it comes to knowing what isle to look in for a particular product its not the most organized place to maneuver thru
