Things are constantly out of stock even though it says the have plenty online. Have made plenty of wasted trips only to find out they don’t have it. On top of that customer service and knowledge of their own job is lacking.4/21/24 went back again today to pick up some beetle traps. Looked online to see where in store they are. Couldn’t find them, asked associate that was close by stocking shelves. She couldn’t find the either, she asked another associate. “I ain’t seen those”. “What they for?” I said for beetles. “Naw, we ain’t got no beetle stuff.” Well, it says you have 59 of them… I put the rest of stuff back and left. I’ll put my money elsewhere.

The store is conveniently located right off the I 85 corridor- an exit of Henderson NC - close to several different stores , YMCA & Hospital. In the store scooters available when needed all lined up nicely with signs that said fully charged. The scooters don’t go very fast - so you don’t propel line jet skying and beep beep when backing up - this is a customized store with all kinds of appliances lamps cleaning products building products candy toys - seems to have thousands or more of different household products- all neatly arranged on shelves way up- Craig the customer service Craig very respectful friendly & courteous. major disrespect at the customer service desk- the two acted like they didn’t know what to do but gave us the receipt for the temporary pass - these two young ladies could use some education in correct communication and manners to the customer as people get older - or anyone for that manner star -review adjusted-On Wednesday morning I called to see the delivery time of the appliance. From the supervisor store manager & executive office- people was rude & condescending- acting for the same information over & over- acting like we were trying to flem flam an appliance- totally unacceptable customer experience- when suggested the customer service 2 people to be asked as well as the appliance rep- met with total coldness and unkindness- finally when Craig came on duty at 11am - he called- at first he was upset with-me-but as he LISTENED - he realized it was the customer service 2 employees that the 2 customer service employees had dropped the ball- resulting in a very very bad embarrassingly emotionally experience for me.After having a rough medical procedure the day before- I was was already fatigued- and one family member and myself had gotten up several hours earlier to receive the delivery - and I was planning to use the appliance later in the day. The 2 customer service people need retraining from customer service to job description and training- the purchase was on the weekend- I do not believe this situation would have occurred if the regular store manager had been on duty- these girls acted badly- not representative of the Lowe’s gold standard resulting in a lot of misery for me as the consumer.After Craig clocked in- after a few seconds listening- he realized what had happened- was totally apologetic - quickly rectified the situation-adjusted the cost of the appliance -to my satisfaction. I would give him 10 stars if I could - the 2 stars is for the organization- merchandise- cleanliness & scooter availability - in the store - otherwise it would have been 1star. Had this incident happened during the week- I do not believe it would have happened - employees do what they are supposed to do when their supervisor is working. It was absolutely appalling- the way I was treated before Craig came on duty yesterday. Finally the appliance was paid for over the phone and placed on a different method of payment even though approval on the Lowe’s card was approved because it would be a few days to get the card and my older family person & I was exhausted trying to deal with this situation and heavy cold rain all day - unable to drive to the store. It was a totally emotionally draining experience- I felt that - especially the appliance supervisor - store manager & corporate people could have handled the situation so much better- looked at the store footage from Saturday- and contacted employees who worked that day - im sure some of the ones who were present and heard and saw my family member and me make this purchase. Hopefully this situation won’t happen again- every consumer is not dishonest- better listening skills and better research would have gone over a lot better and the 5 stars would stand.

There are good Lowe's stores and there are unworthy stores. This one has made my unworthy list. Order products 1/16 to be delivered 1/20 (their chosen delivery date). Job starts Monday 1/22. They changed the delivery date last minute via email. That has put me in a bind and has let me know that I can not count on this Lowe's. Good to know.

Tamesha in ceramic tile went out of her way to help me on the phone. She went back to see how many pieces were in a box. Walked to customer service and wrote my order up. Very helpful with all of my questions. She was very helpful. Hope she is there when I pick up my order so I can meet her. It was getting close to closing time and it didn’t bother her any. Thank you so much.

I appreciate Lowe's military and veteran discounts.I have to give a shout out to Rico, in lumber. It's one thing to ask for assistance, but another for an employee to see you struggling and offer assistance. He was a great help and was even there to help load the materials in my truck.

I just went to Lowe’s in Henderson. I spent close to 1800.00 in insulation and pressure treated lumber. I asked for a sales associate to help load what I had bought. The young boy rolled his eyes clocked out and went to lunch. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Several associates walked past as I struggled to load what I had. None ask did I need assistance. This was the last time I take any of my business to Lowe’s in Henderson. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to wake Forrest and shop at home depo. Where they know how to use customer service.

I love the store. I can find most of what I need. But I HATE the self checkout. It never works right and it ends up taking longer than using a cashier. Bring back your cashiers.

My visit was terrible yesterday. I was trying to get help to purchase an item that is kept locked up and I went to the first lady I saw nearby at the blinds department. I greeted her, she said hi and turned away so I went to the lady in the flooring section right across from blinds. She was on a personal phone call on her cellphone and after I greeted her she also ignored me. After a minute she put her phone aside and asked me what did I say. She sent me to the appliances dept to ask for help so I did. There were 3 or 4 associates there, but were all attending to a coworker laying on the floor so I tried greeting one of the men there to get his attention and he also ignored me. Luckily, I just happened to be closer to this Lowes yesterday. For sure I won't be back. Needless to say, I did not purchase the item I wanted.

The appliances were a must and Lowes come through as promised with pricing and delivery.The second phase was to purchase a new countertop only to learn that our current cabinets would support the countertop we intended on purchasing. Our next action was to inquire about new cabinets. Our advisor pointed us towards cabinets that he said would be readily available when ordered. We completed the paperwork and paid for all the services. We got a call from the cabinet installer now, and he says the cabinets will not be in until January or February.We were initially told that by Thanksgiving we should be completed. Now, this puts a hold on everything else. I'm disappointed in how we were led down a path beyond the three day buyers remorse period.Lowes really needs to better explain challenges prior to asking for the check.Updated review: January 20, 2022I have been working with Lowes since November to have cabinets installed. Whatever contract issue they were having with the initial installer is not my issue, but to subcontract out to Carolina Construction was even a bigger mistake. All I can say is $13,000 later, and this is what you get. Workers didn't clean up, doors, and drawers misaligned only to have handles put on anyway. See updated photos. I only hope the CEO Mr. Marvin Ellison is proud of the representation and treatment his company is portraying. Went to Lowes looking for a dryer cord or an adapter honestly really didnt know..lol met the most helpful and knowledgeable ladies that made sure we got what we needed I also learned that to you can use a range plug for dryer but not the other way around to much voltage the older lady really knew her stuff I didnt get her name but I was thoroughly impressed Thank You lady in appliances on sat morning!

Oct 28 2023 7:20 pm the young lady at the Commercial check out, in the wood side of the store was very unhelpful,,I told her that the price of the Is bored installation, was not the same as it was on the shelf,,she just said I don't know,,,!!! It was around 11.00 dollars on the shelf it said, but she couldn't scan it and she put something in coming up 37.00 ...I said that's incorrect and that's not what it says in the back on the shelf,,,, she refuses to go and look,,,so I just went on back home with nothing,,, I had wood and everything at the Register,, but I refuses to buy anything after all that....I call the store 2 times,,,trying to talk to the manager,,but no one would answer the phone...... this is not the first time I have seen lowes do Is false advertisement,, in their store..... no one cares what they do is this store not even the manager......

Hard to find an employee to help and if they do they give you the wrong code or item. I never go there and spend less than an hour inside due to poor service

I'm here at this Lowe's right now and this Lowes has to have the worse employees I've ever seen. They act like you disturbing them when you need something. All you see is them on their phones and goofing off with other employees. Then the attitude is even more apparent when asking for help.

I recently had to purchase some lumber and other materials and went to the Pro service desk for assistance. I left my list with Tim and he called me back with a quote within a few hours. When I came back to pick up my supplies Edgar was there to assist me, he also helped me sign up my business with Lowe’s Pro. He explained the program and all of the benefits, he assisted setting me up for delivery and made sure I got everything that was on my list. It was really busy that day but he provided GREAT customer service and took out the time to explain things and not just point me in the direction.

I’m adding this to an old one star review i did a couple years ago since I can’t figure out how to do a new review. On February 25, 2024 I went to Lowe’s to buy a new set of blades for my lawnmower I purchased at this particular Lowe’s years ago. When I saw the price of $60 for a set of lawnmower blades, I about fell out. I used my phone to check the price of the same set, same parts number, same brand, at Amazon, and found that they were half the price, $30. I ordered the blades from Amazon while I was in Lowe’s, then left the store. This is ridiculous.Old review:purchased over $1500 of flooring, shower door, faucets. was told it would be delivered on Monday, 4/25, between 8am-8pm. on sunday night, got a call saying order would be delivered on Monday between noon and 4pm. the order was never delivered and i was never contacted. i called the henderson store at 8pm and spoke with 2 people. i asked both about the order. the first one told me that i would have to call back at 6am the next day to speak directly with the 3rd party delivery people. i told her that was unacceptable, and i wanted to speak with a manager. a “head cashier” picked up and i asked to speak with a manager. she said one was not available and she could help me. when i explained the problem, she checked and said the delivery people were still out. i never got a call or delivery. so i still do not have my materials that were promised to be delivered on this date, and i still haven’t spoken with a manager. also, you should be able to call into the store and get an answer on a delivery, and not be told to call back the next day. if there was any other home improvement location close to me, i would cancel the order, but i’m stuck with waiting to see when i’ll get my materials. additionally, i had to stay home all day waiting for a phone call i never received.Follow up: I went to Lowe’s the next day, and some of my order was still on a flat cart in flooring. It had not been filled or loaded. The order was delivered two days later, and even then they forgot part of it and had to bring it later that day.

Inventory is incorrect. Don’t count on things that show on their app as in stock actually being in stock. Not enough help on the floor. I needed a 6” pipe and it took 45 minutes to get someone to get them down from the top shelf. Employees are great but there are not enough of them - OR they are all just screwing off

I brought a Amana Top load washing machine 2 yrs ago and have been having problems with it less than 2wks that it was delivered,,it won't drain, it needs to be reset, it won't spin, the senor is off etc,,this was a waste of money . Old washers are better. I'm tired of wringing out clothes with my hands.

As you read other reviews posted, the true issue is quality service. While visiting this location, and needing help. The young lady with red hair was rude, while having no desire to help me by simply giving advice as to where to find a product. When asked, she merely responded, "Some where over there.", as she walked away. Thankfully, I ran into a Lowes associate named Gregory. He was and extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and most of all.. HELPFUL.Finally, as I was checking out of this store the sales clerk operating the kiosk never once greeted me, or maintained any form of manners. She gave me the total, slammed a book of hers down and walked away. We all spend our hard earned dollars, to be treated like this. It's a shame.

Don't do curbside pickup. Checked in at 5:38pm called 3 times, was hung up on once while on hold, and the other 2 times was put on hold without the option to talk to the person who answered the phone. Ended up just driving off at 6:15pm. Absolutely worthless.

Nothing is in order here. Parts are in all the wrong places. Inventory counts are wrong. Employees barely know their own products. Even the location of stuff doesn't match the website location list half the time. I hate looking for parts here but it is the only place to go around me.

My husband is 66 years old and has a heart condition, so we use curbside pickup. Today he ordered 50 2x4’s and 54 pieces of composite decking. The associates that brought it to the trailer to load it was unprofessional. Because the trailer had taller sides on it the fork truck could not be used. They were aggravated and advised him they could not spend all day on this one order. They did load the trailer but people should not leave there feeling like an imposition.

Lowes Henderson- poor service, shelves are scrambled, i checked myself out, no bags at self check out, carry my items out loose, 3 employees standing by door as i pushed my cart to the side, as i exited i heard one rude employee comment the carts dont go there, i should have gotten her name, no cashiers , who were theses employees and why are they doing nothing, insulting customers, not helping with checkout, and not restocking bags, this store is a joke, and i hope this rude employee is canned, or at least given something to do!

Lowe’s inexplicably canceled my 90+ yr old grandmother’s stove order unexpectedly. Stove was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday but didn’t arrive. After speaking with Lowe’s associate said it would arrive on Sunday between 8-12pm but no delivery. On Monday another associate called and canceled the stove order altogether with no explanation. We asked was the stove out of stock and response was “no it’s not out of stock but she will have to come to the store and pick out another stove”Unacceptable customer service!

Don't buy any major appliances from them there installation department doesn't do as they say there going to do. I had two times that they were supposed to show up and they didn't show up. As of one week from there DELIVERY of the appliance it hasn't been installed.
