The new manager is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Unlike Lowe's, he was immediately able to take me to the products I needed and re-key my Kwikset locks. The prices for Kwikset locks, Master padlocks, wood screws and spray paints were at least $1 less expensive than Lowe's...so much faster! The cashier lady is friendly and hospitable.

I needed to grab some things quickly and did not want to stop in at Lowe’s during my travel. I needed screws and a few items. There were two gentlemen there that helped me find the things I needed. The customer service was five stars.

You know staff that acts like they are pleased to see you goes a long way with me. there was 1 older gentlemen that offered assistance. Supplies and materials in the rear lot used to be so varied. Not so much today. Propane is available.

I pulled up to the store at 5:26 I only wanted to go in and get one thing which was some wood screws to fix my sons bunkbeds I asked him what time they close because they already had the close sign up and it was 526 I ask him what time they close and they said 530 I’ll look in my watch and said it’s not 5:30 and They turn the lights off and laughed! very disappointed and that is piss poor customer service
