Horrible Selection of merchandise.Not very clean and many flies. Store is really small and really narrow isles and very crowded.. There was no wipes to clean the carts with. Pack your own wipes when going to this one. Recommend finding another F.L location that has a better selection. Only go here as a last resort. This one is out of stock severely.Update from 2 Years ago:Now its being remodeled, however this shopping center has gotten very horrible for years.From the really dirty parking lot and the inside of the store and its customers. The store smells reallyputrid of drugs. The people here give off a really bad vibe. Parking lot had stray dogs (2) scattering around the parking lot.Concerned someone will get bitted or worse. Still wouldn't recommend coming 2 this Food Lion ever again. If U do, please be very very careful and cautious coming 2 this Food Lion (Raleigh Rd location)!!!

Don't hire these young people with attitudes. Teach the about professionalism and customer service first. That makes a lot of difference. People don't always remember what you do, but they always remember how you make them feel 💯. Just food for thought.!

The service at Food Lion is always great. The staff are always courteous and helpful too. They are always willing to check in the back if my particular brand of yogurt, etc. if it isn't in stock in the front. All said, my favorite grocery store.

My experience with foodlion on Raleigh RD.was wonderful, store was clean, I got everything I was looking for, that cashier was so friendly and helpful. Shouldn't gotten her name. Really enjoyed shopping there

Waited too long in the checkout line. Cashier had to leave to correct a price tag because no one would come assist her. Then she was not friendly. She did not greet me or the customer behind me.

Even though their prices may be a little higher in order to compete, you can always find exactly what you need. Sometimes you just don't feel like doing the big store. The store is sanitizing, socially distancing and you must wear a mask in order to enter the store.

Two different Food Lion stores in Henderson NC had NO apple fritters this morning. First time that's ever happened to me.When we're camping we _always_ have apple fritters for breakfast. Until today.Very disappointed.

Clean. Well stocked. Cashier unloaded my cart, rung them up and put them back in the cart for me. Young man collecting shopping carts put my groceries in the car for me. Best customer service I've had anywhere.

Food Lion is always good in a pinch. I don't do all of my grocery shopping here because it is too expensive. However there are 3 different locations in my little town and that makes it very convenient.

I sat in the parking lot for about 3 Mins. When I pulled up on the phone with a customer (call). An before I could get out of my truck I was approached by 3 different people asking for money. This parking lot is full of pan handlers so just beware! Think I will try another food lion from here on out!!

I like going to this particular Food Lion,although it is one of the smaller stores and am not able to find some of the items in sales paper.What makes up for that is the cashiers. They are all friendly!!!
