Most of the upgrades are complete. Added self checkout and all assisted checkout is now the short run belts (don't care for that). Restocking and shelf tags are still an issue. Expanded deli and ready to cook section is nice but has potential for a lot of wasted meals. Took away some of my favorite skus. If there were another option, I would be checking it out.

First time being in this Food Lion with only 11 Aisles. Different looking than the others I'm used to seeing at other various Food Lions.

Looks remodeled, easy in an out. FYI they said they could not make cupcakes shaped into an 87, so we had to travel from Charlotte with our cupcakes shaped into an 87 by our local Food Lion.

Cashiers never say thank you.A lot of times I night, all of the carts are in the parking lot, and the inside has none. A lot of times, they have no weekly paper ads in rack, which this is at night also that I shop. It's very frustrating not to have a sales circular. A lot of playing goes on at the cashier / front-end area. Which, again, it is evenings when I go.

I went in for money order, stood at a customer service desk for 14 minutes without anybody attending to me. I ask associates for help so he went to knocked the door beside service desk to call the manager attention but I guess whatever he/she was doing was more important than attending to me.

The only grocery store chain in town but it keeps me from having to go to Walmart.UPDATE: The DABNEY DRIVE location deserves some major credit. As does the Produce Department on RALEIGH ROAD. The lady in there is incredible and keeps it on point!A Sunday Morning a bit after 7am: A line of customers formed backing down a ways. One look by SAM (a Manager) and he dispatches another cashier and a new check-out lane alleviates the congestion. THEN...Out of nowhere and without expectation he stops a potential shoplifter! Sure enough, there's a couple ahead of the line checking out while allegedly trying to lift chocolate wine! WTH? The rest of us early shoppers stood there shocked but also found it sad. Sam was congratulated as he should be and the rest of us dumbfounded. His coworkers said he has a keen eye.The hope was to update my Google Review with a word on Mr. Simmons in the Produce Department on Dabney Drive. Like the wonderful lady on Raleigh Road in their PD, Mr. Simmons does an extraordinary job. He is polite, knowledgeable, engaging and in motion. Both he and Mrs. Sherry (I think that's her name) deserve a ton of credit. My apologies for the essay but time is too short not to share good and change an opinion in this negative-first world. Y'all are Standard Setters.

The cutest girl checked me out as I was watching her scan all of my food and she was having a bad day just by her demeanor. I made small talk with her and asked, "Do you enjoy your job" and 2 others than heard me, said no. She said "sometimes" but less than more. I mean, it is Henderson and dealing with people around here is hard. Trust me, I've done it since I was 2021.Management issues was first. Second was trust among eachother, being it's such a small world. I still go there 1 to 2 times a week.

At the deli counter, I had noticed the customer before me was getting cheese cut. The scale had shredded meat on it. Thought it must had been hers. When my turn came then deli employee put a paper on the dirty scale for my order. It also had flies on it. I asked if she could clean the scale and she had an attitude. She used a different scale.

Would not recommend using the to go app. Great job of shopping I assume but I waited 20 minutes to get groceries and had to go in because another customer was waited before me after arriving 5 minutes after. Also got home and was missing 8 items. Had to go in myself to get the items because the manager said they were too busy to get them for me. Not great customer service if you can’t to it right I suggest getting rid of the option.

Store itself is great. Big selection, very clean. However, when I arrived at 7:15 PM, three employees were huddled up chatting. After selecting my items, I returned to one cashier actually working. She had a line 4 people deep. The other employees were still in the store, but not opening another line. Unnecessary wait for customers does not make them want to return.

Always clean and busy. I always go here and do my shopping. The people here are friendly and always ready to help. I like the deli section because they always have good hot food prepared ready to eat. The deli also has a good bakery with fresh food cakes and everything from fudge to cupcakes. Always fresh as well. Deli meats are a great option as well they even serve platters for business lunches

Nice neighborhood grocery store. Great selection, low prices, not too crowded and fast.checkout. they also have a deli and bakery. Everything I have tried from there was top notch quality, flavor and value. It sure beats that overcrowded national chain store a few blocks away. Better in every way.

I shop here and pretty much all the other foodlions, never really had a issue with anything ,but I would like to aware people to check there meats very good before and after you purchase them. I always check my stuff and it seems to be good quality meats . A few days ago I purchased some pork chops and decided to cook them today, so as I was taking out to wash them before I cook them 2 dead flies was inside the pack . I was very upset and didn’t have the receipt to take them bk cause it’s been over 2 days when I got them and I didn’t keep the receipt

The young lady was very helpful. Let me use her MVP card so I wouldn't have to go back to the car. She was the assistant manger running the cash register. It was great store. Clean and was in and out.

Cashier wasn't pleasant or helpful, I was in the scooter chair and he failed to load my cart, I was surprised at the lack of service that was provided, seem he didn't want to be there. What a pity.

We drive across town past two other Food Lion's to shop here. All three in my family are disabled and the staff goes out of their way to make sure our shopping experience is great. The store is always extremely clean.

Shopping was crazy this morning as it was the day before Thanksgiving but there were attendants helping shoppers with open lanes to check out which was extremely time effective. They didn't have any soft drink specials that rate in the buy 3 for $10 and such which was disappointing so I will be buying those at a different location.

Food Lion has gone down hill in the last couple of months. They seem to NOT CARE that they have been out of staples like light cream . All they say is to keep checking back every few days. I think they think I'll buy something else like half and half ,I hate half and half !

So I only grocery shop at Food Lion. I usually shop at a different location. Never will return to this location! I was so disappointed on my last visit. Deli was closed because of no staff. There was no hamburger meat or steaks. They didnt even have kraft mac and cheese stocked. Major issues going on!!

Great service! Staff was very friendly and didn't mind having a conversation with my kids about random things. They checked me out quickly even though my kids were asking 100000 questions and didn't mind answering them.

Clean, pretty much stocked with items I needed except Lima beans. Parking lot clean and well lit. Staff polite and were sanitizing the shopping carts.

We always shop at this Food Lion because it's closer and more convenient. The sales are amazing and I never have to pay too much for the things I need.
