Great location and carries most of the essentials which saves me a great deal of time compared to driving into town. The store feels a little cramped but its necessary to offer such a selection. The prices are very fair and and do not reflect a "convenience" price as I would have expected. All the staff are very polite, friendly and assist in making the shopping experience that much better.

This store generally has items that I need when I forget something for a weekend at Kerr Lake. The prices are similar to convenience stores. The selection of products is much broader than a convenience store. It always seems that they are understaffed because the store is perpetually messy and the checkout lines are more painfully slow than Walmart.

Friendliness of employees vary. I think they hire out of desperation so they just want a warm body no matter their customer service experience.For the past month they have been out of oatmeal. Minor sure, but for those of us that eat it would like to know we can depend on consistent inventory. No explanation other than it just wasn't part of their truck delivery.Also, had issues with milk bought from them spoiling sooner than the expiration date. Just had to throw out half a gallon due to this.

When your out 20 miles from nowhere, Dollar General will be there. Great organization and most employees are super. We hit Dollar General all over the country.
