The older woman working would not let me do a fedex drop off because my drop off was too "bulky".... there was no indication anywhere that you couldn't drop off multiple boxes. Sounded more like she just didn't want to deal with it.

The older, heavy set woman with long hair is outrageously rude. The self checkout wasn't working so I called for help. This lady was standing right outside the door smoking,blowing smoke right into customers faces. When I asked her to help me she got angry. You are not getting paid to smoke all day. You are being paid to work.I told her she shouldn't treat people this way and that she should not smoke in front of the door. She got mad and told me to get out. Very nasty person taking her misery out on customers.

Convenient, but not the best. Sometimes not enough employees, racks of new items blocking aisles. I blame corporate for all the issues. Employees start out at $9.50 an hour? You got to be kidding. Employees over worked and under paid. But since only store in area, I go there alot. This DG is busy,

Only one person working. She was outside smoking and texting when I pulled in the parking lot. When I got to the register she was still outside smoking. The store was literally left unattended. After waiting a few minutes for service I went to the front door and tapped on the glass to get her attention. She seemed bothered that I interrupted her.

I have to give three stars because of one bad experience. I took my granddaughter into the store on Sunday to teach her how to shop. The young clerk would not acknowledge her. Would not say please or thank you and pushed her money and merchandise back at her over the counter without even looking at her. I mention that we were trying to learn good manners and the clerk simply said uh-huh and started checking me out. However, I do have to say the older staff there are fantastic people and our absolutely a joy to talk to.

This store is messy and understocked and understaffed and under trained and needs to be updated severely in order to be up to par in comparison to their sister locations locally. The staff was all very uneducated on the store pricing and had no proper or accurate knowledge of inventory placement, price corrections. Even the manager on duty whom attempted to help finish my transaction was unsuccessful until getting support from another associate via his personal cell phone.

The best part about this DG is the location, it's close and convenient if i need to just grab a few things. They usually run some pretty good deals on items, especially if you use the app with digital coupons. The frozen items are a bit pricey compared to some grocery stores but if it keeps you from burning the gas to drive all the way in town, i guess it's worth it. Mostly friendly service here as well

Rude! I have loaded my pre-paid cards there several times and I went it to load $ on my card and the male cashier said they didn't load pre-paid cards anymore, I told him that was most definitely not true cause the DG in Hays did so they do also. Then he said his Pre-paid reader was broken so they need people that are not so dang rude and hateful to there customers!!!

Terrible store. I’ve had bad experiences, one seeing roaches near the food section. In one instance, a cashier who seemed incredibly intoxicated gave me the wrong change. When I informed the management I was yelled at and harassed in front of several customers. Store is cluttered. Surprised the district management hasn’t done anything about this. I won’t be going back, ever.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The problem with this business is the lack of staff. When I have been there there have only been two employees in the entire store they are expected to stock shelves and run the register. They are all friendly and nice but sometimes a terrible line will form.

Cashier was in bathroom and apparently had been for quiet a few minutes. Stock truck had come in and driver was waiting on manager to check stock.(He was there waiting when I got there) So the manager had to knock on the door of the bathroom to get her out to ring up the customers.

I love coming here because they have just about everything you need and it’s not extremely over priced but I’m not sure why they call it the Dollar General because there’s not a lot of dollar items. Also I’m confused as to why there’s only one register open at a time and there’s 10 to 15 customers waiting to be checked out…

Store is always messy, went today to get coffee filters two staff members were blocking the ilse braiding hair!! I'm having to say excuse me just so I can get through the isle. One says I don't care, so I guess she doesn't care I put them on blast huh. Please if you must do this do it where your PAYING CUSTOMERS don't see you.

Every time we shop at this Dollar General it always takes so long to be rung up. The check out line is always so long and you end up waiting for way too long to be checked out. Went in to grab one item which took not even a whole minute but ended up standing in line for over 5 minutes...

Itwas ok a little confusing about thingstthat were on mark down and they wouldn't sell them for the sale price andgot home and didn't have everything they told me to bring recite back and they would replace the items

The employees at this store in mountain view, are very rude, and no help most of the time. The employees seem just to be wondering around dazed. I drive at least 6-7 miles out of my way, just not to shop there. Lee
