One of the cleanest and more organized grocery stores I've ever been to. Friendly and helpful staff. They obviously take a lot of care in keeping items stocked and organized. The entire store is very clean. The restrooms are immaculate which is always appreciated. Flowers on the counter are a nice touch.

Stopped for a snack. Ended up with a great meal.The blackeye soup was scrumptious according to my wife.I had Brunswick stew, fantastic taste, took a quart home with me.Wonderful small town ambience, friendly professional staff. Plenty of seating.Highly recommend. In house seating, carry out available, handicap accessable. Ribs and other BBQ meats, drinks are on the menuGreat place to eat and relax for a meal.

Great variety of offerings, specialty and organic etc. however pricey for my favorites, organic apples and papaya for example. My reward number didn't work in the beginning but that's been fixed. Organic foods need to be better quality and have more offerings. The store could be much better organized (eg. all pasta in one area) and brighter. High prices is the biggest negative. And sale items often don't ring up at sales price.

This store does NOT even deserve 1star...How they treat their"VALUED" employees. The older ones who fought for"OUR" country & who shld be retired and able to go to CHURCH and praise GOD one day a week...They discriminate against them and fire them for NOT allowing some lil punk young punk to walk all over them...WHO calls in sick ALL the time, uses his "religion" to get weekends and holidays off even though he does NOT go to church & they do NOT even celebrate the holidays...He runs to the mngr crying like a punk baby with lies just to get this man fired right here at CHRISTmas time...This man is the ONLY one working in his household and his son in law is sick with cancer and without health ins.and without his CANCER MEDS Because MEDICAIDthid manager and store are a disgrace... screwed up...

rotten produce, hit and miss meats and starbucks closes an hour early. set my stuff near the self check out to grab a soda and candybar and chick closes my register so i move my stuff to another and she closes it while im moving the rest so im like are you going to leave one open and if so which- so she just stares at me- don't think the light is on upstairs with that one.

This website is awful to navigate. What is the use of a website if you can't see the products for sale, instead of just the weekly sales.I can't even look up info for my Husband to locate something in the store when shopping for me!

Dear Management,I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of customer service provided by your store. As a frequent customer, I have noticed a pattern of unhelpful and unprofessional behavior from management, which has left a lasting negative impression.During my recent visits, I overheard management harassing employees who are among the only ones who actually care about good customer service. This kind of behavior toward employees is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect and appreciation for their hard work.Furthermore, the managers are reluctant to resolve any concerns or issues my transactions have had, and are clearly not interested in their jobs. This behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store's management. Remarks about employees should not be loud and aggressive, but rather should show appreciation for the hard work that goes into providing good customer service.After these negative experiences, I have decided to take my business to Walmart instead. Their employees are treated fairly, and the managers put in real time and effort to ensure that every customer has a good experience.I hope that this feedback can help your store improve its customer service and foster a more positive, professional work environment for your employees. It's a grocery store. What do you write? They have food and stuff and the cashiers are usually nice. The rotisserie chicken is good and the produce always seems fresh. They have a really big selection of hot food in the deli as well if you are looking for a quick bite.

They have a very good selection especially in produce I like their produce there are you looking to get good produce. And they're meat not bad either. Generally they're helpful and when you buy stuff there you get points to redeem for so much off of them gas that helps a little bit too

Has speciality items that the other grocery stores in the area doesn't. They used to have a good deli department hot foods, Asian food, subs, and pizza. It went down hill. It always looks dry, crusted. How they make subs went down hill.

Hayesville NC is very nice well stocked super clean. Prices are not the greatest. 2,3 bags is right at $100.00. Meats are good price, look fresh.

We stopped here to get a couple subs on our way home last night. First, the subs were well below par, bland, little flavor and the rolls were mushy. Nothing at all like Publix subs. Secondly, the woman who prepared them was unfriendly, complained about her job/pay and grumbled each time we responded to what we wanted on the subs. If you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t take it out on your customers.

You won't find a better supermarket anywhere you go. Unbelievably well stocked with a wide variety of choices. From the basic staples to numerous ethnic lines, they always seem to have what you need. And all this in our sleepy little town of Hayesville!

Over priced like Publix without the customer service. Even with the Ingles card it too high. And there gas rewards are a joke. If you're thinking about going shopping there Don't. There's a Kroger about 2 miles down the road. Better prices and customer service than Ingles ever had.Update stoped by 7/26/23 against my better judgement. The meat was brown in the middle. More often than not me and my husband havesome kind of problem when shopping at this particular store. If it's not rude, unhelpful employees.. it's availability of stock. We love Ingle's but this one os just not even subpar. We are even willing to go to another town instead of going to this store. This place needs to do better... ALOT better!!

Beautiful and clean but too expensive. They're the only supermarket in Hayesville NC and can get away with price gouging. For example, Bush's Baked beans were $3.18; $1.98 at Walmart. We drove about 45 minutes to the nearest Walmart and still saved on our groceries for our upcoming family reunion.

This Ingles in hazevile is nice and clean but poor service if I could give zero ⭐ for that I would I asked where something was from the man sticking an he was like all over the store look we don't live here my bad for asking then Starbucks 2 days in a row I came in an spent 30 dollars for 2 drinks just to get ugly attitude like I'm sorry did I bug you while on your phone or is that more important I am a regular customer to Starbucks all around an this one was the worst them girls are so hateful. Worked at this place for about a week, the employers great their employees horribly, fire them for a reason like "being on their phone while on break" and "not doing your job the way your supposed to do it" like.. I was just trying to get the carts outside as there wasn't much help, and being a bagger had too many of them that day and nothing else to do.
