Stopped by unannounced on a Saturday morning to ask for new custom exhaust work on a pickup truck. The mechanic spent about 2 hours working on my truck and did an excellent job. He paid special attention to be sure the dual pipes were level and symmetrical. The welds looked good. The hangers looked strong. Price was reasonable. Said he has 19 years of experience doing exhaust work. It shows.

We went for inspection. They had to remove some tint from our front windows because it didn't pass. The young guy, Avery I think, doing inspections was super quick, wasn't messy and barely charged anything for removing the tint. We have been going there for years, and service like this is why we keep coming back!

If you want your stuff done right, dont go here, go to AIM In Burlington... This guy didnt know the difference between my resonators and my mufflers.. I told him to put on my Super 10s and leave my res, he left me with 2 sets of mufflers, and then claimed to lose my resonators SMHService: Exhaust

I went in wanting to do something special for my wife for Christmas, I spoke with Rico and he was more then helpful. I prepaid for exhaust on her charger and took the mufflers home and wrapped them up under the tree. The very next Saturday I took the car up and they had the mufflers on and me out the door quickly. Rico did a great job and was very helpful deciding what would be the best way to go. I'll definitely be back and will refer anyone to them.

I have been a customer of Willow Tree for several years. I have never had a problem and have always been treated with respect and great customer service.However, this past friday would have been the first time getting brakes serviced on my car by them. The "brakes man" is Rico. I learned this from my wife after she called and got estimates on price, time, etc. She was given the price for service, but that day(monday) was very busy and told that the car should be dropped off later that week. She asked if Friday would be better... Rico said "yes, bring it in the morning, it should only take an hour". On Friday morning I brought the car in to get brakes done and an oil change. I was met by Rico, who seemed to not be interested in doing the work. He mentioned remembering speaking to my wife and said that the car would have to be dropped off. When I said I would wait, dismissed me and insisted that he would have to "work it in" and that the car could only be dropped off (I was confused since that was what I was doing). I was still willing to wait... he then went on to explain how HE isn't even gonna work on his car that day because it was about to rain.. also, that HIS car needed a part to prevent overheating in order to move it out of the garage. At this point I was over it. After I expressed my disgust for the overall attitude, he started to change his tune a little bit... said I was about to be "worked in"... Due to his attitude, I refused the work and told Rico to have a nice day...I know people have bad days, but this is no excuse... professionalism is a part of good customer service. I hope nobody else has this experience

Last min the day before my birthday had to help my girlfriend with her altima . other shops suggested this place & my uncle had mentioned it before when I was car shopping a guy name rico. Without a machine he knew what the issue was & in less than a hour he was calling to tell me it was done. When I got there he charged me less than he said & three times less than others said. I'm very satisfied & ready to.bring my own car there for things.

They told my friend she had a bad blower motor and AFTER replacing it and charging her 230 dollars they said she has a bad blower motor relay. I am a retired ASE Master Tech and called for an explanation. He told me the motor was broken without any more explanation. I asked how he determined the relay was bad and he said there is no power going to the motor. I asked if there is no power going to the motor then HOW did he determine the motor was bad ?? He had no answer other than "It is". When I asked to speak to the owner he said I'll have him call you. I asked for the owners name and he said again, I'll have him call you and hung up on me. I know we are all human and can make mistakes but to charge someone because YOU misdiagnosed a problem is a RIP OFF !! After a long phone conversation I asked him to how much the labor would be to change the "relay" he didn't even know where the relay IS, so how exactly did he TEST IT ?? When it comes to electronics of any kind they do not have a clue. They just guess and install parts. If the guess wrong you get to pay until they guess right. STAY AWAY.UPDATE : Took the car to a different shop and they repaired the broken wire going to the blower motor. While Willow Tree Muffler center might be awesome at custom exhaust work, that is what they should stick to because they have NO CLUE when it come to electronic diagnosis. When I asked for even a partial refund I was told "That wouldn't be fair to the mechanic" so it seems that they are not interested in being fair to the CUSTOMER, only to their shade tree, unqualified mechanic. RIP OFF

These guys really know what they're doing, and they do good quality, honest work. I went in with an exhaust leak, which turned out to be a pretty big leak once they got a look at it (the pipe was broken entirely around at a seam). They were very professional, had the problem fixed quite quickly (20 minutes!), and charged me very little for the repair. I highly recommend this place.

Rico replaced catalytic converter on 2010 Honda CRV. Patiently explained the work to be done. Reasonably priced and finished work as promised. Also went out of his way to help me with another issue with the car. Would highly recommend!

So i have a 2000 chevy silverado single cab took it in becuase there was a check engine light on it, i asked to get the catalytic converters replaced ,left the truck there for the repair in less than i could go to my house and get ready for work which is an hour and some change i got the call saying it was done, they did a great job super fast at such a reasonable price and also did my inspection there that same day. Five star rating all day, i will continue doing business there for a long time.

Great job. I got lucky and they had an opening when I got there. 2013 Ram needed a muffler. They had it in stock. They had the muffler on and my truck inspected in an hour and for $900 dollars less than the dealership.

These guys don't know anything about cars or trucks, I took my s10 for an inspection and these idiots started saying I was missing bulbs and was suppose to have stuff on my truck that isn't even there and the bulbs I was supposedly missing was the turn signal and on my year don't come on until you use them. They should hire real mechanics that know about cars not dumb mexicans cause it was 4 of them on 1 truck and didn't know what they were looking at.
