This is a very well maintained and stocked grocery store. And if you pick up one of their savings cards, the prices are great as well. I have to admit that the cleanliness of this store, in particular, is my main reason for a 5 star rating.

Always great service very attentive cashiers ready to get the next customer in line. Isles are never blocked off when employees are stocking shelves which is so great bc it doesn't disrupt shopping & I've never had to fight to get around anything. Items are always accessible & this store is absolutely the most clean grocery store I have ever shopped in. Keep up the great team work. To whomever oversees this store you have a fine team working for you.

This is my community store. I shop here at least 4 times a week. Bringing in a new manager I thought would make a change. Unfortunately every time I go in the store she seems to be yelling at the African American employees. I went out of my way to tell her how great an employee was and her response was telling him to go get the carts. He said yes ma'am I will. She replies NOW! It literally made me sick to my stomach. We have to do better.

A lot of bare shelves but staff was stocking. I'm handicapped and needed the assistance of a motorized cart but had trouble getting around stocking carts.The older black cashier had to be the best part of my experience. I have never used my credit card and not only did she help me but allowed me to use a Foodlion discount card. It is why I will go back to the store in the future.

If the Food Lion in Cum Park Plaza could have a complete opposite, this is it's exact opposite. The parking lot is well organized and roomy. Someone comes out and cares for it. Inside the store it appears cleaner. The lights are brighter. The staff at both stores are extremely nice. If you want food on sell because it is almost out of date, go to Cum Park, this store seems to have a Manager that has a handle on inventory control. The stores are so close, I recommend this one. It is a cleaner store in a safer location.

I am so glad this is my neighborhood food lion. Their CS is always friendly and kind. I always see smiles, cashiers that want to chat do so politely. It's always easy to find a helping hand if needed. I enjoy my grocery shopping more because of the staff. I can usually almost always find what I need as well.

I want to take a second and send a special shout to Rachel she is a smiling face I love to see every time I go to this foodlion, she is very attentive and extremely polite! She greets me with a smile every time in fact I don't think I have ever seen her frown. She goes above and beyond to help me whenever I ask for help she has one of the best personalities any person should have when working with the public. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because she works hard to serve us all with a smile and yes or no mam or sir. We definitely need more people like this working!!!

This is my home town Food Lion store. Great little store. I know the people there and they are very nice. They do like to close at 10:00, but wouldn't you if it was time to go home. Well stocked and the employees are willing to help. Don't know what I would do without them. I guess it would be a whole lot longer drive. Thanks to the Green Level Food Lion!

Clean with clean restrooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh produce fresh and many individually wrapped for safety. Check out a breeze. Don't have to wait forever as your cold foods get warm. Love the sale flyer. Limited choices on things like different flour and coffee creamers but clean shopping experience.

This Food lion is great how ever they treat their regular customer as if they would steal. My husband and I always shop there every other day , and because we pick up a pack of t bone steak and put them back does not give you the right to follow us and assume we took them . We spend a good 200 .oo are better every week. We try to help our Food Lion by keeping people from stealing. As a former manager of Food Lion I still care about the company.

It was clean and had minimal traffic. Nonetheless, making it feel safe to do shopping in the very early morning hours during this scary time. I attended during opening hours this morning and the staff was exceptional in their service and support. The best in the chain of stores.

The best grocery store there is. Fast and friendly service. They treat me like family. The prices are phenomenal especially with their out of this world sales and their app. I love shopping at my Food Lion and look forward to each trip.

I go to this Food lion almost everyday bc I own a cupcake shop.The people are usually pleasant but it was something about my experience yesterday. I didn’t recognize any of the new faces that were there but they seemed genuinely happy to be there! One man even offered to check in the back for flour. It’s the little things that count.

They do not care for the well being of their customers or employees. As a retail manager, I understand it can be difficult to manage a business and try to chase down every customer that does not have a facemask on to ask them to please wear one while inside their establishment. But, they don't even have their employees following the CDC guidelines.I saw six employees while I was in there without a face mask on.Face masks are mandatory in the state of North Carolina and the manager here doesn't even care enough to ensure that their employees are protected.I've been to other Food Lions (as I've been a long time customer) and they have managed their safety and social distancing guidelines MUCH better than this one.

After a 3 hour power outage on 7/17/18 ruined my original dinner plans. I went to this Food Lion to purchase a few steaks to grill for dinner. I knew the store closes at 10 pm since that is what is posted on their doors. Plus I have shopped here regularly for 2 years. However upon arriving at the store at 9:57 pm. Robin blocked me from entering. I asked her why? Her answer in a very rude tone was because the store clock said 10pm. I showed her the clock on my cell phone stating it was now 9:58pm. To which she replied in a even more rude tone the store is closed. So I was forced to take my consumer dollars to a different establishment. Which was glad to receive my money and treat me right.Good service goes a long way. Sorry Food Lion you lost a loyal customer tonight thanks to Robin’s rude attitude.

This Food Lion was near Burlington, NC. I was traveling that day and spotted the store. I had a few items I knew I could pick up. The store appeared new and well stocked. Nice stop on my way home.

I really have always liked shopping at food lion all my life, but I'm very disappointed, they they followed suit doing resets in the their stores like some other big box stores did, shopping now is very inconvenient , I am a mission shopper, I want to go in get what I need and be on my way, don't want to search over entire store to find what I need. I know reasoning behind this. If shoppers have to walk to find things maybe they will see other things they need or want, not the case in most situations. Sorry food lion, but just being honest, and most shoppers that I talk to at your stores feel the same, I have yet to find someone who likes it. Favorite saying of mine , Dare to be different, unfortunately y'all went with the flow.
