Great vacation spot! We rented a 1 bedroom and it was roomy. This time(April) is very quiet. The amenities were great! We will return later in the year!

Smells musty. Had to check in at 6pm for cleaning... but it wasn't clean. In addition to fingerprints all over the place, food on the floor (under the bed was a cinnamon roll and under the fridge a bag of trail mix), dishes in the dishwasher, and someone else's underwear in the drawers. The building is in need of repair. There is a laundry room on each floor with ice and vending... but it is pretty rugged.Things are nearby such as a few shops and the Museum of the Atlantic.*Update added a star, the office woman is very nice. They responded very quickly to my issues- however, I had already cleaned it up. Despite it all we had a good stay.

Can't beat this location or the views! Spacious room really made our trio comfortable and the full kitchen made it convenient.

We enjoyed our stay at the villas. Very close to a lot of attractions we were interested in seeing but downside, our silverware/dishes were not cleaned completely upon arrival, ice machine was broken our entire stay, water leaked onto top shelf of fridge even with us turning the temperature down twice, very unfriendly front desk customer service, and we had a cockroach issue last 3 days of our stay.

Nice place, people were friendly. Pool needs to be maintained, but overall a nice place to stay. I wish the 1st floor balcony opened to the pool.

Nice, clean, and relatively quiet. Wished the view had been somewhat better but did have great access to the docks for wonderful sunsets. Y'all definitely need more adequate garbage dispsrosal places. Other than loosing my wallet, it was a great trip with my wife and grandson. Will miss obx, but plan on coming back next year.

Clean, pleasant, and quiet. Right beside the ferry/marina. Great for sunrises and sunsets. A few quaint shops but hours around here for shopping and eating are limited at most establishments only open a few hours. Some restaurants may only be opened from 5-9 pm while others may open from 9 am to 3pm.

Older complex. Needs some work. I was fortunate to choose a unit off of Airbnb which had recently been completely renovated with all new flooring and furniture. Very nice! Liked the close proximity to all Hatteras has to offer. Walking distance. Only moved my car once the whole week. Love Hatteras Island. If you stay here shop for a nice unit. I am sure many are in bad shape?

Condo was very nice with a good pool and two outdoor grills. There are even two car chargers in the lot next door, although I think they are level two. Plan a trip on one of the many offshore charters at Hatteras Harbor Marina.
