Do not waste your time using this Walgreens for FedEx needs or any other Walgreens….went here after being denied services at another Walgreens only to be told by a older lady employee that she could not accept my packages because she did not have the room to store it. And they wonder why customers become irate just poor customer service and they don’t care how they inconvenience customers. I will be contacting FedEx to advise them Walgreens is doing a very poor job offering their service and it should be look into.

Sarah at Photography provided us with great service. She was so positive and helpful. We came to get our baby passport picture taken and she was very quick about getting the picture taken. We went to a CVS before coming here and the girl there gave us attitude saying they couldn’t take baby pictures. We are so glad we came here.

Truly wonderful, helpful, patient, and kind staff! The few times I’ve gone in to pick up prescriptions, even at their busiest, the pharmacy staff are always helping as many people as they can. Manager Sarah and her team at the front are also incredibly patient and always willing to help. I’m genuinely impressed by the incredible customer service at this Walgreens!

The worse pharmacy ever. My son needs his medication every month and there’s always a denial or safety documentation but they don’t make the effort to notify the patient about those documentation. They wait until the patient call so they can tell you. I think that ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL knowing that patient needs those medication right away.

The associate named Lailah at the pharmacy needs to be coached. I patiently waited in the COVID vaccine check in line for 17 mins as the lady in front of me searched for the correct insurance cards. Lailah finally steps over to the other register when people start lining up in the prescription pick up line. She asked who was next as if she didn't see me standing behind the lady she was just helping for 17 mins. I stepped up and made a point to say I had been standing there bc 1. I had an app. 2. I had been waiting before the other people walked up and 3. I was on my lunch break and needed to be checked in so I could get my vaccine and go. She told me that I would have to wait because she can only check people in on one computer. After she checked out 2 additional customers, she then calls me over and checks me in, on the same computer she just told she couldn't use. I only gave 2 stars because the associate who administered the shot was nice and the cashier up front was nice. Additional ways to check in would be helpful in situations like these. If there other ways to check in, it would be great if the pharmacy associates communicated that.

Terribley rude staff in pharmacy. Accusatory and unprofessional. We had to wait 15 minutes on hold on the phone (early in the am so they weren't even busy) only to be told one thing. Then when we drove 45 minutes out of our way to pick up the RX they said was ready only to be told we cannot legally pick it up. And that was after waiting at the store for another 20 minutes. Awful store... don't go here ever! Not only are they incompetent but they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

9 a.m. open pharmacy hours is ridiculous and 10 a.m. on Sunday . That’s too late. They never have enough help and they can ever find the prescription when you’re there to pick it up. also, when you try and call the pharmacy, it takes them forever to pick up or they just put you on hold for a long time

Love this pharmacy. I can’t remember the managers name but she is just the best and does everything in their power to get my daughters medication ordered on time. I changed from CVS to Walgreens because of their dedication. Thank you!

Appointment times are more a suggestion. Waited 30 minutes for a vaccine while 4 technicians and a pharmacist avoided my eye. Then another customer came and sat next to me for a flu test and she was sniffling,coughing, and complaining of fever. That's one way to keep the pharmacy business booming.

Worse experience ever!!! Now I’m pretty sure this isn’t a one off occurrence and this location racially profiles it’s customers!!! I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but at this point it’s shows with my experience over numerous occasions. Sickening and sad at the same time!!! I will never come back to this location again yet Walgreens period !

Wow. One of the cleanest, most well-lit and spacious Walgreens I've shopped at in multipe states. Staff was A+ too. Hardworking to restock, reorganize, and relabel, but friendly and attentive too.

Stopped after work to get a flu shot...the pharmacist was very unfriendly and hand me a leaflet and said, to go online to schedule my flu shot.... even though I have never hadn't to schedule a flu shot in the past.

Better off as rite aid. This store shouldn't be here to begin with. Walgreens is overpriced and the changes with the rewards program and coupon policy has changed. Even the staff from rite aid are all gone

I went to pick up my prescription and after pacing through the store for 30 minutes they only gave me half of it I had to get back in the car and drive back up here to get the rest.. Only to get here and realize that one of the two pharmacy drive-thru lanes were out of service but they didn't bother to put up a sign telling anyone.

This is the only Walgreens where I believe its pretty well maintained. The people working their are extremely cortious, and I have noticed they are always trying to make sure everything is in its right place.
