Well maintained and clean Publix store. The goods in this place is similar to other Publix store. They have good produce, good meat selection, and also good variety of products. The place is a great place to shop.Parking is spacious and easy.

Deli staff is unable to properly give estimates for food pickup and makes no apologies for it. First, it’s a 5 minute wait. 10 minutes later, it’s another 15 minute wait. And then after that, another 20 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Customers have more to do than wait around for food.

It’s a clean supermarket. However once you hit the deli counter you’ll soon wish you didn’t come here. The deli staff routinely ignore and are rude to customers. The saving grace of this place is the bakery. They do a fantastic job with their Cuban bread.

This Publix is always extremely well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can usually find great deals on buy one get one free items if you have time to look around.

Well organized, clean, and spacious with a wide variety of selections. The items in the specialty sections (salad bar, deli, bakery, seafood, hot bar, sushi...) were all fresh and well stocked. I would definitely say a step above the local competition!

This is my favorite grocery store chain in Charlotte. The customer service is better than the rest. They have products you can't find at other grocers and have plenty vegan products. Their cut fruit is very pleasing to the eye and always fresh and the same with the produce section. The deli and bakery are pretty impressive. There are plenty vegan options for subs in the deli and vegan cookies in the bakery. They're a little more expensive than the other grocery stores but well worth it.

Always have fresh food and sushi maker will make whatever you want withing 5 to 10 minutes. The deli meat area is always slammed, so look for what you want and see if it is already presliced. Overall good food at more expensive prices than harris teeter.

Review strictly for deli. Not sure what the guys deal is but waited patiently in line after 2 - 3 customers grabbing multiple sandwiches. Asked for help getting breaded chicken. The gentleman asked the lady when they turned off warmer and she said she just turned it off. The guy proceeded to tell me they can't serve the chicken after a certain time turning off the heaters. She literally just said she turned it off. If you're not interested in doing your job then maybe someone else who is willing to serve can? Just a simple thought.

Seems to be a bit smaller than other Publix stores I have shopped. But still have the usual Publix service, however. Very clean location and staff to assist. Disappointed, though, that some of the special dietary foods I can find in the Winston-Salem store is not offered here. Nice, but small selection of small appliances and table ware.

I love Publix. Especially this location. They always come through for me in the deli. The chicken is awesome! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The employees always greet you with a smile.

I've always liked Publix, I get different brands than my local store. However, on this trip, I went to the deli for lunch. It took 20 minutes for them to make me a sloppy meatball sub.

Very clean. They have a great sell of high-end products, from natural peanut butter to organic kale. Prices, however, are some of the most expensive as far as local supermarkets go. Large pharmacy inside. Wine is a little mixed up, white, red, rosé all together. Nice place.

My Daughter's Birthday cake was exactly what she wanted. I never knew Publix made their own ice cream cakes until one day that I bought a carvel ice cream cake and the lady told me about it. I will definitely buy this again in the future. My daughter wanted chocolate cake and ice cream and this was the best combo ever. Plus chocolate whip. It was a great success today. Thank you so much! ❣️

Even when it’s cold on the island, this store is warm and welcoming. As with most Publix Super Markets the customer service was superb and the store was bright and clean. And they had everything I was looking for.

Worst experience at the bakery counter. The employee was extremely rude. My custom order was not ready at my scheduled time and they couldn’t even give me an estimate of when it would be completed that day. It was obviously for a 6 year olds birthday party and they didn’t make any effort in notifying me of the delay until I arrived at the store on the way to the party. Completely unacceptable and the employee made a bad situation worse by her attitude.

This Publix is so clean and well maintained. Very nice store in the Harrisburg area. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a Fresh Meat service counter though. Other than that this store has just about anything you need!

I ordered ground beef 3 lbs. when I broke the meat apart it was old and rotten and brown on the inside while having fresh red meat on the outside. This happened twice. They are covering old meat in new meat and selling it!! Publix I am disgusted!!! Shame on you! Update: months later they are still doing it. Added a pic. How do we get red meat on the outside and a few pieces in the middle but then all brown meat?!?

I went to the bakery to get a custom PERSONAL cake made for my very small wedding. I needed a small cake done just for me and my fiancé to cut at our wedding that was not going to be served to guest… just something to cut and for ourselves. I was asked was it for a wedding and before I could explain yes.. but not to serve I was quickly and rudely told I needed to come back for an appointment.. that’s completely understandable. However, I was not asked to schedule the appointment or told potential available times or anything. I had no problem returning to make an appointment. That was not a problem AT ALL. The lady who does the wedding cakes was very rude and 100% stirred me away from coming to Publix for any of my cake needs. Terrible customer service.

Thank you Publix Harrisburg!The Publix Bakery and Deli at Harrisburg are always producing quality items. Never a disappointment. They have great subs, chicken, cakes, cookies, bread. Floral arrangements are beautiful, a great deal 3/$12 flower bundles. The staff is always helpful, the store is clean and well stocked. I appreciate the store staff, stockers, cashiers, baggers, for showing up to be awesome. 💚
