Deplorable. Assistant dropped a tote going into the store with most all of the contents in the floor. Got in line at 4:50p. 5 people ahead of me.We were in a narrow isle of the store with 6 foot tall fixtures. Could not sit or lean against merchandise. Walked out at 5:50p.Vet refuse to give my dog a 3 year rabies. Did not have vet records with me. Was never told to bring records.However my dog had a 3 year rabies tag on her with an ID number. PetVet refused to look at the tag. Vet would only give a 1 year shot $44Will never go back. A pure nightmare for me and my dog.

I bought my pups in as a walk-in without an appointmentService was amazing. That was extremely knowledgeable. Assistant had a great personality and worked well with my pets.

Excellent service from the doctor and the veterinarian technicians. They were professional and patient with my dog. The cost was very reasonable compared to the extremely high fees from other local veterinarians.

I was pressured into getting services I did not want or feel necessary by the veterinarian. i was made to feel like I was a terrible person for not wanting all the treatment that was offered and therefore I spent twice the amount that I could afford I will never go back to this group. I rescued two cats and saved their life and I can’t afford to have anything but the basics for these two house cats who are very happy in my house. Lesson learned.

Vet staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve never felt rushed or like any of my concerns are dismissed. I love that they’ve added appointments to this clinic and will use it next time! Would recommend if you need a low cost vet and need to pop in for a visit. Keep in mind, it is not a full service vet so the care is limited but they do their best and provide recommendations if you need one.

Kayla and the entire team was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They really made us feel like they had Deuce’s best interest at heart. Dr B is very patient and easygoing. I really appreciated her response to what we were considering feeding Deuce. To have a professional opinion was worth it. I would recommend Petvet to everyone!!!

This is advertised as a walk in clinic. I waited 45 minutes before they asked me if I had an appointment. Which I did not. I was told they would try to work us in but they didn't know how long it would be. It seemed they were working at an extremely slow place so I left.

My dog Oscar is treated like a VIP Rock Star every time we visit. He is very timid and they treat him with extra TLC. I feel like they really care about him and have his best interest in mind.

I took my dog to the PetVet Wellness Center for the first time and we had a great experience. The vet techs and veterinarian (Dr.Shannon) were very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to provide quality service. They provided education, answered my questions and provided recommendations for additional concerns I had. I appreciate their support and would highly recommend them in.

Best place to bring your pet. I've visited multiple times and the staff is always great. The supervisor Kayla and Dr. Yanni from my most recent visit were absolutely phenomenal. There's different vets sometimes but I've met three and thought all of them went above and beyond, showed amazing compassion, expertise, and spent quality time with me.You never feel rushed out, pressured or as if they aren't telling you the truth unlike some vets I've sadly met. Pricing is affordable and I struggle to find anybody cheaper. If you need non-emergency care but also right away they're worth the drive if you're in the outer area. I travel out of my way from Union County to them for my pets because they're well worth it.

Drove 50 minutes to get flea meds and was denied services because I did not have the proper records. No where does it state online you cannot go to the wellness center for flea meds without paying for an exam like you can at the community clinics. No where online does it say proof of rabies is required for flea meds and though I figured it might be the community clinic did not ask for it one month prior for another dog so I did not bring it with me. It was after hours from me to get the documents I needed from the other clinic so my option was to pay 80$ for an exam and extra rabies I didn’t need before paying for the 100$ flea meds. The staff offered no solutions for their community clinic failing to follow protocol of asking for my proof of rabies giving me the impression I didn’t need it nor did they even really act like the website should say this either. I also called 2 days prior and left a voicemail at this clinic about this appointment and was never called back which also could’ve helped prevent me wasting 2 hours and having a dog still untreated. This company needs get some clarity on their media, make phone calls more answers and returned instead of long hold sans voice mails and find some uniformity within the two clinics offer by the same corporate company you can’t have community clinics out there asking for nothing and then think you’re goin for the same establishment and then want all this paperwork

The vet and the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and great with dogs, even my very wiggly puppy. This clinic is a useful and inexpensive resource if your pet needs a vaccine, check-up, or preventive medicine like an antiparasitic. However, the clinic being walk-in only means that the line can get quite long, and there’s no waiting area, so it’s best to get there early.

This was my 5th or 6th visit to Harrisburg Tractor Supply - Pet VetAlways very pleased with the care & attention received from the great staff at this location. Get better quality care here than I ever got from my regular vet. No longer go to regular vet!Keep up the good work team!!
