This place is awesome. My aussie loves going here so much that she jumps out of the car and immediately runs up to the door to go in. She doesn't even say bye, because she is so excited to be there. I know they have to take great care of her to get that excited. So easy to book play dates and such a lovely staff that knows my dog after only a couple of visits. Perfect place for dog daycare and their hours can fit any schedule! Take your dogs here. They will have one of the best days of their lives.

Staff was friendly. That’s where the positives end. We have been to many groomers over 4 years, and this has by far been the worst. I reiterated at least 3 times to NOT shave my pup all the way down and to keep him as long as possible. They claimed he was “too matted” which is not truth. He had a FEW problem spots below his chin and on his back legs. Nothing that justified this. The thing I am MOST upset about is that they completely chopped off ALL of his eyelashes and whiskers! Any well trained groomer would know NOT to do that. Sigh. They also charged me about $50 more than initially quoted when booking the appointment. They charged extra for shampoo and conditioner (like what? why would that not be included? everyone else includes basic necessities!). It was overpriced and they didn’t listen to my requests. Lastly, they rudely insinuated that my dog is malnourished and we don’t feed him. Who says that, especially not knowing the animal or the circumstances? We most certainly feed our beloved family pet. I can’t speak to boarding services but I do NOT recommend grooming services here. Before and after pics attached. ☹️**Edit to say that they did refund our entire service and multiple managers called to apologize and express their concerns over the situation. I appreciate that, though we still won’t be back. Darlin’ Doggies in Kannapolis is our fur-ever groomer. 😍

PetSuites Harrisburg is amazing. I am so comfortable leaving my pet with the staff at PetSuites. The fact that they have activities and games as well as constant supervision is key for me. The staff show my baby as much love as I do at home and he loves it there. They are accessible and owners are able to check in via webcam to see how much fun fur babies are having. We love PetSuittes in Harrisburg

Love this place!Very nice and friendly staff. I groom my three dogs there and they always look great, my Saint Bernard comes home fluffy and smelling so nice . All my dogs look shinny, clean and smell amazing.Paula is awesome I highly recommend her.I’ve also used their boarding services and I am happy with their service.

I brought my frenchie pittie mix here. They did an evaluation and I was nervous that he would be denied because his breed. When I picked him up they were so kind and sweet and said that he did amazing. I was able to tour the place as well. One thing I have to say is WOW it is CLEAN like I mean CLEEEAAANNN. Most boarding places have a smell this one did not at all. I plan to sign him up for the unlimited daycare special for 99 dollars for a month and see how it goes. PS my dog was tired like I could tell he had been played with all day. Very happy to start coming here.

We boarded two dogs during the summer. We enjoyed the fact they did a social assessment and offered private play time for extra charge if they didn't pass. Both my dogs passed the assessment. However, both over the phone and when dropping off... We warned them that one of them is reactive to other dogs (which is why we liked the private play option). We have all the warnings and triggers. They communicated they had reactive rooms for dogs like ours. We asked if they could handle it and they said yes. My dog ended up getting banned because he bit a staff member when the staff did the opposite of what should have been done - causing my dog to get scared and react . The assistant manager was apologetic and stated "yes I remember we had this conversation about your dog before drop off". He said the owner/manager wasn't there but she would call me the next day. Never heard from them. Such a shame because my other dog did fine but although they stated they were able to take him in and that they had policies in place for my reactive dog... Seemed like the staff didn't follow policy and I never heard why/how my dog was put in that situation

My German Shepherd was a rescue and we’re trying to socialize him so we can board him at times. He’s afraid of cages so we reserved the larger suite with a glass door. I feel this made him more comfortable. The staff is friendly and keeps the facility spotless.

A new place. They just opened. They gave me a tour. Very very clean. They have different areas depending on what your pet is most comfortable with. The suites with a bed and TV are $52 a night not counting any extra stuff for your pouch. I was impressed you can have your cat stay as well. They have just a day camp as well. They have an indoor walking track that they use for walking your pooch. They also have like a pen that your pooch can stay in it is much much noiser back their. If I remember it's cheaper. You can also bring your own dog bed or blanket. I was very impressed with the place.

My Diamond Brown had a wonderful 11 day experience at Petsuites Harrisburg NC.The staff took very good care of her. Daily updates and photos allowed us to be at ease knowing she was happy, healthy, and socializing with friends. I do recommend PERSUITES.

I would give the Pet Suites - Harrisburg ZERO stars if I could.My last 2 experiences with PetSuites Harrisburg have been lackluster to say the least. While there are SOME really good staff members there that show kindness and great customer service - there are several others that have been rude and simply just seem to be there to earn a check. They are not truly interested in taking good care of the pets. They failed my boxer twice from group play simply because he is a hyper puppy. The effort was not put forth to care for him in a loving way - after a brief observation they determined that he would not be allowed to play with the other dogs and that's it. He was restricted to an individual space - and I was forced to pay extra money which felt like a double punishment. I advise any pet owner to do your research before utilizing this location!!!

My fur baby, Halo has been going to Pet Suites Harrisburg since they first opened. It is always a great experience and they have remained consistent. The staff are friendly, kind, helpful and professional. My dog goes there for grooming, daycare and boarding. He literally LOVES it here. I feel confident in their care for him when he’s there. Also, I have a SPECIAL THANKS to Mariah who is Halo’s groomer. She is absolutely amazing and does a phenomenal job each and every time. Thank you all!

My 2 year old pupper stayed here for a week and while she wasn't allowed to play with the other doggos just yet (unaltered) she has seemed to come out of her shell with people. She allowed a stranger to pet her when we got home without flinching or hiding! I can't wait for her to be able to go play with and make up close and personal fur friends and blossom even further! They did my girl so well and helped me enjoy my time out of town with no worries.

PetSuites-Harrisburg: I have brought my 2 dogs for boarding a few times. However, the last visit will be the last time they go to PetSuites. During my dogs last stay THE STAFF overcharged me for (6) DAILY 1on1 play times for 2 dogs when I clearly WROTE IN THE NOTES that I wanted my dogs to have ONE, 1 on 1 play time on their LAST DAY before pick up. Due to the lack of PAYING ATTENTION, the STAFF charged me an extra $40 DAY for my dogs. This is why it is important to not just hire ANYONE or people who do not pay attention to detail. I paid the over $1000 owed but I knew THAT day that I was never returning to PetSuites because the staff is intentionally overcharging the customers. Also, I did NOT receive ANY DAILY photos of my dogs playing but I was charged DAILY for 2 individual playtimes. I doubt the staff even took my dogs out to play as many times as they charged me. This happened in 2023 but I am booking dog boarding for our trips this year (with a company that does not charge extra to allow dogs to PLAY) and it reminded me of this POOR and UNETHICAL experience.

It was a great experience and my dog was very happy , I was concerned because he doesn’t get along with other dogs but they understood and took care of him. It was a 5 days stay and I felt confortable because the place also looks pretty nice and the staff was friendly and patient with all my questions. Thanks for the photos shared, it was awesome!

I had recently come here to board my dog for a vacation i had planned next week. I got toured around the place and i saw dead cockroaches throughout the place. There was a dead one in the cat room along with dead stinkbugs on the window sills. There were “clean” suites and i asked the person that was touring me if they were clean and they said yes. There was hair, hair tangled in the drains and there was one with a chewed daycare collar!! I will not be boarding my dog at petsuites. Please dont risk bringing your babies here!! The staff clearly do not care enough to make sure the place is clean.Yes, obviously youre not going to find an account with my name in your system because i came in to look around! I do not want my dogs to not be taken care of and after looking at all these other 1 star reviews, NO ONE should bring their dogs OR cats here!! It’s absolutely disgusting and unprofessional!

Our puppy Neko has been going to PetSuites in Harrisburg for almost 2 years now. All of the staff are just the greatest. They love our Neko and he is crazy about all of them and so are we. There’s no other place we would take him. EVER! Love all of you guys!!!!!

Very happy with Pet Suites in Harrisburg. This was my first time using them, and I will be using them in the future. The staff is friendly; they communicated very well, they have options for every type of budget, and most of all they take good care of your pet!

I would just love to say that the managers(nicole and blake) do not provide the support you need, even when it's required. They do not respond to emergencies when a dog needs to be taken to the vet or when a dog fight happens. They make the employees deal with it, even when they aren't trained to take dogs to the vet. Working at Petsuites in Harrisburg is toxic. Behind the scenes NO ONE likes working here. I would not recommend working here.I used to work here, I came to visit and asked for a tour of the back, which was accepted, after about 15 minutes the general manager (Nicole) stormed into the lobby (causing a scene) and went to the back and started yelling in my face and waving her hands around. She said i was banned even though i was never told before. She also made a smart comment saying “this is why you’re not re-hireable madison” which is absolutely disrespectful and unnecessary, even though I was corporative. I just hope the managers learn some professionalism, so if thats what you’re looking for in a doggie daycare, please don’t bring your dogs here.I would also love to add that, if your dog gets pulled from group, your dog stays in their room for the rest of the time just because the staff doesn't want to deal with your dog. Even if you PAID for those playtimes.They keep your dog pulled and in their room. I hope this saves you money and time!!!

Great place to take your dogs for daycare. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I definitely recommend this location for your dogs.Update:I had both my dogs bathed and nail trimmed by MARIAH DIAZ! She was amazing and handled my dogs with care and did an excellent job with them both. I will continue to have her bathe my guys.

The groomer shaved on my bichon so short, that she looks now like a rat. They obviously do not cut the hair of the dog, so it looks cute, they just shaved the whole dog down.

This place has terrible management; they just think about themselves and have no regard for their staff. The supervisors treat you like a statue while they gaze at you. The two managers, Blake and Nicole, are abhorrent. In order to avoid taking responsibility, they frequently lie to their customers about any accidents. I would look for another place to board your dogs.( A past employee )

We’ve been bringing our pup here for a few months, a few times a month when we know we are having long work days and the last two times she’s come home with problems. The first time a virus and the most recent time a limp. No mention of any issues when my husband picked her up but I noticed as soon as they walked in she had a limp and she didn’t leave with one. Would have been nice to be informed of any injuries or altercations.. now after more than a week and no healing, we are off to the vet for $$ exam. time to maybe look into alternatives in the area.
