Such a great hospital. They truly care about the pets that you call family. They treat them like family. The staff is incredibly friendly and they are willing to answer all your questions with a smile. The only thing I can say negatively about them is that sometimes the wait is a little longer than I would like... but it's not unreasonable and as soon as they get to you, you are their only patient and they treat you as such. I don't mind waiting the extra 10 minutes for that. Wonderful place!

The best veterinary hospital around. We've been going there now for two years and today we saw Kaitlyn and Dr Yolanda Chandler. Dr Chandler was the best Dr, period!! From education to bedside manner and she made sure I was heard and gave me multiple opportunities to express any concerns or thoughts. Great sense of humor as well. Thank You for loving my baby as much as I do!!!

I love the smiles when I walk into Harrisburg Animal hospital. Everyone is so friendly. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and caring. I appreciate the phone calls, when my pet is in a procedure, letting me know how things are going. They are excellent in taking care of you as soon as you walk in. You weigh your dog and then you are taken to a clean room. There are minimal chances for dogs to interact. I love this for the safety of all the pets. Thank you HAH for caring!

After years of taking my dog to Banfield Animal Hospital, I thought I would give a local vet a try. I wish I was bringing her here all along! I feel like the people who work at Harrisburg Animal Hospital truly care. They have been very responsive to follow up questions and concerns I have had about my dog’s recent surgery. I will be taking my other dog to see them once he his annual Banfield plan is complete!

I wish I could give more than five stars! This office and staff were just amazing. We had to put our family dog to sleep today. As we all know it’s not easy but it was time he was very sick. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff and doctor to help us with this very hard decision. They were truly amazing. Thank yall so much!

I can't thank the front desk, technicians and vet enough. I had previously went to a local vet where I felt they weren't adequately taking care of my newly rescued dog. After a treatment they did, I became very apprehensive getting her spayed there. Not knowing anyone, in North Carolina, I thought I'd have to make a trip back home to Florida. Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to meet their amazing technician, Madison. After only speaking with her for a few moments, I felt very comfortable (and relieved) that I found someone I could trust with my pup. The vet was very patient in answering all the questions that I had regarding her old x-rays and medical records. She told me things that my old vet didn't even bother to tell me! My pup just got spayed yesterday, and I could tell that they really took good care of her when she said overnight (wasn't necessary to do, but I felt safer if she was there to be looked after). I'm coming here from now. It takes me about 50 min to an hour to get there, but it's worth it! Amazing vet and staff!!

Took my pup Shadow here for his first recorded visit ( 3.5 yr old chihuahua) after I adopted him from a friend.Every person here made me feel welcoming and treated Shadow with so much care. Shadow is a grumpy dude and he wasn’t upset one bit by anyone which is saying a lot.Dr. Chandler was one of the friendliest and professional people i’ve ever dealt with in the medical field (can she do people??)Long story short highly recommend this outfit, everyone here cares and is super friendly, and your pup or cat, will have a better time here.

I recently switched our dog to this practice. They are wonderful. They spend time, discuss options with you, are very personable, and Whiskey likes them, too. I was so impressed, I told my son to bring his dog there. They just visited, and he was very pleased, too. I highly recommend them if you are looking for personal care for your pets.

Harrisburg Animal Hospital has done a great job in treating my injured Dog. Dr Chandler is truly a wonderful veterinarian. Lightning has gone from three legs to four in a incredible short amount of time.

Since day 1, the staff has been nothing less than amazing. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes. I had never had a dog with diabetes therefore I panicked. They walked me through the process, how to inject him, and they had so much patience with me. Through the follow ups and refills they continued to make sure my dog was properly taken care of and that the dosage was working effectively to ensure a longer life for my boy. Everytime we go there, they remember me and my dog. They are super sweet, informative and the location is always so clean.

My dog's first visit as a new patient. The staff was friendly and fairly quick to update his shot record. We waited about 20mins before being seen by the vet. No too bad. .

Very caring, responsive and flexible. We bring our animals there and they are great. However when my daughters dog got hurt at our house and required immediate care they really showed how special they are. They got us right in and took very good care of him despite having a couple of other emergencies at the same time.

I took my almost 14 year old fur baby there for the first time yesterday and was super impressed with the doctor and staff. Everyone is friendly, professional and the doctor personally followed up with lab results less than 24 hours later. She took the time to thoroughly go over everything and outline all our options to ensure our senior kitty is staying healthy and living his best life.

Dr. Sain and Dr. Yercheck have done excellent work with my 6 month puppy! Very thorough when helping me figure out why Holly had a cough and sneeze. The staff is lovely and Holly loves to greet them all!

Overall clean facility and the staff are great. However, the receptionist can be very rude and unhelpful, which puts a sour taste in our mouth about going to the vet.

Dr. Chandler and her assistant (Saga) are very professional; the veterinarian answered my questions concerning my cat and treated me with respect. Her assistant Saga carried my feline in the back room (examined). She carried my cat with a smile and pampered him. Both exemplify how a business should be conducted. Very impressed by the service provided by Dr. Chandler and Saga (highly recommend this facility).

Refused to allow me to observe the exam of the 3lb chihuahua. She was having diarrhea already and they injected her with a rabies vaccine even though she was already sick. Very rude an unwelcoming. Do not recommend. Find a vet that actually cares about the health and well being of your pet.
