Lari at customer service was condescending.Chris the store manager did nothing to help a situation. After calling multiple days to get information from the floral department. Each day we called they just pushed off to the next and said you have to call back tomorrow. Lari even said I don't know why we would have said to call back today, Jennifer our florets wasn't even scheduled today, but she is coming in tomorrow but I don't know when.How is this even business? Obviously they are not interested in excelling in this service as it's a low priority. Why even bother to offer, just leaves a bad image of Harris Teeter.Publix here we come. They were so nice!!!

Today I decided to go to the Harris Teeter in Harrisburg and Rocky River.I was very disappointed with the experience. I went in to get a sandwich made from the deli and the manager Alicia wasn't helpful AT ALL. She did not listen as I asked her to look at the way she made the sandwich. She got annoyed and passed the task off to someone else. This was terrible due to the great service I wind up receiving from Jennell in the pizza section. Jennell was very kind and insisted on rectifying the disappointing service. As Jennell was assisting me the same supervisor came over to the pizza section after leaving the deli to be condescending. I'm very displeased with that store. Unfortunately I will not return.

Probably the best supermarket one area for value x price. They have double coupon days and weekly specials. For the most part, it is clean and easy to navigate. There is no beer and wine tasting bar, like Lowe’s foods, but they have a good selection. Also, there is a Starbucks inside. And a gas station outside.

Since moving to the area, this has become our go-to grocery store. Always clean and huge variety and selection of items. They have Boar's Head too! Friendly staff. Folks drive a little fast in the parking lot, so be careful.

The Harrisburg Harris Teeter on hwy 49 pharmacy is the best. Always great service, always looking out for the best deals for you. I am supposed to use CVS because of my insurance and I absolutely will not leave this Harris Teeter pharmacy even if it might save me a couple bucks!!!

Clean and used to be open 24 hours everyday. Great service and excellent selection. Huge grocery store that has everything you could want. Fresh bakery, deli counter and sushi bar. Also has a Starbucks inside. Large selection of Regular and organic produce available. They always have great sales in their flyers. Come for a good grocery shopping experience.

Don't list your deli to be open till 8 then have your employees say it's closed 25 minutes prior to 8 because they've already started cleaning. Awful awful awful.

Rough experience at my normally great Teeter. Needed to pick up my RX and was stuck in traffic after work. My GPS is saying that I will be there by 8:01 pm and they close at 8 pm. I am calling the store at 7:49 pm wanting to pay for it over the phone, but no one ever picked up. I was still on hold with my cell phone in my hand when I walked in the store at 8:02 pm! There I saw the pharmacy tech talking with the customer service clerk. Why could no one answer the phone? I could see the gates pulled close and the lights off. Why could no one answer the phone??? I missed the pharmacy causing me to have to reschedule that appointment and causing me to pay a $50 fee! At the same time I also have a return in my hand of egg bites that I bought on 6/29, that expired on 6/19! How did I miss that?! How did they miss that? 10 days? The customer service associate seemed to care and called over the Grocery Manager. He starts telling me that they have alot of vendors and that stuff happens. He just didn't care. So, I walked out feeling extremely disappointed. Not my normal feeling at this location. Do better.

Odd place, when you know what a Kroger Market place is. Hopefully, these will all be replaced with a more appropriate sized building. But they got new small carts in no longer just a couple beat up carts they have a whole fleet of little carts. wonderful!

Love this particular location more than any other. Maybe it's the familiar layout since I've been there so much but more the workers always smile and speaking pleasantly. Plus the Starbucks inside. As long as I'm less than a half hour away this will be my grocery store

I usually LOVE this HT but I got what looked like an ice cream cake and commented to the girl writing happy birthday on it, that my wife had already got a cake so I was getting this ice cream cake. The girl did an awesome job with lettering but didn't tell me it WASN'T ice cream. Got home and it was a frozen cake. And it was WAAAY over priced for a teeny tiny cake. And it wasn't even good. It was SO basic. I definitely got ripped off.

I shop at HT because i can trust they will have a clean and stocked store. They have a nice select of fresh fruit and vegetables. I enjoy their bakery items more often than i should because their cakes are yummy. They have a butcher section where i can trust to get fresh meats from. They have really good deals on items that i often buy compared to other grocery stores near me. I don't feel you can go wrong shopping here compared to the other local stores. Other great plus is the Starbucks.

Great place to shop, particularly in the fresh meat department. The butcher will cut beef and pork to your desired thickness. The produce is always fresh and well stocked. The bakery and deli selections are excellent. All staff are attentive and ready to assist. Really enjoy the Fuel Points! E-VIC specials and double coupons are great. Highly recommend you check them out.

I would leave 0 stars if i could. Stopped in after work to pick up some groceries for dinner, noticed they had some squishmallows that I was interested in, but couldn’t decide if i wanted to buy them. Went to self checkout to purchase my groceries while still pondering on the squishmallows. Paid for my groceries, not the squishmallows, after getting my receipt from the self checkout I went back to the section they had the squishmallows at, and decided to pass on them after mulling it over. I put them back on the shelf where I found them, and then noticed two employees and the manager were waiting for me to leave the store, they asked to check my receipt to see if I was stealing anything. You seriously think I’m going to steal a stuffed animal or groceries? Get a life. Not coming back here. If you paid attention you would have noticed I didn’t have them in my cart. Would be hard to miss me stealing a bright green dragon.

Did not have a good experience in the store today! Wanted to purchase 1/2 cakes that had a sign on sale for $5.99! They did not ring up at that sale price? Store associate went to look and came back and said their was no sign!! Really??? The sign did have a sale expiration date. However they should have already removed the signs! Because they were still there they should've honored that price and they did not even offer to do so!! Not goos customer service!!

I shopped here to pick up a few last minute food items. Surprisingly, they were a little less expensive than I thought it would be. The cashier rang up a 10lb bag of ice, but they were sold out. Thankfully, customer service handled the refund in a quick and efficient manner.

Store was clean. However lacking customer service. Only 1 line was open, and Morgan, our cashier, didn't say a word... "no hello", no "you're total is", not even "have a nice day". We had to ask if her line was even open because she was to busy on her cell phone!

I went to the pharmacy and pulled up to the drive thru. The person that waited on me told me that the meds would not fit in the container and she told me that I would have to come inside the store. I'm not sure why she couldn't have opened the door that is right beside the pharmacy and hand it to me.

I love this Harris Teeter. The cashiers are always super professional. My cashier was Danielle today. I can find just about everything I am looking for and the employees are so willing to assist if I need help finding anything.

Usually has a fully stocked produce section with a ton of variety and good quality options. The layout is a little confusing, but I think most HT have a weird layout. Starbucks in store and the carts have a cup holder which is nice. Order at the entrance closest to the door.

Did an online order, I still think a teenage should not be doing the shopping for me but a teenage did bring my food out and she did not put my fruit at the bottom but held off and put it on top. The bags were not overly filled which was great, overall this is my best online review for an online order. Thank you. I will be ordering online again with this store.
