I went in to CVS/Harrisburg this morning to pick up a prescription and ask a question about another script that I would be needing soon. The team member who assisted me with my question provided the answer and then offered to fill the script for me while I waited. Within 10 minutes, my script was ready and I was out the door. This is quite a contrast to the experience that I had with CVS several years back which prompted me to move my family business to Walgreens. Our insurance provider uses CVS as their defacto standard so we reluctantly moved back. We have been extremely pleased with the great customer service we have appreciated since moving back early this year. Great job!

My prescription was sent to CVS ON POPLAR TENT ROAD in Concord NC on Monday 4-15-24. I tried to call them to check the status on 4-17. I couldn't talk to a Human because of the automated system. The system only said the prescription was pending. On 4-18 I went to the store to pick it up and was first told it was being processed now. When I asked how long would it be, I was told that they may not have any in stock. The lady checked the shelves and said that there was none. This was four days after they received the prescription! I asked them to check to see if any other local locations had any in stock. She called your Harrisburg , NC store and she confirmed that they had the medication and it could be ready in 30-45 minutes. I had her transfer the prescription there. When I went to get it it was there! When the cashier was ringing it up I showed her my Good Rx coupon and she said that l'd have to wait 30 minutes because the pharmacy was closed. The steel doors were down but there were people there working on other perscriptions. I went back today and was finally able to get my medication. I only had the prescription sent to CVS B\nbecause you were the least expensive. I will not make that mistake again. You service is horrible. I will advise everyone to not use your stores.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to fill an antibiotic and had to call to get it actually filled because they said they were DAYS behind on prescriptions. I requested a prescription be transferred a week ago and still hasn’t happened. Forced to come here for no cost prescriptions by insurance but would rather go back across the street to Walgreens and pay!!

Tried to return an item with no receipt and I accepted a gift card, and when I insisted it’s allowed by CVS return policy, the guy in charge said they have a store policy not to accept returns above $50, really? Sorry, I’m shopping from the cvs brand, your store policy should not trump the corporate policy. Didn’t argue with them, but it’s annoying.

I had wonderful service @cvs Harrisburg,NC today. They are very short staffed bc no one wants to work these days.Shanae was AWESOME! Shanae took her time explaining things to me & ringing me up & cashing me out. I'll definitely be back to this location. Pharmacy helped me out as I asked w/no issues.Thank you Shanae

If you have to get prior authorization for any prescription, this is NOT the pharmacy to use. They lose medical forms, deny doctor's have called, and have harmed my mother's medical care by their lack of communication and lack of transparency. We're thankful to be switching pharmacies in the coming weeks.

complete clueless pharmacists. the in-house minute clinic prescribes two (2) medicines to pick up the medicines at the same store and the pharmacy people after 1 hour of waiting in line says they only had 1 medicine ready. when asked about the 2nd missing medication, the pharmacy is clueless and comes back after 2 minutes with some stupid reason asking to wait for 45 minutes more...2 hours of waiting for medications, are we in United States of America !!!!. Do not go here !!

CVS needs to be investigated for antitrust / monopoly violations. Having to use this terrible place because we have CVS Caremark is ridiculous. This Harrisburg location has the worst customer service and cannot handle the customer load.

I came in the morning. I did not get a good morning until I said good morning and then I felt like the gentlemen were ready for me to leave. I felt rushed until I went to the front counter where the lady was checking me out. I felt better about my experience. I was checking out the Christmas stuff but I felt rushed like I couldn't take my time and loom. I usually feel comfortable in this CVS, but I didn't today.

Finally got my 1st prescription and when I went back to get my 2nd prescription I asked to speak to a manager and a lady came to the window and gave me the worst type of attitude ever! Clearly someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Good news is that they are open 24 / 7. Bad news it has gotten much slower over last few months and 25% of time don't has the prescription you need. Save filtration and time and go to Target in Afton.
