To the people that gave the one star rating about john and the staff being rude, next time you should keep an eye on your kids instead of letting them move all of the stores inventory to different parts of the store where it didn’t belong. John is one of the most people pleasing person you will ever meet and he goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need.

Over the years I have made many purchases from UG Ace Hardware. I have been very pleased with the products I have bought. I can walk in and explain a project I am working on from needing paint to household repairs, needing a carport shelter or in need of appliance repairs. No matter what your needs areI have found John to be a problem solver. He has always been honest and up front with the products he sells. If he doesn't have it he will order it. If you haven't shopped at UG Ace Hardware you really need to stop by. Don't be in a hurry and look around. You will be surprised at the variety of products he offers.
