The store is always a complete mess. You can barely walk through the aisles. I never see anyone trying to clean it up. The employees are nice but a manager who will get things done and in proper order needs to be hired.

Stores a mess all the time. There’s hardly ever anyone at the register and they’ll let you stand up there forever before they’ll stop what their doing and check you out. Most everyone there has a good attitude except for the younger heavy set guy with dark hair. He has a smart mouth. Surprised that someone hasn’t fixed that for him yet.

This store is always clean and friendly, but they need to hire full time sticker because they always have product in roller bins that needs to shelved and this visit they had 3 isles closed until further notice. They need help, it's a busy store we loving call the grove mart.

Store is overall decent but its a dirty place. The floors have the same dust pill up in the same spot as last month. They need to mop more. But great deal exspecially from the new management. And some cashier's are rude. There's one her name is Sabrina shes always full of sunshine. And helps with whatever i need. She makes it a more welcoming place.

For the most part they have really stepped up their game. New nice and friendly associates, a neat and clean store. Where the Isles are not cluttered with stock and boxes everywhere. Overall improvement in the last couple of months.

This place looks like a storage unit. The aisle are cluttered you have to walk half way across the store just to get to the front because of all the stock clutter in the floor. Can't get a buggy down a aisle when it has boxes and gray totes with stock. Worst customer service I have seen. I will not go back to this store. I prefer family dollar across the street.

Country store atmosphere. A little unorganized . But theres always someone happy to help you find what your looking for. Children 1 to 60 get carded, so just have ID ready.

Good Dollar store, friendly employee's.. A little busy, at times but never had to wait real long, and they're always willing to assist or help,in any way.. overall a good, clean & friendly store.. Thanks🙂

Customer service has gone down hill drastically past few weeks. Went in their store Thursday evening to by toys for a toy drive, since there signs advertised 50% off thru Nov. 5 (which is Today, Saturday). Most of the items in the toy isle didn't even have prices on them, still didn't today. Went back this evening picked up 3 toys with the same "Dots" "Stars" as the ones I bought Thursday. When I went to check out ... I had to wait cause the cashier was outside and the other employee was talking in an isle. When I got checked out...one item rang up at the 50% off... The other came up regular price. I questioned the pricing with the cashier and she checked with another employee in the isle who said "sale ended at 7pm!" ... Since when??? I've never seen Dollar General advertise sale ends at 7 pm. Called the survey # on my receipt...v/m cut my call off before I could say anything about the visit. We normally buy all our necessities in there rather than driving to Statesville or Mocksville. Believe we will start making the drive! Not to mention the store is still in the same condition as Miss Betty posted about a month ago. Sad!!!

Staff are usually friendly and the layout of the store is easy to understand and navigate. The only downside to this store is that there is often unpacked merchandise that sits on the aisles, blocking the way.

Enjoy now having to go all the way to town when I'm able to just stop in my local dollar general store. A little cluttered at times but, is expected for the variety of things you stock.

Brittany the general manager does everything possible to screw over her own employees to benefit herself, leaving the store unattended, on the clock or leaving new employees on the register alone. If No corrections are made soon major action may be needed.

This aisles are nasty dirty, many trip hazards. Buggies with re-stock blocking pathways boxes on the floor. Every time it's a mess. Not enough staffing.
