The best local grocery store you will find. A fantastic meat counter with local seafood and a great hardware section, fishing area, propane refill and hats and shirts. And the staff always makes you feel like family.

Billy's is a combination of grocery store and hardware store. They have a great selection of everything. I get my meat there because it's fresh and not real expensive. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help.

Been here 3 times... they do not take well to out of towners... first time I came my co worker used the bathroom while we were getting groceries... I just walked in a second ago and I guess because they haven't had any coffee yet they turned me away from using the rest room... this place has no hospitality .. I really wouldn't my selling my soul for there price of groceries if they'd let me use the rest room.. won't be coming back and will definitely pass the word... very children of the cornish

I will forever be thankful for the friendly people at Billy's that let my son use their phone to call me and also for letting him stand inside out of the cold until i could get there.. went inside to thank them and walked around looking at things.. found they have homemade sausage took a chance on it and it is great.. if ya ever that way stop in and say hello.. they will not disappoint

One of the best small but not small town store you can visited. Has some of the most positive energy giving it a great atmosphere. Plus they try there best to have most of everything you need here, and my favorite is the verity of little Debbie snacks.

This is a great place to get supplies and food. They have a meat market, a hardware store. Fishing supplies, general merchandise, and you can even get a hunting/fishing license there. This is where I bought my Lifetime Sportsman License.

Local grocery and general store. Has all the items you need. Prices are surprisingly reasonable considering they are the only option on the island. You likely would not want to do all grocery shopping there, but they are perfect for picking up a few items you need.

Shop there all the time. They have nuts/bolts, marine supplies, and groceries. Very few places like them. They have a real butcher and the meat rivals the Pig. Time saver from driving into beaufort

Great folks. Grocery and hardware. Boat parts. If they don't have it, you'll have to either drive to Morehead or order it. Prices are surprisingly good. You won't be disappointed.
