We were just passing through and it's the last weekend of OBX Bike Week. We arrived late Thursday night. Everything was already quite when we pulled in. In the afternoon we visited all 3 HD and bought a few tees. Our last stop was the Outer Banks HD. They had some great sales prices and lots of merchandise. We were told there would be more vendors on Saturday but we needed to head to Virginia. Overall great experience.

Amazing harley davidson experience. I called with expectations and this dealership exceeded every one of them. Steve made a deal for me on a 2014 electra glide that I couldn't turn down, when the other dealerships I called said it was impossible. I recommend coming here for your next bike. Absolutely will be returning for gear and if I ever look to get something new. GREAT JOB.

OBX Harley. Sully is the best person to buy your bike from. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Sully helped me from the start of question one. He will treat you with 100% respect and will never be pushy or force.you into anything. He is all about thr friendship and comradery. Sully team is diffinately one hell of a team. From the sales to paper work to parts to merch and to service. They are all in tune with each other. I very much highly recommend buying your next bike here. It is very much worth the drive wherever you live to come see Sully and the team here at OBX Harley. 🤙

Found them to be a wonderful company to deal with. From my first call until I drove away, they were very courteous, kind and VERY low pressure.They say a “good deal” is one both parties leave the table feeling good about. I’d comfortably say I got a great deal.You are taken around to every department and introduced to the department personnel and are given the VIP treatment. Afterward, they hand you the keys, you Ring the Bell and leave with a satisfied smile.I would feel very comfortable purchasing another bike from them.Ask for Steve!

They had a sale event, we went. Got an awesome pair of boots on sale. Service was practically fawning….most welcome! Wish I rode a bike…I’d be at this fantastic store every week. Great selection of everything. Their event included free food from Simply Southern. Equally great. All and all, a wonderful way to spend a Saturday.

Outer Banks Harley-Davidson is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced out of any vehicle/motorcycle dealership. I went in a few weeks ago and was thinking about buying my first bike. Right off the bat when my wife and I got there after driving an hour, we were greeted by a sales representative, Faith, and she made us feel very welcome by asking us if we wanted a drink and what we were stopping in for. I was purchasing my first bike and wasn’t sure what I wanted or what felt right. Faith took her time and helped me find something that was comfortable and best suited me, not once did she ask what’s your price range, what’s your credit look like, etc. They all work together as a team, if Faith wasn’t sure, then Steve stepped in to help out. Once I found the bike I liked then we talked about the financial aspect. I wanted to think about the purchase for few days before I made my final decision. They agreed to hold it for me with a deposit down until I was ready. We came back two weeks later and decided to purchase the bike, the whole facility from each department on our “Ticket to Ride” gave us goodies as a bonus and made my wife and I feel really special. My wife complimented the fancy pen Faith was using at our first visit and after our purchase, she gave my wife that pen as a thank you. I felt like my wife and I got treated as if we were buying a new bike, even though we were buying used! Last shoutout to Mike “Sully”, the General Sales Manager, thanks for creating such a great team and experience for your customers! Way to go Outer Banks Harley-Davison 😎

I was in need of a tire and their machine was down. They went out of their way to get the tire somewhere else to make sure I was back on the road. The staff are always very sociable and I would reccomend you visit them if you are in the area.I'm glad I chose them for my last bike purchase

Just visiting to pick up a t-shirt. The HD store is clean and the staff is warm and friendly. They still have quite a few bike on the showroom.The selection on t-shirts was kind if weak, only offering a few designs.I would definitely recommend stopping by for a visit. I can't speak for for parts or service.

Amazing dealership we were just stopping by to get out of the heat take a look around had a super welcome party offers water snacks and just hang out and talk to us no pressure whatsoever and buying anything we told them what we were doing and they were still more than welcoming to help take care of us on this hot day. After walking around and cooling off and just talking monks ourselves a buddy of mine has been looking at new bikes for a while and decided to go and ask about one Long story short he ended up riding out on a different bike than he wrote in on. Amazing staff and financing department super friendly would literally drive the four states just to get there again.

I stop by this HD Dealership every time I go to the OBX. They are the friendliest HD Dealership. I was greeted by Brittney who was awesome and very helpful. Azura, another associate also helped. Both young ladies are friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. I also met Sully, GM. Sully had all the traits you would want from a GM. Lastly, Justin assisted as well. If I was running a business I would want these 4 people to be part of my team. I can’t say enough nice things about this dealership and these employees. If you are driving or riding through, Stop by the OBX HD. It’s worth the pit stop.

Online hours said it was open 9:00-6:00 drove over 100 miles while on vacation to find they’re closed. Definitely need to call before wasting your time driving there. Thankfully we didn’t need parts for an emergency situation. 👎🏻

Went to support the "HOG" Chapter toy run. Donated a toy and ended up buying myself a toy as well. The sales staff were so friendly and Ben's low pressure "family"like treatment really made the whole experience enjoyable. Had no intention of getting a new bike but as I looked over the bikes on display I fell in love with my new girl! Sexy clean lines and beautiful black cherry color sealed the deal. Thank you!

Down in the OBX for Bike Week from NJ and had a cruise control issue on my 24 SG. Amy scheduled an appointment for me for the following day after a conversation with her and Sully. Rolled into Nags Head HD from Ocean City coming from Toronto Canada area on day two of our ride after a crazy rain storm with hail and strong winds. We met some really great people there. Their staff was on point and shared stories about their adventures with us. We talked to JJ the service writer for a long while. He shared some great stories and gave us some points of interest to see while in Nags Head. I purchased a 2017 HD road glide it was the best price for a good used bike. I had the bike for a year before it started giving me problems so I called the dealer and they came and got it once they had a chance(it took a few weeks). JJ took care of everything for me and tank helped me decide what my next bike will be. If you’re ever in the outer banks and want a bike or anything HD stop by talk to Tank or wheels they will help you out. The whole crew is new and definitely turning the place around.
